They suck! Customer service skills are lacking. I watch the owner and the installer argue for 10 minutes about the price she gave me over the phone and he basically refused to do the service for the price she quoted me.i just walked out the place is Ludacris seriously

Had my car in for installation and when I got it back several items where missing. Insignificant but instead of rummaging through my belongings they could have at least got the install 4right. Had to take my car to another shop after smoke started coming from dash. They pulled the unit and it was the most unprofessional glump of twisted together wires and electrical tape Id ever seen. Got it done right by honest professionals.

Paid 800 for service and had to return 3days in a roll only one guy hooking up service and you wait for hours and still have to come back and wait after spending your hard earned money for the manger to say money don’t matter...will never come back

I used to come here all the time but after I got ripped off I never came back. The sound guys are amazing and they answer all your questions but the owner got me for $200 when she sold me an amp that didnt work and gave me the run around about it

This company is a fraud. They sold me China made speakers and I tried to return the day after and they didn’t want to take it back.

I took my Hisense 55 TV to get fixed. It seems the mother board was burnt. The owner (an asian lady) took $40 NON-refundable deposit to inspect the my tv. A few days later she said the total for parts & labor was going to be $250 which I said okay go ahead and fix it, she said itll be ready in 5 days. I call 5 days later and she said its not ready yet give me 5 more days. I gave her 7 days and she said oh we have to replace the whole back of your tv, it will be around $600-$700 you might as well buy a new one It all sounded very fishy as if she wanted to keep my TV to resell. I told her that I would pick the TV up but she insisted it will not be worth to fix it and I said its fine Im still going to go get it. I called a good friend of mine who fixes electronics that same day I picked it up, and he later texted me at night saying that nobody ever even opened up my TV to inspect it. WOW! Anyway the total to fix it from him was going to be $150. I cant believe it, I feel that that her business is just collect on deposits and not even bother inspecting the electronics. Do not go here because she will try to rip you off.
