Went to get an inspection before purchasing a vehicle. Mechanic went the extra mile to show me the vehicle was good AND let me know what may be wrong. Little things he didnt even have to show or tell me he mad sure I had a clear understanding. He also educated me on a lot of other factors that go into purchasing different types of vehicles.Great service. Highly recommend.

Danz is the go to place for car repair for our entire family. We have used him for years, bought used cars from him and never been disappointed. Highly Recommended!!!!I arrived one morning, walked right in and was greeted at the desk by the owner. I described what was going on with my car. They pulled it around for a diagnostic, revealed my problem and discussed my options. Upon agreeing to the repairs, I was dropped off back home by the owner and contacted when completed. Same day service, reasonable prices and great customer service.

Had to get my subframe fixed because my car was making noise, Dan said he would get the part newly used from a junkyard which I was okay with. I called to see if my car was ready the following day he told me it was but he had to add an additional part (bushings) because my original ones were no good .When I get there my total is 500+ dollars, so I test drive and everything is okay the car is driving perfect but then 3 days later the car is making the noise again . I go back to Dan and he claims nothing is wrong with the car . I take the car to a different mechanic and he lifts my car and tells me my subframe was never changed and still rusted and the bushings that he claimed he added that were suppose to be new was never changed either .I was told by the mechanic when you get a part from the junkyard it should have initials and a date on it for warranty purposes and that it is a liability to drive my car because of what Dan did to it.So Dan charged me and didn’t do anything to my car but tighten under the car so the noise would stop for a couple days. NEVER GET YOUR CAR FIXED FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED!!! I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AND REPORTING THIS SO CALLED AUTO REPAIR SHOP TO THE BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU) SEE YOU IN COURT BUDDY I HAVE ALL MY RECEIPTS, TRANSACTIONS AND PHOTOS.

Instead of saying they are NOT SURE...or they dont have manufactured tools to do the job, the MISDIAGNOSE your car so that can get thousands of dollars. Ive had two cars go to them...all for the engine to blow after leaving their care. DO NOT GO TO THEM. USE SCOTT AUTO REPAIR instead. Google them.

I live Knoxville but went to Atlanta to visit my friends. Unfortunately, my car broke down when I was about to head back home. After being turned down by 2 Honda dealers, I tried one last chance before accepting the worst scenario that either I stayed in Atlanta until Monday or took Uber back to Knoxville. Fortunately, I found Dans shop and he was willing to stay late after closing time (4pm on Saturdays) to help me out, which litterally made me cry lol. My cars starter had problem and we needed to have it replaced. Dan tried his best to find a vendor selling the type of starter matching my car. Finally we found one and he did a really good job fixing my poor car. Thanks Lord I came home safe and sound.Thank you again chú Dan!!! Youre freaking awesome! Keep it up!

Worst service EVERRRRRR!!!!!! Car came in working just fine all it needed was an alternator, paid to have alternator fixed and it did not work, he put another alternator that did not work amd did not honor the wareanty because he said its too much work. I agreed to purchase a new alternator (3rd one) in which he made me pay for labor amd parts AGAIN ( FOR A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ) and found out that the alternator he installed was another used alternator and he lied and said it was new. Also ordered a battery in which the battery he installed is in fact wayyyy to small for my car smh. He changes his prices every five minutes so if you dont listen to what he says youll end up paying more. He also says hes ordering NEW PARTS when in fact they are USED. (CHECK EVERY BOX YPUR PARTS COME IN) ...OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! YOUR BETTER OFF GOING SOMEEWHERE THAT WILL HONOR WARRANTYS AND DOESNT CHARGE TWICE FOR THE SAME SERVICE THAT WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY! OWNER SEEMS FRIENDLY BUT BEWARE BECAUSE HE IS FAR FROM THAT.

Came here two years ago, after trying to be hustled for a new transmission by VOTECH AUTOMOTIVE, and took it to DANZ after a friend refered me to them, anyways 60k miles later, my transmission is still running great because of the care and transparency of the staff here, im getting my brakes done tomorrow as matter of fact

Our car had an overheating problem on I-85 and we found Danz Auto repair open. They took their time and explained what was wrong and advised up to return the car to the seller as there was a major problem. When I tried to pay I was told there was no charge as they could not really repair it. If I lived in their area I would be a regular.

Horrible customer service had to hunt him down in the shop and he still showed no interest in helping to fix my car! How can u run a shop without a front desk receptionist.

I got told that my car was junk that a head was cracked so my motor needed to be rebuilt and my transmission was slipping so I needed a new transmission and both would cost more than my car was worth! So thankfully I took my car to another shot and all that was wrong with my car was the thermostat! I mean really?!
