I have been here multiple times and they are amazing. The owners wife works the front desk and she knows me by name, every time I walk in she remembers exactly what we spoke about on the phone. Their head mechanic is an amazing guy, he has taken me back to their shop floor and show me all kinds of stuff to make sure I understand whats going on with my vehicle. I highly recommend this place and will never go anywhere else.

I just bought a GLA Mercedes 250 with extremely low mileage, my check engine light came on for the 2nd time. The first time the dealership fixed it but it also was not Mercedes-Benz dealer or certified repair shop. I searched on Google and found MBT called and was able to bring my car in right away! A diagnostic was performed on my car and thank GOD it was a minor problem. The owner was friendly, honest and great!

My car required new hydraulic and ESP control units. It took a 3-part methodical process of elimination over several days to get to the solution. Neither compare to the service I receive at MBT. This is the ONLY shop my car will be serviced at.

This is the only place I had my car diagnosed for free. Tracy, the lady at the desk, is very pleasant and searched and provided references for the engine wash I needed. David, the owner, is very laid back and as far as communication went I felt a lot of trust, he looked over many things on my car, explained in details the issues and what needed to be done now and what can wait, with the amount of time given to me, I had no pressure to have my car serviced there. The office is very clean and bright as well as the garage where they perform work. My service was in a timely manner, while there were a lot of customers. You will be satisfied with their expertise and great service, I highly recommend.

Took my newly purchased SL in for inspection. David did a great job of pointing out what needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

After having a small malfunction with my MB transmission I started looking for a shop that would have the expertise and equipment to diagnose it. Since the transmission is one of the more sophisticated ones from MB (722.9) I knew it would take someone that really knew MB. After researching possible shops, I settled on MB Techs in Atlanta.Yes, I live in the Charlotte NC area, but decided to drive to ATL to have this looked at. David was extremely knowledgeable and ran a diagnosis, he explained what was happening and recommended a solution. (MB Techs is an authorized MB independent repair shop with experienced techs).David was able to fix the problem quickly and completely at about 1/3 what the dealer would have charged. David obtained the part needed directly from MB and completed the installation and programming using his Star Tech system that accesses the MB database.While performing the work David also pointed out several other items that needed attention. He took the time to show and explain what needed to be done. I had those done at the same time. If you are looking for someone to make a repair on your MB, it would be worth your time and drive to have David take a look at it.

I recently went to Mercedes Techs for work on my 2008 C350 after being quoted at a Mercedes dealer far more than I wanted to pay. They were able to do the same quality work and gave me the options to choose from genuine or OEM parts. I was able to save over $600 based on what the Mercedes dealer quoted me. They were fast, honest, and did good quality work. It even came with a one year warranty. I dont leave reviews often, but these guys are the best and I will definitely be returning for all my needs with my Benz.

I love this place!!! Rarely do you hear people say they trust a mechanic but I 100% trust these guys. They know their stuff!!! I been here several times with my car. As I was driving my car I noticed my gear seems like stuck and put a huge stress noise when I hit the gas, I panicked thinking it was a transmission issue as soon as I got there I was approached me and started to tak on the issue and ask if we can go for a test drive and I still didn’t know what he did to adjusted and put a transmission fluid and send me on my way home. Unlike most Mechianc would have charged me but David wouldn’t even take a Tip! I was really impressed and shocked to find a good honest and well informed tech these days! Took my w210 to these guys because it was going into limp mode. I knew for sure there was a problem. After they test drove my vehicle they told me that the problem was was wheels and I had to get it corrected. I asked them how much I had to pay for the diagnostic and they said with this review right here. These guys are very honest people. They could have took my money and solved nothing. I 100% recommend these guys to anyone with Mercedes problems.

This is a first class Mercedes Benz shop. The people there really care about your car and providing excellent customer service. I purchased a pre own Mercedes-Benz from a dealer. I took it to Mercedes-Benz tech for an oil change and filter change. They told me some one had already change the oil and replace the filter, therefore I didnt need to get it done until atleast another 3-5k miles. Thats whst I call honesty and integrity. They could have taken my money and I would have never known. This is my new shop for life. They did a free visual inspection and notice a few missing screws near the bumper and replaced those for me. EXCELLENT guys

These people are the best! Ive been servicing a Mercedes for 25 years in FL, NY, VT, SC and now GA. mostly at Mercedes Service but occasionally at Meineke. I had an occasional disturbing noise when I reversed. It wouldnt happen when I visited their shop. Drats. I went home, stuck my I-phone out the window while reversing and recorded it. On return to the shop, they listened, diagnosed, jacked it up, showed me the muffler problem and we concluded it was of no danger and needed no costly $2,000 repair. They replaced my burnt-out brake light and sent me on my way all in 30 minutes, AND at no charge. If that isnt smart business, I dont know what is. Bill Beermann
