They literally have no knowledge of what are the deals going on att. The customer service told me one price and I even showed them the proves of what customer service told me, but he kept telling me customer service told me is wrong and fake. So I walked out of the store and went to another store and guess what they were able to give me the deal and monthly price what the customer service told me of the phone.

Tommy gave me some of the best customer service I ever received. I needed to get my iPhone 11 fixed and another agent told me it was going to be $250 to replace but Tommy was able to use my insurance to get out fixed for just $30! He was extremely knowledgeable about the services he provided for me and had exceptional character. I don’t want my phone to break again but if it does I know what rep I want to talk to so we can discuss how to get it fixed. Tommy, you rock!

Raymond was an angel that day, im going out of the country the next day, and i wanted a 12 promax and he gave it to me without second thought, even though there is 1-2 weeks wait time after ordering 12 promax, buy raymond gave it to me that day i came to the store.. after 2 months i lost my phone and tommy was there to help me and i got my phone replacement and he helped me activated my phone.. raymond and tommy are very nice and patience.. this at&t store is the place u wanna go.. customer service is above and beyond..

The man working there who claims to be working there for 10 years didn’t want to help at all . I called at&t to verify the information . He provided the wrong information just so he didn’t have to deal with a customer. He was also very rude he seemed like if he was mad but that shouldn’t be reason for him to take upon a customer . I will NEVER go back to this store and truly don’t recommend going to this location .

I should’ve realized that this store was inside the Hong Kong Supermarket, but I didn’t. I called in & the girl named Tiffany answered. Once I went in, she was able to educate me on their AT&T Internet Fiber & Direct TV. Long story short, Tiffany helped me set up Direct TV & Internet at my house for my parents with such a good price! Very happy with her service.

My phone inexplicably died on me yesterday, and I needed a new one ASAP since I use it for work as well as personal. Tommy (manager) was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I arrived at a very busy time and he was the only person working at the time, he helped everyone with a smile and very efficiently. Also, when I told him what I needed/wanted, he didnt push me to do something else instead, which I very much appreciate. I am one of those people who has already done my research and knows exactly what I want when I arrive. I do not like it when someone tries to push me otherwise just to make a better sale. Tommy is definitely concerned with servicing the customer first and not trying to make a sale. I will continue to visit this location when I need to go into the store.

I won’t ever be returning to this at&t location. Tommy is not as great as everyone is saying he is. I went because I needed to get a device summary page (a documents that states that my phone is linked to my cellphone account) to provide for a claim for Wells Fargo to fix my screen. As it’s one of their benefits to having a Wells Fargo credit card holder. He basically said that my device won’t be covered because it’s under a prepaid plan and tried to hint that I was trying to commit fraud. Which was not true, I just want to get my screen fixed. Very rude. I left, called Wells Fargo card benefits to cancel the claim since my device “wasn’t covered” since it was under a prepaid plan. The lady over the phone asks why I’m trying to cancel the claim and I told her “the man (Tommy) in the At&t store said that my device isn’t eligible because it’s under a prepaid plan” and she said “No, that is not true. We do cover prepaid devices” the extremely nice lady said to go to another At&t store. I did just that and they were able to get me the summary page which was required for documentation for the WF benefit services. They knew exactly what I was talking about and were very happy to help me. If you want excellent service I recommend the At&t store @ 4347 Hugh Howell Rd, Tucker, GA 30084. I got my screen fixed by Apple and the the documentation for Wells Fargo card benefits was effortless. All thanks to the At&t store in Tucker.

Great service, friendly, diligent, and quick. I was weary because the location is just inside Hong Kong Supermarket, but I needed to activate service after we transferred our phone service for new phone lines on a Sunday evening. Tommy helped us out quickly activating our phones and helping us out.

Tiffany was able to help me get an upgrade on my cell phone account and i was able to get a $300 credit just from trading in my phone! awesome promotion

Just got a brand new iPhone X recently and I was able to see more value of the iPhone when Tommy explained to me all the features That I didn’t know about before. I called this store about a promotion that was going on. Tommy (the Manager) confirmed that the promotion was still going on, and invited me to come in, even if I couldnt get there until close to closing time. When I arrived, he remembered my name from our brief phone interaction, which I found to be extremely impressive.Tommy took me through the whole process of upgrading, what the promotion details were, and gave me a detailed breakdown of what my bill would be after the upgrade. Tommy made the process as quick and painless as possible, and it was a downright awesome experience. If you want great service, GO TO THIS LOCATION! You definitely wont regret it.

I was in the area and went in for 2 new phones based on the reviews online, its in an Oriental market (sounds weird, get over it) . In less than 20 minutes Tommy had my 2 new phones activated, paid for, ready to go, and in the bag with a smile on everyones face. Go here if you need a phone (or a fish), you wont regret it!!

I came here to try to upgrade my iPhone for a new 2-year contract. They only tried to persuade me for that At&t Next, but I said directly that I want the traditional 2-year contract. They even cheated me that I cannot upgrade my phone using the traditional 2-year contract anywhere and the only option is the At&t Next. But when I got back home, I successfully upgraded that through At&t website. It is a shame for At&t that their store is trying to cheat the customer. I will never recommend anyone using at&t and please switch to another carriers.
