Been coming here since I was 16 and have never had a bad experience. Every vehicle that Ive had done here has com out wonderfully.

Purchased an installation kit for my sons car. I knew it was a little overpriced but I got it anyway. When I got home to put it together I found broken pieces and pieces that did not fit together. I tried to come in the very next day to exchange it but of course they were closed almost 2 hours early and would not answer the phone. Sickening how these businesses dont do proper business. Complete rip🤬off. Wish I could score lower

I have waited to post this review to be sure it was being posted for the right reasons. It has been several weeks since I purchased equipment (not from Gwinnett Sound) and had it installed by Gwinnett Sound, at first the left side speakers went completely out and I was told it was a faulty amp, so we replaced the amp with a new one. It has now been a week and my left speakers are not working yet again, while I was truly impressed by the first response and replacement, I’m now faced with the same issue and in need of a third trip for my 2020 car stereo to be fixed, if it can be? It’s not the amp as I told them the first time, something is installed incorrectly, and I paid what I feel is a fair amount for quality workmanship, that is not what I have received thus far! I hope they will make the installation correct, refund my money, or take my car back to factory to avoid future issues. I’m willing to amend my review if fixed CORRECTLY, but until then BUYER BEWARE!

Ive been dealing with them for 13 years and my whole crew been with them. Amazing work and I dont trust nobody with my car but Gain. Until he retire this is my home for stero systems. Never disappointed with this place

Came in about a week ago and purchased four Memphis speakers for my truck for $95... Finally got them installed today and it took a few hours and they are the best sounding speakers Ive ever heard and my truck sounds awesome and I havent even reached volume 3 yet.. ten thumbs up for you guys thank you so much...

This is my 2nd review. I had a great experience the first time but I wish I had listened to the gentleman helping me choose my initial radio. After a few months I realized he was spot on in his original recommendation. I went back and swapped out the first radio I bought for the one he first recommended. Quick. Easy. Super friendly staff. They even showed me how to program the radio after install. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend is a frequent customer and has always taken his cars to get things installed there and so he took me yesterday for the first time to get custom lights for my new car. I was very impressed with how nice and helpful all of the employees are. They definitely know what theyre doing and are professionals in what they do. Definitely coming back!

I brought my BMW e46 in to install a head unit and I enjoyed the service here. The service was fast, and the staff are extremely friendly. Nu and Gang will take care of you and give you the best quality service for a reasonable price. They are so confident in their great work that they will give you a lifetime warranty on their service as long as you own the car. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who requires upgrades on their sound system. I will return here for more upgrades in the future.UPDATE (3/29/16): After a year or two, the back up camera that was installed had a few issues. I went back to the shop to get it looked at. They stuck by their lifetime warranty and fixed the problem free of charge. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend them to anyone I meet needing a stereo installation in their car.

I have no idea why car audio places are so full of attitude and very little to back it up with. So I was stuck on going with LED headlights or not due to having projector lamps. They know I can be particular so they recommended them. I was not too sure and they advised me that other clients with projector lamps were pleased with them.So after hemming and hawing, I decided to go with them.I love them so much that I will have the LEDs installed for my fog lights as well. They are bright, go a good distance out, and they go on immediately. I had HIDs, but not now!! They were right!!Every time I have utilized their service, I have received great customer service and professionalism. I normally would not give 5 stars, but well deserved.Updated 8/10/17- I had to utilize their service again, and again, great customer service. This is the place you want to go for your auto sounds, alarms, hid lights, etc. They know their craft.

They only took 20min to install a double din in my CX-5. Crazy fast, quality work, and super nice folks.

Friendly service, fast installation, and knowledgeable staff made the installation of the system in my car by GwinnettSound a great first time experience. Installation of the receiver and 4 speakers took just over an hour. The installation fee was significantly lower compared to other quotes I received; especially from one of the Big Box Stores. I will return in the near future to have my headlights upgraded to HID. I know my car will be in good hands and that there will be $$ left in my budget.

The lady in front came out to my Lexus and looked at the wires for free. I bought a 12 inch sub and amp and had them install it. Everything was done fast and for a great price. Works as described. Was clean in my trunk no mess left behind which was nice because if you have been other places they will leave junk in your trunk lol. Coming back to get in dash dvd done.

Amazing shop! They are knowledgeable, responsive, sell high quality products and the installation is second to none. They have installed underseat subwoofers and amp in my truck, speakers in my girlfriends Jeep, diagnosed and repaired a bad headunit install someone else did in my 4runner and now they are installing a 2-way alarm and remote start for me in my Diesel Ram 2500! Highly recommended to anyone in Gwinnett, Atlanta or Alpharetta

2007 Murano with factory Bose + Navigation. Gwinnett Sound installed my JL Audio multi-channel amp and 10w6v2 subwoofer 5-6 months ago. Install was fast and smooth. Factory Navigation and Bose sound better than ever! Few days ago, the amp came loose and Gwinnett Sound remounted the amp for free and remembered me. I scheduled an appointment to go 35% tint on driver and passenger windows. I would recommend this place to friends.

This is the second time Ive used GS. The first was years ago. I had installed a Pioneer Nav System. The customer service from Nue was AWESOME!! And Kang is the BEST!!!
