Big mistake.Im not going to go into detail of how I was treated but it wasnt remotely professional. And I hardly had to say a thing. I wasnt going to leave a review until I called back the next week; I received the same attitude and my call was then directed to an empty desk.The reason I left the time and date is for management to review the footage. I dont understand what I did or said to this receptionist to be treated in such a manner. I would like management to explain where I went wrong.I know Adrian Steel doesnt have this issue, I called their office and received a warm welcome. Too bad they dont have the same service standards in their subsidiary company.
