I really appreciate the service to mount and spin balance a tire. Customer service excellent.I called ahead to inquire about the work need. Everything was explained well by phone. We went right over. Within 15 mins tire was completed and changed on the car. Excellent team of workers. 😃

Quick service and everything was explained. They let me watch as the work got done and I was out in 30 mins for a tire patch and couple fluid changes. Polite and knowledgeable.

The General Manager said that there was nothing wrong with oil change... but they didnt put 4 out of 6 screws back after changing my oil. The bottom of my car fell apart when I was driving on highway... I am writing this review and hope that they will be more concerned about human life... its sad to know that the General manager smiled all the times talking to me about their fault... I didnt find any funny things in my accident... Please be more concerned about human life and work responsibly...

DO NOT GO HERE, YOUR SAFETY COULD BE AT RISK!!! I came here not long ago and they put a tire on my car and when I got home the tire was flat, I called and told them about it and they didn’t care. I decided to give them a second chance today and went back for another flat tire. To start I waited forever for some help, and while they were working on my car they were taking their sweet time. Finally I left and as I was driving down the road I could hear a horrible noise and I pulled over and noticed they DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS, I was driving a with a LOOSE TIRE. I tightened them and then went back to tell them and all they said was “Sorry”. They could care less about their customers’ time much less their safety. Do not come here.

They have a fairly new manager by the name of Amy she is awesome, And I say that because she is a honest person. She could have easilt charged me on my last visit. I had a sensor that was not plugged in all the way. She plugged it back in told me what the problem was when in the past I know some mechanics are out to get you or MAKE A BUCK off of you. Amy is not like that and that means alot to me. Ill be going back soon for my ac. Things have really changed for the better since her arrival!

This is an amazing shop. I only thought they just did tires but they did so much more. I had a wreck with my car and didnt know what to to. I went up there and the manger told me that if I work with him he will inspect my car and let me know everything that was wrong with it and how to fix it. Over time I went back almost ever other week or once a month going getting my car checked out and getting work done and he was working with my budget. Every other place either turn me down or wanted my insurance involved. But at the time I was going through a lawsuit with them and they didnt want to pay for it and my car was breaking down by the second but when I went to them I was able to get all the mechanical things fix over time and on budget. This was a amazing experience. They are not just a tire shop. There family.

When i went there, they asked me to wait because they were busy, i understand that.They got done 2 cars and i though it was my turn, but 2 of the guys start to smoke and i was like Hey im waiting hereAfter 10 minutes it was my turn, i needed a plug in one of the tires, the guy took it out and then he started to joke with the others guys and ohad to wait 45 minutes just for a plug.What kind of service is this?

I was sent here for a plug in my tire and had an emissions done as well. They were super fast (I was in and out in less than 20 minutes) and very polite and professional! I would definitely recommend that others come here!

They must hire anybody here and If anyone chooses to bring their car here, I advise to ask them to double check everything they did and make sure they screw back on whatever they took off. Just saying...

Amazing customer service got more than what I say. Mechanics went above and beyond to make sure we got everything that we needed Set a reasonable price.

Yesterday I wanted to change the engine oil. I felt strange when I saw him. I said he wanted to change the engine oil. He deliberately repeated me and asked me what you are going to do. After changing the oil, it looks like he is a pitiful worm. I have been their old customer for several years. Hispanic people are very good before, but it is not, it looks like a hybrid.

I brought my vehicle here for an oil change. First thing, their customer service skills are at an all time low. No greeting at all, just a stupid stare. The man behind the desk told me to give my keys to one of the guys in the back. No name just one of the guys in the back. I needed 6 quarts of synthetic oil for my oil change which cost me $60. I was told a lower price over the phone... Then a week later my dash reads check oil level. Really?!! Instead of the guys actually doing their jobs effectively, they are ripping off females. I called to see if they could fix this issue & of course no one answered the phone. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. They are highly unprofessional, rude & need a whole new team.

Gerald is the manager and hes a great guy. He did an excellent job taking care of me. some used tires here at a great price. I noticed that I was getting some shaking and thought they might be off balance. He checked all the tires mentioned that apparently a weight or something might have fallen off, apologized for the issue and rectified the entire situation with a smile. Go here and give them some business! Highly recommended! Definitely five stars!

Very unprofessionalCame to this place right off of 85 bc my tire started going flat. The manager or owner instantly told me he couldn’t help me. (Cool, no problem) I decided to take matters in my own hands by putting on my spare. The guy was very eager to kick me out of the parking lot. He even called the cops. Seems to me like the guy doesn’t care for his customers at all.

Went in for an oil change today paid $23 for the guy to drive my car from one spot in the parking lot til the other side. I took my car in because it had no oil on dipstick. Got home and checked still no oil on dipstick. I have a marking on my canister filter that proves my filter was never touched. Ended up performing the oil change myself and sure the oil I drained out was extremely dirty. I used these guys for the past 3 years and sent them plenty business that will no longer be the case.

This place has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever seen and I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience here at this particular business. I came in for an oil change which came to $23 and when I left I had trouble controlling my car, then the alignment light was on which had never appeared on my dash before what should have been a $23 visit and simply and oil change has turned into more than $250 to try to correct a problem that I never had. I have never had any issues with driving or balancing my car. These people to do a wheel alignment test which they performed without my knowledge they never asked me if I wanted a wheel alignment test or told me I needed one. This resulted in an imbalance to be able to keep control of the car after 30 miles per hour. After driving for awhile with my emergency lights on my tires on the front blew out but thank God I made it to the gas station. I am 8 months pregnant so this could have gone all bad. I only asked these folks for an oil change. Now Im buys rims, tires, alignment, and possibly more repair. NEVER AGAIN!

Came with a flat tire that I discovered on a road trip. In 20 minutes I had a new tire and it didn’t cost too much. So easy to work with and friendly!!!

I have come here several times for mine and my boyfriends vehicle needs. They are always really nice and helpful. They even changed out my brake light when I brought the bulb. Ive been here so much they know me. I will always come to them from now on because they are people I can trust.

These guys are awesome and have great prices. Ive sent numerous people there to have work done and theyve all come back and said they were happy as well. Ive had tires, motor mounts, oil changes, and a cv joint on an older car done there - all on separate occasions - and theyve always been cool. You sink into the couches and dont want to get back up though lol

Absolutely worse customer service I have ever experienced. Went to Jimmy Carter location first. They didn’t have it so they called to confirm and sent me to this location which is about 5 minutes away. Got there and one of the techs checked and confirmed they had and would help me next. After waiting 30 minutes, a man that seemed to be in charge said they didn’t have it and they didn’t know why they sent me because they were closing in 1 minute. Now I am in a car with my three kids with a tire that is leaking air fast. I went to five other places but because my SUV uses a rare size, no one seemed to have it. Despicable service for the sake of leaving on time after having me waste an half hour that could have been used finding another place before everyone closed for the Saturday evening over a holiday weekend. I will never go there again.

Made me pay twice for emissions. Once I failed for readiness first time, i came back after driving. The employee was the same but said he couldnt check my readiness, and becuase i only had a picture of certificate I have to pay again. Fine but can you cehck my readniness before you fail me agaiN? I guess his brain forgot to tell him to check for readiness, and i failed again. Now I have to come back, what an inconveinence....

Do not go here. I️ believe all these five star reviews that aren’t even a full sentence are bogus.The manager (Bob? Maybe) who handled my emissions and oil change was initially very nice.My car had sat for a year while I️ was overseas. We put in a new battery, fuel, and oil. I️ ended up failing the emissions, no big deal, not their fault. I still needed the certificate to take down to vehicle registration to get a temporary tag. Upon getting there the clerk let me know that about 4-5 numbers were left off the Vin number on the certificate. I had to go back to get the certificate corrected at which point the same man or manager was BEYOND EXTREMELY RUDE.They were closing in a half hour and he said he couldn’t get me in. I️ let him know it was just a mistake in the computer and I️ just needed it corrected to get my temporary tag. With an extreme amount of hostility he let me know that he needed to retest it. Failed again, which is fine. At the end he threw my keys back at me and with a large amount of smugness said I️ still failed while smiling. I️ just needed a certificate with my correct VIN failed or not. He let me know that was my retest! I️ can’t understand this since it was his mistake. The guy was so furious that I could see him trying to fight a customer in the future. A real life Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde.Don’t go here, these guys will screw you in the end.The very next morning at 9am I️ passed emissions on Pleasant Hill Road with no problem. Go to the place by chick filet. Cheaper and nicer!Maybe there equipment is faulty for emissions, maybe not. Their personalities and customer service sure are faulty. I️ shutter to think of having a disagreement about something more substantial on my car. Don’t put yourself in that position.

The absolute best experience ever had with a mechanic anywhere!!! I went in to have tires replaced. Upon doing so the mechanic Micheal let me know that the front brakes needed to be replaced. We agree to have the brakes replaced and then it was the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Of course now my wife is getting frustrated. Then once explaining to the owner that we had just bought the car 6 months ago and its 2 yrs old with a little under 40,000 miles, he had it checked again. Come to find out there was a little pebble blocking it. They let us know that and refunded our money! So not only did yhey truly care what was actually going on with the car by listening to us but they were HONEST with us and treated us with respect which isnt so common among mechanics! I am so thankful and now have no hesitation bringing them our business! I will refer all my friends and family to them!!!

This place got my business when tires plus on satellite blvd gave me the run around. Quick service. Checked my allignment, did the emissions and inflated my tires all while getting my oil changed. In and out in less than 25 minites. Plus, they were nice! -*One thing, they didnt lay down the paint protecters. Still very happy.

When I went to pick up car the first time mechanic told me mgr had to remind him to rehook up gas throtal .2nd time I went,to pick up car they forgot to put raidator cap on. I picked it up in the street when I was bringing it back to them.he thought because he gave me a new cap it was ok he didnt put it back on . by the way, it was for the same problem they didnt fix the first time .Didnt want to press stars had to so I can advance. I would give them a minus 10 stars theThey ran my car for 2 hours with water in the oil 2 times. While they put the wrong part on and said they fixed water leak by thermastat when the water was coming from the intake manifold. You see this place run run fast. Totally incompetent mechanics

Ive been going to this shop for 4 years now and they have always been respectful, kind, and very reasonable until these last two times. Gerald who is the shop manager has been disrespectful in a demeaning way. My last visit was a week ago when I returned with my receipt for a repair to my air conditioner for $843. The receipt stated that all parts had a lifetime warranty so I returned to get it repaired. As hes explaining to the person he says, this girl has a receipt saying theres a warranty on here parts. So he gets off the phone and tells me that he wasnt the manager in 2015 and although I have the receipt and invoice that AutoZone is not trying to honor the warranty and they dont even use AutoZone anymore. First of all, my contract was not with AUTOZONE....I didnt purchase the parts the shop did thats not my problem. Secondly he told me it may take a few days because their invoices from three years ago are packed away in a warehouse and they have to look for them. Still not my problem. Thirdly he says, give me your number Ill call you when I know something. My thing is this is the most I spent on anything for this vehicle and now you dont want to honor a contract and now Ive become this girl. Twenty minutea later I get a call saying they found the invoice, ordered the part and it will be here Tuesday, and that the labor alone is going to cost $100, well see what happens. Because at this point I may have to contact a lawyer for several reasons. Georgia is too hot to ride around with no air when I paid over $800 to replace my compressor and Ive had not other issues with my car at all. I have never had any issues with the manager or the mechanics and the got rid of the most honest and respectful mechanic Jeff. Ive never been able to speak to the owner because every time I call they say hes out of town, why have a business servicing all people when my money is good, but a contract you wrote is not. If there is no resolution soon I will allow a lawyer to show them how a 40+ girl turned into 40+ woman. Update:I forgot to come back and update you all on my experience. I was able to speak with the owner and he helped me by fixing the problem. I had to apologize for being so upset because in PERSON he was the nicest guy ever. A face to face conversation is truly under rated. Respect will get you further than a bad attitude. The problem was resolved not in my time, but Gods timing.

Be careful they are posting fake good reviews also...Worst experience ever... Sat at shop for 4 hours for alignment and told me they wont be able to get to me. Then called owner Bob next day he was rude and making excuses for the poor service. Will never use them again and dont recommend them for anyone. I suggest you ride right past this horrible place. Try to up sell women, sat there three to four hours watching women get lied to about services they didnt need. And owner is a real A whole that shouldnt be in business. Waited for 4 hours for them to check my car, told me I needed a tune-up. 2 hours later still NOT done. Charged me $200, I dont think he even changed the wires. My receipt says there is noise in the motor. Still didnt like the way it sound. Took it to Pep Boys the next morning to do the same check. Didnt need a Tune-Up at ALL. The ENGINE IS BAD...so either these guys at JB are thieves, are just looking to scam females. Ive now spent $200 for my car that I CANT DRIVE! Dirty Bastards!

Dont get me wrong customer service is excellent until you ask question about the work they provide. Couldnt provide proof that they even did my 4wheel alignment and wanted my $$$. had no problem paying them I wanted to have proof was willing to ride with Gary just to see with my eyes its align before i paid but hey ended up telling me the owner said just leave dont come back . I left got in car man my car is not align!! God is Good!! Add 60 more to that 60 and chevrolet here I come!!
