This place is a joke it is highly unreliable I have had problems after problems after prblems with them. They could care less of taking money from you unnecessarily and once they have your money if you need any extra help they will not bother, I mean why would they right they already have what they want which is your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

I bought two replacement screens from this store for my iPhone 5 and my iPhone 5s. I had both phones fixed and there was a problem with the screen for the iPhone 5. I had the screen tested on multiple phones and once again the screen still didnt work. I called and spoke to the lady that works there and was told that I could not exchange or return the screen that was faulty. So she said to come back to have the technician check it out and when I got there, he was gone. The lady was very rude and told me that I could just leave. 0/5 stars.

I HAVE NEVER experience such bad customer service, sloppy. the only thing I did here was waste my time and my money and in the end nothing was fixed. This people say they can fix phones yet when they were not able to not even an apology and or an exclamation to why. They just take your money and hang phones up in your face.

Zero Stars if possible, not only they held onto the phone for one whole month, they did not do their job right. The lcd the installed was not glued properly and the colors had distortion after a week. I am pretty sure they took parts from the phone and messed with the software. The phone now unlocks when it wants to, and the back of the phone seems like it was opened. Once we went to complain the front lady and owner of this establishment was very rude and told us to shut up and tried to blame it on us, saying that maybe if we let the phone charging for too long or we dropped it it could have damaged their perfect LCD.

I would rate it zero stars if possible. I left my phone in their hands for EIGHT DAYS for a simple installation of a screen on my HTC ONE. Not only did they not fix it, they never called me as promised, the tech called out two or three times and still, the DAY OF the eighth, I was being told that the tech wasnt there and I had to wait till six pm to get my phone back. Its honestly the most shockingly poor service Ive ever received. I waited them out as long as I did because I wanted to help a small business but this is ridiculous. Nothing, no credit, no apology from the tech, NOTHING. I might as well have thrown my phone in to river, same result. Also, a person was complaining that he was given the wrong type of screen and instead of simply swapping it out, she flat told him that coming from an hour out doesnt mean anything. Dont go to this place. There are too many small businesses that truly work for their customers, unlike these folks.

This is one of the worst phone repair store ever in my life. They took about a week and a half to fix my Samsung galaxy s6. I called everyday if it was ready and it wasnt, also they were very rude. When i got phone she told me that it needed a new battery and i was mad and took it to a another place. When i got the new battery it didnt work and i was sooo mad that i didnt even took it back to them. I had to pay 80 bucks just for them to not fix my phone, these guys are a false company and their tech does not even have any experience in repairing phones. Please dont come here, it is better to take it somewhere else and get your phone fix.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The lady at the front desk needs to be fired. She was the main cause of all my problems because she couldnt be professional and I could not believe that they would treat a customer like that. People please take my advice and just go somewhere else. No matter where you go, the service will be better, and so will your phones repair.

***WARNING*** Only patronize this store if you want the worst customer service you have ever experienced. I purchased the Idroid King from these people on 1/30/16 after the salesman told me the glass screen would not break on this phone. He even threw the phone on the ground to show me the screen would not break. I came back in the third week in January to get a phone case for the phone. The sales lady told me to get the case that I purchased. She said the case I bought would protect the phone. Later that same week, the phone flew out of the clip case and hit the ground and the screen shattered! I took the phone back to Phone Stop and Sunni told me that I was lying, no one would throw the phone on the ground. I told him I was offended that he would call me a liar. He said he could fix it but it would cost me $60.00. He had the gall to tell me to call their distributor Salman to see if he would give me another phone!!! I have called Salman 3 times with no return call yet. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was going to purchase another phone from them for my son but after the treatment I have received from them I would never spend another dollar there and you would be well advised to take your money elsewhere as well.

Firstly let me say, they did fix my sisters iPhone 5c screen however they also replaced the LCD screen( which nothing was wrong with). I purchased a deal on groupon for the company. Upon arriving at the store I was told by the lady at the front that there was only 1 merchant that worked with groupon. She also stated he got off at 6:00pm (I got there at 5:00pm) and no one was waiting for the guy. She then proceeded to tell me that If I wanted to get my phone the same day I would have to call groupon cancel my order and just pay them the same price that I paid on groupon. It was my little sisters phone so I needed to get it fix right away. I called groupon canceled my order and agreed to just pay in store. It took the guy about 30 mins to fix the screen ( the only plus side to the entire experience at the business.) When it was time to check out I was ready to pay $60 as thats what the groupon deal stated. The lady began to tell me that the actual cost was $83 ( let me remind you that at the beginning she stated that they would not charge me more in the store than what I paid on groupon) I repeated what she said back to me and she stated she told me that it would be $83, she did not because if she had I would have informed her that is not how much I paid on groupon. She proceeds to be rude and tell me she is not going to repeat herself because she knows what she said. At this point Im highly upset. I have called the Better Business Bureau as well as wanted to warn anyone that decides to use a groupon deal here. I would stay clear of this place and go somewhere who does not fix things that you do not ask for and who tries to scam you out of your money.
