There was damage to the right rear quarter panel and bumper. The repair was as good as new but when we got the car home we realized that none of the right rear lights were working. We took the car back in and they fixed it with no questions. I would have thought that they would have tested it before giving the car back the first time but apparently someone didnt do a proper inspection, just looked at the repaired area and it certainly looked complete.

Excellent workmanship and customer service I would recommend anyone to visit them for their vehicle repair shop. I was very impress and pleased with the service .

They are currently working on the second car I have taken there. They are very quick to give estimates and work well with insurance companies to make sure everything is right. They so great work!

Update: I originally gave this location a 5 star review because they did a good job repairing my car. However, this past weekend I discovered that a pair of my Ray Ban prescription sunglasses were missing from the car. I know they were in the car when I dropped the car off because I havent vacationed anywhere due to the pandemic so no reason for me to take them out and I purposely left them in the car because I didnt want to forget them in the rental. I called today to ask if one of their employees took them out of my car and if they have seen them and of course, they were nowhere to be found. So, long story short, Im dropping my review down to 2 stars because they did a good job with the repairs but someone stole my sunglasses out of my car and now I have to replace them (and they cant even where them because they are prescription).

Staff at this Caliber location are top notch. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I worked with Ron and Trey and they helped me figure out an atypical issue with my vehicle. I would 100% recommend this Caliber Collision location to anyone.

My vehicle was supposed to be ready on September 21, 2020. I received a text from caliber telling me that my vehicle was ready. Two hours later I get a text saying it’s not going to be ready until the 23rd. And now today it is the 25th and I still do not have my vehicle back. My vehicle has been being detailed and painted for over three days now. Repeated delays with no valid explanations and representatives that don’t follow up and return phone calls even when you ask them to let anyone know that this is a bad business to deal with. Avoid this place at all costs. The shop manager name Tre and one of the representatives who calls herself Q offer very poor customer service and caliber needs to know that. Very bad representation for this nationwide chain.

Such a great experience here. I had minor paint transfer and minor molding damage from my neighborhood gate that was a quick fix. I am highly satisfied with the the customer service I received from caliber Norcross. The staff were very helpful and kept me updated along the way, Garret went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my repairs. My car looks brand new, I am so happy to see my car looking the way it did when I first bought it. This was the first time I ever had to deal with an insurance claim and I can see why caliber is one of the shops that is trusted and affiliated with my insurance. They made it very stress free for me!

This place tops all others when it comes to customer service. All I had was a rusted bolt holdin on my license plate that I simply could not get off with any tool I had so I called caliber and they told me to bring it on by. Even though they were very busy that day they stopped everything they were doing to help me take off that bolt and didn’t even charge me for it. If this isn’t true customer service I don’t know what is. Needless to say if I have anything go wrong with any of my vehicles in the future this is the place they are being brought!

Caliber in Norcross handled my wifes repair of our car smoothly and worked with our insurance agent efficiently. Very impressed with how it was handled.When we got the car back, we noticed that the low beam headlight on the side that was repaired was missing and that the socket that housed had been damaged. I called Jason and he was able to take care of it.My wife took the car over and while they replacing the low beam socket the high beams blew out. Jason and team took time to replace the high beams as well and make it effortless for her, very thankful for their help!

I took my car in to get looked at after multiple scrapes on one side. They looked over it with me and I wanted to get the passenger front and back door and fender repainted as well as have some small dents removed. They told me to bring it back that afternoon and they started on it with a estimate of 4 days. 2 days later I got a call it was done. Excellent work and they made sure it came back as soon as possible which I really appreciated

I took my Toyota Camry in to have 7 inch. scratch removed. I was quoted a price of $569. The labor rate was $44 per hour ($224) total. There were other charges such as paint, material etc.. I took it to another credible paint and body shop and they charged $138 total. It took them approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete the work. This Caliber collision is a complete rip off! I dont know if they cater to small dents and dings, but theres a huge difference in prices. I must say that Im completely satisfied with the work of the company that had the much lower price. Maybe Caliber specializes in working with insurance companies @ a much different rate. But, if it got to that point, im sure you can find a competitor in that area as well.I know it shouldnt take 4 1/2 hours to complete this task, and it shouldnt cost that much for paint and materials. Find you another sucker to rip off!

I went to this place because my insurance company recommended it...I gave them 3 stars because the work on my front end looked good. But when I picked up my car and drove off the lot I noticed that my staring wheel was stiff and slightly off and my tires also needed air in them( i picked up at 5:30p, closing time). I figured maybe after putting some air in the tires then my staring will feel normal again. For the past 3 weeks I have been fighting with my car to stay in its lane on the highway. My car is currently at a Toyota dealership getting an alignment and whatever else. An Alignment that should have been done when my car was at Calibre collision. Why didnt I bring it back to Calibre? They are not located in the most convenient places for people like me who live in rural areas. It would have been an all day situation because of how busy they are and I have to work. If I ever have to go to another collision place God forbid in the future. I am sticking with toyota collison, never had any issues.

I had posted that lifetime warranty is untrue before, but I was wrong. The manager, Jason, called after posting my first review. He is an outstanding person. Best place for car/truck repairs hands down ..I took my truck in for some repairs after a minor accident not realizing that I needed an appointment. I wasnt sure when I would be able to make it back up there, so they squeezed me in, just like that. I left my truck and within a few days, I got the call that it was ready. I received regular updates via text always followed up by a phone call from the repair tech. I have always had nothing but courteous and professional service whenever I visit this location. I have been going there for repairs for many years and will continue. The popcorn and water are the second reasons for my visit .. great afternoon snack !!

Theyve got a close working relationship with the 4wp up the street, so when my truck got hit by a drunk woman and she broke my aftermarket suspension, they were able to get the vehicle to 4wp, get the new parts installed and aligned correctly, and get my truck back to me without any huge hassle. Theyre not the fastest body shop to be sure, but the wait is worth the quality of work.

Garrett Ward was the person in charge of my repairs, and he did a wonderful job! He was professional, courteous, and kept me updated on my repairs the whole time. (The lady at the reception desk there was also very helpful and professional, although I don’t remember her name...)I had been rear-ended and had to get my back bumper replaced. I dropped my car off for repairs on a Wednesday morning, and they estimated it would be done around the following Thursday. By Tuesday (late morning) the next week, I got a call from Garrett saying they were all done and I could pick up my car, so 2 days ahead of schedule!:) I drove over that afternoon, and was able to leave my rental from Enterprise there at the shop, since they have a partnership with them. (Enterprise has come to pick me up when I dropped my car off as well.) This made the whole process very smooth, convenient, and efficient for me!I had opted in to some additional coverage with the rental (my insurance covered the basic rental cost) and that was costing me by the day, so I really appreciated Calliber’s efficiency!

My car look brand new like if nothing ever happened great work thank you so much

On Tuesday morning (02/06/18) around 9 am, a red towing truck carrying a wrecked car suddenly out of nowhere made a turn from middle yellow lane to this caliber collision without even yield and almost cause us an accident. There was another car next to me and that car also had to hit the brake real hard. I had to hit the brake real hard because I was very close to hit this stupid reckless towing truck driver. Either this truck driver works for this company or not, this truck driver is a reckless stupid selfish inpatient driver. One thing I know, this truck driver goes to this Caliber Collision shop.

Customer service was ok. My issue is the damage these guys left to my car. clear coat splatter stains all over the back of my car. which ruined my paint in my places my ear wasnt damaged. Second are scratch marks left on a so called new bumper they added to my car. i can see the clear coat chemicals all over my side back window. My insurance made me go here. These guys left scratches and scuff marks on a car i love. I know my vehicle well and this just isnt professional. Those marks wasnt on my car before i took it here. I noticed once i washed my vehicle.

Let me start by saying that the people at Caliber Collision made the worst experience of my life, the best experience Ive ever had with a business. After being stiffed by USAA, Caliber Collision stayed with me like a true friend. I want to personally thank Alisha for her patience and support during the most difficult experience of my life. In past experiences with Caliber Collision I had always found them to be professional, detailed and honest. NO NONSENSE!! This time, our working relationship was put to the test and they passed with strait As. After being with USAA for almost 20 years, they showed their true colors with shoddy investigative work, poor communication, lousy customer service and a general lack of regard for fairness, due diligence and customer loyalty. It took 4 months for USAA to even have the common courtesy to tell me there was a problem with my claim. It took another 2 months for them to eventually deny my claim and leave me uninsured and in debt, $5,200. To make a long story short, Caliber Collision repaired my car, let me take it home and worked with me while I fought USAA. They never threatened, pressured or generally humiliated me during the entire 8 months. They worked with me, helped me work out a payment schedule I could afford and stick too. They were never rude, or short tempered with me, never demanding or demeaning. Lets keep it real, most times, companies dont really care about the situations their customers find themselves in, they want their money and thats that. I have NEVER had a company, I owed money too, treat me with such respect, fairness and courtesy. AND they did a really wonderful job fixin up my dream car. Body shop does great work fast!

I was told my car would be ready by October 17-19, over 3 weeks after them receiving it. I explained it had to be before the 19th as I was leaving the country. They said it would be the 17th. Called me a few days before and said it would be on time, then when the 17th arrived I had no phone call saying it was ready so I called them. Only then do I find out it would be the 19th. No one bothered to let me know. I tell them I will pick it up on the 29th when I arrive back home. Went in today and it isnt ready for me! They are very apologetic to your face but seem to not actually do anything to fix the issue or be proactive in making sure there arent more.

Totally unsatisfied with the service I received. First issue, repair work was not completed until nearly the end of the date of completion.Second issue, my vehicle was returned to me with additional damages. There is a scratch approximately two feet long across the rear and passanger door. Also, with additional Knicks underneath the large scratch. Third issue, the tire pressue indicator light is on.This light was not even on when I dropped the vehicle off. Fourth issue, there is a nail/screw in one of the tires. Fifth issue, another tire looks like it is practically flat. Sixth issue, the wheel covers do not even look like they are installed properly. Seventh issue, they stated that someone would be out this evening to look at the damages. I have waited approximately three hours. No one has showed up or called me. This type of service is totally unacceptable. Eighth and last issue, I returned my rental car because I trusted that my vehicle would be returned to me in proper working condition to drive. So now Im left without a vehicle for the weekend. I will never use this shop again and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. It appears as if they told me that they were sending someone out just to shut me up. Im sure I wont hear anything from this shop until Monday morning when they open back up for business.
