I went to this location today for the first time. The lady at the front was very very helpful. She helped us decided what we should get exactly. I am happy to have found them. I use to go to Ted hair and their customer service is horrible. Needles to say I have found my new hair connect.

5 star customer service. What a great buying experience! You cannot enter the store due to Covid restrictions but I showed up with no set idea about the hair I wanted to buy. The lady then proceeded to bring out several bundles of Malaysian and Cambodian hair and walked me through the price and quality of all the options . She did not try to push me to purchase the most expensive hair but gave me an honest rundown of the pros and cons, which made me feel at ease to pick the best hair for my needs. I ended up purchasing 3 bundles of Cambodian body wave and a silk closure which was the more expensive hair but definitely cheaper than prices I’ve seen from premium hair vendors online. I frequently buy hair and make my own wigs, so I know how to spot good quality early, and while I still need to see how this hair holds up, I washed the bundles and closure and there was absolutely no smell or color that came out of the hair. I will wait to see how the hair holds up but I would recommend this place off of the customer service alone!

I purchased a 12” 613 wig from you all today. From the exact moment I called inquiring about the wig I was rushed off the phone and i also constantly had been placed on hold just to turn around and repeat myself again. Once I arrived, I was asking question about the business seeing that they had so many different products other than hair .. Linda proceeded to brush me off saying, “yeah yeah yeah.. and then asking for payment”. Linda did not ask me to move so that she could get the hair she began closing the door on me. Not only that, she charged me the same amount she quoted me for a 14” over the phone and proceeded to call me a liar for confronting her about it. She then, prompted to take my card and the pin was wrong and stated that “I don’t have enough money”. This led me to ask her what did they remark mean and to who was she referring to.. letting her know that they needed better customer service for customer retention she then brushed it off and marked me. I normally do not shop with you all but due to the events in Atlanta I googled this business and will not return EVER again

The hair is nice and silky. I ordered Indian hair grade 8 and she gave me brazilin hair grade 5 which cost less and she told me not to pay attention to the tag. I feel like I got cheated

I couldnt be happier. I ordered the hair on Tuesday afternoon, when I realized that my hair appointment was only 3 days away, I called the place right away, they managed to send me the hair by Thursday morning. I called the store to say thank you but I feel like they deserve 5 ⭐ The hair is beautiful with no smell. From now on thats where I will buy my hair.

Horrible service. Horrible people working here. They got rid of their best worker, because I would always get helped by a Hispanic young lady named Kimberly, but the few times I have gone now for hair and eyelashes, it is a horrible experience EVERY TIME. They are always out of stock of an item when I place a order online they tell me right when I get there! So inconvenient!!! Ms.Kimberly would always notify me before hand and give me replacement options. No longer will shop here, I have tried working with the other Asian ladies but they simply do not have good costumer service skills. They need to hire her back or work on their costumer service. They will close the door on your face when you ask a question! They put stickers on their hair but it is all the same! The lady gave me 5A when I asked for 7A and took off the sticker in front of me and said it was the same thing! They are stealing my hard earned money when it is low quality items. Horrible place, do not shop here. No one is helpful here.

I walked in they were helpful, didn’t know it was a wholesaler BUT the lady was so nice I had to pay a littler extra retail price. I purchased a wig for my birthday and when I first bought it, it was okay. The lace was NOT HD lace but with a little powder I was able to make it look decent. After wearing the wig throughout the evening it started to tangle BADLY! When I brush the tangles out, clumps of hair came out of my brush at a time. As of right now, the wig sheds constantly and looks super thin. This wig is complete trash and a waste of money. Beware!

I only come for eyelashes extensions but every time I come it’s an issue with my order. The quality of the lashes are that great either. They are not organized and don’t have a standard operating protocol. I realize that COVID has changed the way we operate but most business have adapted and found ways to operate effectively. They still trying to figure it out, they want you to text 1 of 5 phone numbers but they don’t know where the phones are, then if you order online through the app they claim the order does always go to their system.The lady has walked back to the door several times with the wrong order. One person says they have the item in stock and the other says they don’t, it’s annoying and unprofessional. I say it every time but I mean it this time. I will never shop with them again.

Do not buy hair from this company they will rip you off of your hard earned money! Now i see why they have a man(bodyguard)😒 at the store because Im pretty sure people have came back clowning about the hair theyve bought that was horrible! I purchased a 30 inch full lace wig for over $500 dollars a couple of months ago it was fine for wash or two but after the 3rd wash it would not bounce back. It was matted badly and everything I tried did not work! I was going to purchase another $500 wig until the first wig started matting! I dodged a bullet and to think i was going to use them as my vendor for starting my new hair business! I Will be looking for another vendor and also doing a video review on YouTube to warn others!

I normally don’t have a problem with my hair or the customer service but you know how a business really cares for their customers by their customer service when things are NOT SO GOOD! I purchase hair from this facility for about 3 years and have never had a problem and I now have been experiencing swelling after the hair dries, hair falling out in spots from the frontals and when I called to speak with someone about the problem they said it’s the technique I used, although it’s the same technique that I use for all the hair I purchase but as a business that knows your record and how much you spend with them, you would think they would appreciate a customer by at least offering a discount on the next frontal or bundle just because of the issue. It’s very disheartening to know that a place that you spend at and refer people too, doesn’t honor or stand behind their product. I would at least TRY to see what I can do for a customer of mine which is what I do if I have a client that’s dissatisfied...we talk it through and see if there is anything I can do but not with EHAIR! If you have a problem JUST KNOW THAT they do not care they will basically brush you off like ya never met‼️

I’m here waiting for them to open there store and she was five mins late than I try to come in to make a quick purchase and she don’t let me in and yell at me telling me she don’t know when the other lady coming in so she can let me in. I would never give them $.01 of my hard earned money after being treated the way I was just treated. The sign says they open at 9:30 and I got there at 9:10 and waited for someone to open up the shop on my birthday. The lady came and I asked the lady if they were about to open and she didnt even acknowledge my presence at first, although it was obvious I was talking to her. And then she replied that I could not come in and someone would be there later to assist me. Why would I wait if the hours are clearly posted on the door, after being treated this way? No way! Not on my birthday, there are too many other beauty supply stores in Atlanta for that! I will take my $250 I was about to spend somewhere else!

This review is for their blonde hair only. I have brought other colors and they were great. The establishment is great and the staff is great. Now having said that, the blonde hair I brought last week is horrible. I brought 3 tape ins in 22inch. I dont know if its a bad batch or chemically altered but it sheds and knots like cheap synthetic. It lasted 2 weeks and had to come out it was so bad.

This is not good hair at all it sheds like crazy, tangles and doesnt take color very well. I tried this hair on a few clients and they complained about the horrible shedding. A few days ago I bought some 3 blonde bundles and a closure to make a wig and lets just say its in the trash. During the process of making the wig the hair shedded so bad I was surprised any hair was left on the wefts. Once I got done with sewing and adding color to the wig and begin to style I notice the some of the hair was melting. I tried to give this hair company the benefit of the doubt but I learned my lesson and I will NEVER purchase hair from them again.
