Why are they listed as a beauty supply when they’re a hair salon?

This place is within walking distance, so I thought Id try them. My experience: Walked in on a Tuesday, spoke to a woman about getting crochet braids. Showed her what type of hair Id be using and discussed price. She could not find her glasses, so told me to call a certain number to make an appointment, even though I was in the salon at the time. So, I left the salon and called the number she gave me. Spoke to someone else, explained the service I needed and time I wanted to come in. She said okay, and to send her a text message confirming the appointment time and send a picture of the hair I was going to use. So, I sent her a text confirming the appointment time wed agreed on and a picture of the hair I would be using. She texted back Perfect. I showed up a few days later at the time wed agreed upon, and there were 4 stylist in the salon, working on clients. They knew nothing about the appointment Id scheduled and a stylist called someone on the phone, I guess to see if Id made an appointment, (I showed her the text confirming my appointment). She then asked me to wait 15 minutes. A half hour later,I stepped outside, made a same day appointment with another hair braiding salon in Norcross, and left. I suppose this was customer service at its finest, provided by NiaSoule? Ill pass. No thanks.
