I came in to switch over from ATT, right at store open I walked in with a nightmare scenario for these guys. My number was already cancelled with ATT, I wasnt sure about the ATT account number I only had the pin, but I 100% needed to keep the same phone number because its attached to all of my accounts and emails etc. I was a mess, Im moving and living in a hotel so I definitely looked homeless on top of all of this.Sergio is the man, it took a minute but he got the job done. He was professional the whole time too, really nice guy. If a manager reads this, you should know that sams club and walgreens recently started doing a $15/hr minimum wage just like amazon and the rest. If you want to retain quality employees that get the job done like Sergio then that man better be getting paid, Im just saying, just my personal opinion.

These guys are probably the worst representatives i have ever met. The store manager himself was very contradictive on his own words to the point Im pretty sure he wasnt a manager. Just horrible service all around wont be seeing me again.

***Update. Got my old plan back through the Sprint Executive Services team and the unauthorized $17 Total Equipment Plan removed and credited. No thanks to this store of course.***Went in to activate an iPhone I had bought at the Apple store. Representative took a while to activate the phone, while trying to sell me accessories I neither wanted nor asked for. When I got home, I noticed two emails from Sprint indicating a change to my service. I had switched from Verizon, and was on a promotion that still had 7 months to go, and the representative had switched me to another plan that was over $60 a month more for the exact same service! He also added an unauthorized $17 a month protection service. Since I noticed it right away, I called the customer service line and they took off the $17 protection plan, but had to submit a support ticket to restore me back to my original plan. Its crazy what some unscrupulous people will try and do for a commission. You cant pull one over on me, unscrupulous Sprint employee. In the end, Ill get my plan back, and youll probably get disciplined, nice try. Leaves a pretty sour taste in my mouth about Sprint in general though, so no idea if Ill stay with them after my promotional plan is over.

My husband just left the store been with Sprint 15 years ..The guy works there is extremely rude didn’t even look up my husbands info ( probably bc my husband is black ) Very rude and unprofessional.

Horrible!!!! They act as if they don’t know when your billing cycle starts and don’t give you any print outs of your new service so you can be aware of the due date. Also the customer service act as if you’re the blame for them not doing they’re job correctly. They are horrible and the service is bad. I will be reporting this to corporate and better business bureau

Charity was a great help ! I came in literally like 15 minutes before closing to upgrade my phone. I know, if I were working I would hate me. The reason I was even upgrading is because the screen on my current phone was completely shattered. She made sure I had a case, glass protector, and even hooked me up with a wireless charger when I mentioned I was always misplacing my cords. Thats good salesman ship. Never did I feel like I was being sold something I didnt need. But I do always get great service when I come in this Sprint store. So A+ for me.

I have good credit and was denied an account. Sprint has lost a good customer because of thier inefficient credit check system. Question based is totally unreliable.

Talked to Michaela about switching to Sprint and getting new phones. She didnt have a clue about current promotions they run. The other employee had to correct her couple of times. On top of that she had an attitude. Very unpleasant experience.

Horrible customer service all because youre not getting commission. My husband (who used to work for Sprint) had to call the DISTRICT MANAGER because the employees assumed he was doing fraud (we were just upgrading phones). Ill be shocked if this store is still open in a few month. Get it together.

I upgraded 4 phones at this store location 2 months ago with MICHAELA ADAMS. Who lied to us about getting free phone cases and now we are being charged for them. My bill is about $100.00 more than what they promised me it to be, and now they just keep telling They are working on getting it fix for the past two weeks. This is a very frustrating experience, I don’t know how the hire people that are very dishonest with their customer just to get a commission. Check every detail on the tablets where they make you sign or you will get scammed.
