Went in today to purchase a new phone and was helped by two gentlemen. Both were really nice and helpful, explained some issues that I was having with my old phone and how it compared to the new one. I like that this store requires masks and actually enforces it! They cared about the health and well-being of the many customers that came in while I was there. Keep up the good work!
I was pretty satisfied, I came in kinda late.They sold me a new phone but the manager was very helpful I gotta say.
Came to this Metro because my phone was not charging. Let them hook it up to the charger and it wasnt holding any charge. Was told I will need to purchase a new phone. Didnt go over the other options that I had like the warranty or a repair store just immediately pushed the purchase of a $200.I was also told that my phone has water damage- which it did not. I would not recommend this store if youre having issues with your current phone. They were not very hands on and not concerning if I got to the root of the problem.
Really bad customer service. I’ve gone to them twice and they treat you like you’re dumb and don’t know anything. I came in to see if they could fix my mom’s phone and was rude to me the entire time because the phone didn’t want to work at all and they were frustrated. I would be frustrated too but being rude and blaming your customer is wrong. They also said that my screen protector was put on so badly and I told them that I got the phone at this store and they put it on and he said “no I would never leave a phone like this, you should’ve came back.” So instead of apologizing or owning up to it, it’s my fault that they put it on wrong when they shouldn’t have done in bad in the first place. Do not recommend.
I wouldnt give them any stars for the experience I had today. Not very good listeners and did not answer my questions professionally. It is almost as if they know nothing about losing signal or having a defective phone. They want me to by a new sim card and I know for a fact that he sim card Id not the issue. I was so annoyed. I am still very annoyed because the manager never came out front to acknowledge me. The worst service ever. Unfortunately I had to click a 🌟 to make this post
