Staff quickly tested my battery. Even though they couldnt replace it (lexus) they directed me to the nearest dealership. Outstanding staff who did all they could to help me..
They were friendly but who cares I didnt go in to make a friend I went in to find out about parts and my girlfriends car. Something is wrong when the employee sends you to find your own part and when you havent found it and go back to them send you to find it again on your own! Had to ask them diagnostic questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue and what parts I may need. Left there and went to OReillys
This store steals your money. They say they dont give cash refunds at this location if you use a card. Not once but twice I have returned items and have not received my refund on my card. I was told that I was suppose to recieve cash because it was debit. All I know is Im contacting whoever it takes and Im not stopping until I do. They received their product I should receive my money.
Associates here have no knowledge of vehicles whatsoever. They never want to help and get angry when you ask for assistance. I ordered a lift support few days ago, still haven’t received it. Came up there recently and the associate couldn’t find it and ended up ordering it again! They are incompetent and lazy. This location has always been a problem. The other location down the street is much more helpful even though I live across the street from this store, I will be going to the other one from now on. Actually....I think I’ll just shop at advance auto or O Relly instead.

This place is terrible. I stopped by around 9 pm because both my headlights went out on me. I asked the service technician about it and he basically gave me a sarcastic smile and said “i am not doing this today bring it tomorrow”. That is very disrespectful. Keep in mind they don’t close until 11 pm.

I bought a great new battery from this location and I even got a discount for trading in my old battery. Service was quick and they always provide a proper receipt which has all info on it that you need to apply for Georgia Clean Air repair waivers or exemptions. Today, I called and asked to have my receipt reprinted because the old one looked a bit worn. Pablo, the friendly, bilingual(Spanish/English) manager, was able to pull up my receipt from 2 months ago with no problem. I just dropped by to pick it up. All in all great customer service! You cant find that everywhere these days.
Extremely disappointed with this store employees and manager on duty. I went in to buy a trailer hitch so I proceeded to buy the ball at this location. I noticed that the pin and clip was supposed to be included with the ball so I asked the employees about it. They told me it may was stolen or it may have dropped when they were bringing it in. I asked well could you replace it with another one because it should be with it. They did not try to resolve the problem but instead dismissed me as if I wasnt a customer. And as if the supplier would be satisfied with the poor response on their products being less cared for. That should not be normalized! Poor display of leadership from the manager that was on duty with all of the tattoos. And also Brian/Brandon that was the employee.

As well as Spanish music blaring loudly. While my President lay in bed with the China Plague. I may be moving my $575,000 in AutoZone shares to a company that play American music. I dont care for it but even hip hop would be nice to hear, at least blacks are Americans ! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

White older guy I assume he was a manager does not even acknowledge your presence when all other associates are busy handling other customers has you standing there and he obviously sees you in line but can’t even say he will be right with you let alone a how are you when you’re standing there in line awkwardly. He’s done this to me and my boyfriend on two separate occasions. Will not be fraternizing here with such terrible customer service. All other associates are very nice.

I called in with a quick question and was immediately put on hold without being speaking to anyone. Thats fine, maybe I called at a bad time. Usually I am understanding of places that leave you on the phone for a couple minutes while they finish with the current customer(s). I dont mind waiting my turn.What I do mind is being left on hold for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement period. I called because I had a 10 second yes/no question that decided whether or not I would make the trip out there to buy a new car battery. I would have even accepted another 10 minute wait if someone had popped on at that point with a quick, were busy, please hold. I will seek assistance elsewhere as this call experience did not sit well with me.If a company rep reads this, I suggest you make it standard that if yall are gonna put callers on hold, at least let them know once every 10 minutes that they arent forgotten. Or send the call to another location thats less busy or dedicated to answering questions.

The guy alex would not honor my warranty on my breaks and my rotors and I had a wheel hub that I also got from autozone and told me it wasnt in the system. I guess this guy Alex just dint wanna warranty my parts. So I went to another autozone 36mins away any the honor the warranty there, thanks a lot autozone Lilburn. As long as Alex is working for the AutoZone on Jimmy Carter I will never shop in that store. I advise that I hope yall will not shop there either

I ran into the auto zone with my car running to ask your “employee” to check my engine light. He came and inserted the device and no code showed so rudely he told me to go to a mechanic. So, I went to another auto zone and they were able to pull the code because my car wasn’t started! I am a young female. Your “employee” (short Mexican with bleached hair and an Apple Watch) should’ve known to tell me to turn my car off!
Terrible Customer Service. The guy that assisted us had an attitude and asked us what he could help us with and then wouldn’t even listen to our request. He was talking to his coworker while we were telling him what we needed. Then proceeded with an attitude and only got worse. We left because of the terrible customer service.
The Good: the staff is very nice. The store was well kept. they had all the parts for my vehicle that I requested. The bad: you dont always get the right part the first time and you have to wait in the line again to get a refund and a replacement part. I had to do it twice today. Slightly inconvenience but I am very grateful that they had my parts so it all worked out in the end.

It is a 2 part review. Part one being delighted with the cashier. He made sure to look for the battery I went in to buy. At first couldn’t find it but did find the right battery for me eventually.The bad part. The store was busy and they wouldn’t let me change the battery myself. Partly because I told them not to charge me for core since I’ll be returning my battery as soon as I change it in the parking lot. After 45 minuets wait I told them to go ahead charge me for the core or hold my $50 cash because I’m not running away with old battery. That wasn’t an option either.Asked them to please allow me to change it myself and still not an option.I’m certain management and regional manager are old school who are only there to collect sales bonuses. They are more than likely not starting every morning with their online reviews. So I don’t expect much. Except that this will help other customers.
Was kinda busy so we waited in Auto Zone for all the people to be waited on. They knew we werent buying anything because one guy told us he was checking out only. Well we waited through every customer in their place, down to only one salesperson being busy for them to tell us they couldnt check the code because there are only two of them. I mean is it the fact that these elderly spouses were pretty slow that they have no problem letting us wait to clear out the story only to tell us they wont help. It literally would have taken a couple minutes.

One of the Few 24hr auto parts stores in Atlanta, with better selection than most.Being open after midnight has saved my Home-Mechanic projects a couple of times, and let me get back on the road for work the next day.Service is decent, and easy to find: West from I-85 and Jimmy carter.They also have specialty loaner tools, that you can use and bring back in a few days. (needs deposit) ...so if you have knowledge & skill to fix something, but dont have the tool... Ask if they have one for you, rather than paying $80 for a tool you only use once.
Called in an order and paid over the phone. When I wanted to pick up the part they said my order had been cancelled. What??? No call? She offered to reorder. Why didn’t you do that already instead of waiting for me to pick up the order. Not impressed with these guys, think I’ll go back to Advance Auto Parts

Very helpful...fast and quick finding my item and offering a suggestion. Just need to update the website with the correct hours, location is not 24 hrs as listed ended up waiting in the parking lot for them to open. Guess I wasnt the only one thought they was 24 hrs, a couple people went to the door to find them close. But they did unlock the door few minutes early sooo.. That helped

Just found out from Georgia Cyber Acadmey that my order for a school battery for my sons computer is still at their store. I was told that it wasnt there about a week or two ago.

Called this store over the phone and after asking about O2 sensors was placed on an indefinite hold. The girl on the phone said “oh god” when asked how many sensors. After driving to the store the parts were not in stock. This question should be able to answered with a phone call not a wasted trip to the store. The general manage Melissa Casique was extremely nice but took no action nor could identify who I spoke with on the phone.
The service that i received was beyond repulsive especially by a customer service manager. Upon completion of my tune up i noticed i had the incorrect air filter because a new associate was learning and training.Purchased on 12-30-17. I return today and i explain i have the incorrect air filter that was picked by a new associate, i also present the receipt to the female sales associate and the Customer service mgr (was too disgusted and upset to try reading his name). He asks when did i buy it, why do i have the incorrect part making my desire to exchange for the correct part difficult. Clearly the recipe was on the counter with the incorrect air filter.The young lady proceeds to get the part for me then i also mention i want to return the additional thread magic and boot protector. He slams his hand on the desk say why you never say that before then mumbles. Thats when i was annoyed and he noticed my facial expressions and walked to the other terminal for the female associate to finish.With all due respect your Customer Service Mgr needs more training especially when speak to customers of various backgrounds and professions. Tried to check k to see if they had break-in engine oil they put me on hold, then a lady who could barely speak English tried to answer but I could not understand her so she put me on hold for 10 min...tried call back they would hang up the phone. How rude is that.

I have not been to this location yet, but can tell I wouldnt want to visit. I called this evening and was put on hold immediately. I work in customer service myself and I have the common courtesy to at least acknowledge the person calling before putting them on hold. Not good.

Horrible customer service MELISSA and the other MALE manager 4.29.19 at 8pm were so rude. She gave the phone to another manager who REFUSED to give his name. Open 24 hours! friendly and fast service for the volume that they deal with, its a great place to stop on the way to work so you will have what you need for weekend projects. They also have one of the better selections in the area. It is rare that the part I need isnt in stock.
This is the place I go get all my car parts for all my vehicles. Celia and Jose are some of the most helpful persons they will help you find everything you need for your vehicle. I have been going there for the past 14 years and this autozone has been able to help me.

I dont want to use the word ignorant negatively... but it must be known, a very large percentage of the employees at this location would be as equally effective as a grocery bagger, car washer or as part of a janitorial staff in a movie theater. In an AutoZone full of seven workers and two customers, it took two of us in order to explain what starter shims are... It took four of them to collectively understand it! However, I realize that at this location I usually end up needing to look up the parts myself on their computer. So I guess none of this is really out of the ordinary, simply go to a different AutoZone.
I went here at 12:30 in the morning for some wheel parts. Pat was there and took care of me so well and even stopped some stranger from trying to steal my wallet! Pat needs to get a raise or be on watch for a higher position. She really went out of her way to help me. If you guys need any help Pat is the person!

The service here sucks. Its like no one know what theyre doing. It takes the whole staff to do a return for one customer. Then heres Jose walking slowly past me to the answer phone. I been waiting in line patiently for 25 min for Carlos to tell me to go to another store to do an exchange because it will mess up his inventory.
The customer service at this auto store is absolutely horrible. they were reluctant to help and didnt want to explain the differences of their products. I am a female that let him know I didnt know much about cars and needed a new battery. he checked me out without even giving me the option to pay extra for him to help me put it back in my car. then when I asked for help he just said, oh, thatll be an extra charge but didnt even want to tell me what the charge would be. i will never come back to this store and will take my chances with advanced or oreilly

I had a nice experience there wasnt having a very good day at all yesterday!! The manager there told me what kind of light I need for my car since I just got stopped by a State Trooper the brake light was out. The brake light cost $7 I only had $5.50 which was all the money I had at the time the manager kept asking me what was wrong cuz he could tell I was distraught at the time. So he told me me he was going to take the money out of his own pocket to help me with my brake light never I had never had someone like that there do that for me before then he went on to tell me that everything was going to be alright and that I just had to keep my head up.

Literally just spent 32 minutes on hold to be hung up on. I would call back and go off but i would probably only have a repeat of this. man answered and said hold please, which i don’t mind.....and waiting for someone to come back to the phone.....I don’t mind......but to hang up instead of helping me out is BEYOND disrespectful and unprofessional.Called Orileys and was helped within 5 minutes! Even if it took longer i wouldn’t have cared, at least someone came back to the phone to help instead of hanging up.

Definitely where I go when needing auto parts. They even check your engine lights for you and let you use their tools for free.
They made buying simple motor oil and filter more difficult than I ever imagined possible. Then they ordered me the wrong part and wanted me to pay again to buy the right one. Wont be going back to this location, possibly any Auto Zone at all.
