The owner helped my wife and I pick out the Futon best for our needs. Can you buy cheaper Futons? Course you can. If your into quality and comfort then this is where you need to shop. I paid $70 for delivery and setup. PAY !! On SuperBowl Sunday. 3 hours later Edwin showed up and assembled my Futon and showed me tips and tricks. Took him all about 30 min. Super nice guy and definitely worth bot having to hassle. Wife and I will enjoy the game tonight on our brand new Futon

Small store but had exactly what i was looking for, very nice and helpful gentleman, would highly recommend.

Would have love to give a 5 star rating but was unable to receive items to make my purchase complete. There were buttons that cover up the screw holes but the installer did not have enough. He did return a week later with some but I was still 3 short. I contacted Tony and he said he would look for some more. I did not hear back from him The problem I have is that these buttons come with the furniture and should have been included when the futon arrived. They are necessary to give a quality appearance to the futon. I had to research online and purchase something similar to the ones I have and paint them to match the color of the futon. I love my futon and Tony and Edwin were very nice, but it comes down to customer service.

Best spot in Atlanta to purchase a futon. My friends and I have purchased futons for UGA dorms and other friends did the same for Georgia Tech. We also purchased a futon for the basement rec room and guest room/home office. The knowledge these people have is second to none and they offer professional installation. I would recommend.

I own a high end vacation property and the comfort of the beds is critical. I purchase all of our beds from The Great Futon and without a doubt, their products are the best and the prices are fantastic. The only think better than the beds is the service. Danny is outstanding to work with and is always there to help with any questions we have had. Once again, if you are looking for beds, mattresses, futons, look no more!

Definitely interested in satisfying the customer. I bought about ten years ago & when I was ready to replace/upgrade, I returned. Mattress was delivered the next day and old one was disposed of.

Fair prices. If you buy the memory foam futon mattress you need to be the incredible hulk to fold the futon up and bend the matress.

We purchased a futon mattress and paid $ 558.00 and it is a terrible mattress. We had the mattress since 12-29-13. NO QUALITY at all. I just cant believe we purchased it where all sales are final. When one sees that All Sales Final, it means it is NO GOOD. At least in this store!S. Anderson
