I called and set up an appointment for them to come out on 4-6-14 to review two broken windows at my home. They didnt show and didnt call. I called them on 4-7-14. The owner apologized and came out on 4-8-14 to quote and take measurements. He made appointment on 4-13-14 to install. Again, no show and no call. He made another appointment on 4-14--again canceled appointment two hours prior blaming weather--which was only cloudy. I do not recommend this company.
