Everytime I visit the store to purchase Big Nawf Apparel it’s always a pleasant experience. The store is always clean and neat and who ever is at the register has the best attitude. Great customer service skills! Quick and fast service but at the same time not rushed. I’ll definitely be back for other colors.

Purchased the Peruvian Body Wave Bundles 14, 16, 18 inches for the first time here, and Im truly impressed. The price and quality are unbeatable! Absolutely no shedding, no tangling, and holds its wave pattern. I can literally get up and go with no real maintenance. I highly recommend if your like me and always seemed to have issues with pricing or quality from other places. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future! Thank you PHB;)

I love this place! I purchased a wig and 3 bundles and when I tell you the hair is bomb! I had a great experience with the young lady that runs the store she was very helpful and even gave me a discount! I will be returning!

I have tried other places but I tell you there is no comparison in terms of quality. They are the best. Its pricey yes but its quality hair.

The hair is good but Premium Hair DOES NOT honor the prices on the their flyers. I walked in the store for the 1st time with a client and was given a flyer with the prices. As I stated the length and pattern my client was interested in...The girl in the front said thats not the correct price and I said well why would you give me an outdated flyer if these are not the prices. She said its based on the owner, if he wants the prices higher or not. She called a female manager from the back who said the prices change DAILY...what kind of business is this?! ILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

My favorite place to get hair around Atlanta. The owner is super nice and the ladies working are helpful. 3 years and never got a bad bundle. The Brazil curly is one of the best curly weaves I have ever had. Low maintenance but tale care of the hair.

My second time getting hair from here & I love the hair & I love the pretty lady that works there! She is always so nice & helpful! This hair always stays soft even when you dye it. The last time I got hair from here I dyed it bleached it. I dyed it twice & it always remain soft! And a huge plus its right across the street from where I go get my hair done. Great service and the hair is beautiful and soft. I loved that I could browse and order online and then pick it up before my install appointment. I even ordered at the last minute, called them and they made sure it was there waiting for me the next morning. I purchased the Brazilian loose wave and absolutely love it. Unfortunately this review isn’t a good one. I have bought this hair before and it was awesome. However this time I can’t say the same. And I paid more this time. The hair WILL NOT hold a curl AT ALL. It tangles so bad and sheds like crazy. It’s the worse hair I’ve ever purchased. So sad I wasted my money!

NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought 3 bundles of Brazilian curly 28 inch and a 14-inch Brazilian curly closure. The hair was okay for like a week until it started tangling and shedding, mind you i sealed my wefts and conditioned every 2-3days used coconut oil and braided it up at night with a bonnet and used a deep conditioning mask weekly. the hair just continued to fall apart took it out after a month and trashed the hair a waste of $350 dollars. Would have been better of with Indian remy from the beauty supply

I am a licensed cosmetologist and i have been patronizing premium hair for the past 3 years and I have not had any bad experiences with this hair. I have worn every type of hair in this store from russian blonde to curly. If you want good quality hair then this is the place.

I really dont know what is going! like another post I have been a loyal customer to them for three years I have recently ordered some hair contacted the company as well as emailed them and have yet to receive a response the hair tangled within 3 days and sheds like crazy !! It is unfortunate that you try to support ethnic businesses in return they do not live up to the expectations nor provide customer service You wonder why other businesses flourish this is ridiculous!

Ive been coming to get hair from here for some time and I usually dont have any problems with any of the employees but WHOA did someone wake up on the wrong side of the bed on this Friday morning. I wanted to try a different type of hair and basically the girl I dont know her name (dark skin short) didnt help me at all! Every question I asked she gave 1 answer answers basically like rushing me and being very rude. This isnt the first time ive interacted with her though. A few months back I brought a friend to try some hair & she also thought she was rude but we let it slide. I come here bc its close to where I work and l love their Peruvian hair but I think Ill start going back to true glory this company obviously doesnt want my business so I wont be returning. Ladies if you want good customer service try True Glory they have several locations.

They have the most god awful hair and this is my second time purchasing bad hair from them. The customer service is horrible they dont respond to your calls or try to work with you on that you just spent 300 on bad hair i even when back up to the facility to show them the bad hair. Its stiff and want hold a curl and the young lady agreed that the hair was bad not to mention it sheds like a person going through chemo. I will not be going back and want recommend this place to anyone. Thats why i limit my self to support black owned businesses because they dont know good customer service and dont value you as a customer.

The hair does NOT last long at all. Its almost like buying beauty supply store hair. This would be my 2nd time purchasing hair from this company and just like everyone said, the customer survice is beyond terrible. They ALAWAYS have an attitude & its so unpleasant going there. My first time going there, I bought Brazilian curly & it was so beautiful to begin with. Then it became so trashy and knotted after 3 months & I take care of all my hair. Now I have in the Brazilian straight for almost 3 1/2 months. The hair gets stiff, hard to comb through, and doesnt look anything brand new when u do a 2nd install. Theres a lot of split ends, the ends of the hair gets very frizzy and sticks out. Overall just Very disappointed. Im definitely going back to True Glory in Atlanta

Ive been goin to premium for about 2years now ...Im a hairstylist and I also send all my clients there but this will soon change.These new women they have working the front counter are extremely rude they have no education on hair (therefore are no help) I was told there vendor has change and I believe not for the better, all I saw were split ends on split ends(specifically on the Brazilian curly).Premium consistently runs out of bundles so u are forced to get something u did not come for 😒.Although there hair is flawed that is easily fixable,but when I come in with an positive attitude ready to spend my money and all I receive is pure negative energy,disrespect along with throwing my hair around,texting while I speak to her (this young lady is brown skin/light and she is the one that is usually working) something I will not tolerate therefore Im listing other hair companies located in Gwinnett (luxe,bossxtends,true glory,)
