EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH MATTRESS DELIVERY.When we got to the locale the attention was good and we ordered and paid without issue. When it came to the delivery, we had to re-schedule due to our living situation, that went well as well.HOWEVER, the day before the delivery, they called us to cancel our delivery because they could not deliver on the day we originally agreed on. They asked us if the new date worked for us but we did not confirm, we were not yet moved into our new place and we were not in the home. We never agreed to the new delivery date and never confirmed that it worked, YET THEY STILL DELIVERED IT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT OR APPROVAL 24 HOURS PRIOR.AS A RESULT they delivered the mattress to a random person and they could not tell us the name nor the last name of the person, we had to go to the previous address and ask the owners if the mattress was delivered and depend on the goodwill of people we did not know. THANKFULLY they were kind and let us get our mattress back.The company wanted to charge us $120 dollars to re-deliver the mattress, and washed their hands of our issues. TERRIBLE delivery service by this company, will never buy from the again and I encourage you to look for a mattress store that will RESPECT YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOUR MONEY, unlike this one.Ah, finally the mattress had bad finishes in its seams.

I went initially to mattress firm clearance outlet and was told I couldn’t get a king hybrid mattress for less than $1700. I knew that was bs so I went next door. I was greeted by a friendly man who gave me a price half that and was very explanatory on what I was getting. Honestly he sealed the deal for me. If I had workers like him, my business would be flourishing. Will be back and so far very happy with my purchase.

I wish I had an option of giving 0 star. I would never go back to mattress USA or recommend anyone specially this location. We bought a mattress in December from this store. Me and husband went in with a budget but after going their and meeting the salesman Marshall he showed us quite a few mattress (no of them in our budget) when we asked him to show in the range we are asking for he would just make excuses and talk to us in the insulting tone. At the end we liked 2 mattress and we ended up buying the mattress that Marshall told us was good and he said if we are not satisfied we can exchange it if we are not satisfied. As per Marshall both mattresses are really good and would not sink in has spring and blah blah blah. The first mattress we bought we were not satisfied with it so we went back to the store to get it exchanged with other one since we were in exchange period, after we bought the mattress and went in for exchange thats when they told us about the hidden exchange fees, Marshall never mentioned that we would have to pay $120 to exchange the mattress on top of $900 we paid for mattress which is ridiculous he is suppose to tell customers when he is telling them about exchange policy this means they are keeping customers in dark. Now as per Marshall if we buy $500 mattress after certain time it will start sinking in but if we buy $1000 mattress it will never sink because it has better spring and foam and pillow top and what not but now this mattress is all sinked in from both of our sides. Me and husband both wake up with back pain every single day. We are not at all satisfied we the customer service we have received and the mattress I have just wasted all the hard earned money. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Even if you end up going to the store stay away from Marshall because he will not show you what you want instead he will shook up your budget and sell you what he wants to get his commission high plus he insults the customers.VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Had a phenomenal experience here. The representative at the store, Marshall, helped me as soon as I walked through the door. I told him I was on a tight budget and needed something to deal with the back pain I was experiencing from my current (outdated) mattress. He showed me plenty of selections and brought the price down to within my budget. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service here and have been sleeping happily on the new mattress since.

Prepare yourself for some loud talk, family and friends abuse in the process of pushing you to buy. They change their word every min and if you dont buy for the price they mention they just tell you are not worth of their time. Salesperson should learn how to sell stuff in 2017 and some manners. Mattress firm next to them know how to behave with customers. I closed the deal at another place for higher price than these guys where i felt i was treated well and not abused. We purchased our mattress from this location in December last year. Anyone could understand what a pain it could be to buy a good mattress with all the different options available. You could either browse the internet for hours and still not be sure which one to buy, or meet Mr Marshall at this location who can help you in finding the right mattress for you. It was a great experience working with Marshall and Mattress USA. Holiday delivery times posed a challenge in getting our mattress on time, but Mr Marshall helped in getting it delivered in time.We could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received from Mattress USA.

Ricardo Ortiz:After my first complaint they replaced my matress with a new mattress which I doubt it was even new, if the first mattress felt awful after few months, the replacement last just about a week before it start sinking again, now I am stuck with a cheap product that I hate and that is just causing me a backache. I recently bought a matress online for less money and better quality comparing to the awful matress I bought here. As I stated before the customer service is great but in my personal experience the product is absolutely awful.

I have purchased from Mattress USA twice the first mattress I bought several years ago was great hence why I came back this year to buy a mattress. I bought Simmons mattress and boxspring. When I got the boxspring home and unwrapped the plastic I found the box spring stitching unraveling in a couple of places, but decided not to worry about it because it would not be seen because of the bed frame design. The mattress however was defective and after about a week lost its fullness and I could feel and hear the springs. I returned to the store to inform a sells associate about what was happening, and was told I should never feel the springs in this particular mattress and to give it a couple weeks and come back in. I recently went in and was told again I should never feel nor hear the springs in this mattress. I was then told I could take pictures and record the sound (which was fine) my problem is that I was then told I would have to pay for the mattress to be sent back to the manufacturer. I dont understand how this is a defective mattress, but I would be responsible for the replacement. At the price to return the mattress (bringing it back to Mattress USA and shipping it off to the manufacture) and gamble that the next one would be better I have decided to purchase a memory foam topper and cut my losses. The sales reps are very nice but I think the defective policy is not fair. Good Luck!

The customer service is amazing, I cannot complain about that at all. However, the mattress they sold me never felt the same way from the one I tried at the store and couple weeks after I received I let them know. Marshall the sales representative told me it takes some time for the foam to break down, it never happen, I went to the store twice. His solution was to exchange the floor sample for mine, why would I take a floor sample, which was a ridiculous solution. I told me that there was something with my mattress. Now got worst, the mattress feels like the foam COMPLETELY DISINTEGRATE because it does not have any support I just sink into the mattress and has been causing me backache. The mattress that I purchased and received was built by Johnny the Crack Head. Poorly stuffed or whatever garbage they used to put my mattress together. The mattress began to sink, dip, etc. Id had the set less than a month. Tried to utilize the warranty, but because of a NON-urine/Non-fecal matter/Non-bloody stain (in fact it was a lil dye from a sheet due to the mattress cover shifting..they gave me issues). Yes, Im aware of their policy, BUT that dye had NOTHING to do with the piss poor development/putting together of the mattress. Dye doesnt cause a sinking, dipping, sloping mattress. Never in decades have I purchased a mattress that was so horrificly put together. I will never ...................purchase anything else from this company or its affiliates ever again. Thanks for selling me the defective, piss poor mattress and glad others received what they paid for because I didnt. Its unfortunate people spend their $$ to be deficated on by companies.
