Ed and Billy got my 1965 VW bug up and running again. I would recommend them to anyone. Ed was always transparent, straight forward and honest about every aspect of bringing the old bug back to life. They did excellent work and I will be back. Thank you Ed and Billy!
Great guys great service. I know my vehicle will be done right when I take it to Off Campus foreign Car.
Ed is a great Machanic. Fair prices and never does work that is not needed.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. They let me see the exact problem before making repairs and were very reasonable in pricing, even coming in under the estimate. As a professional diesel mechanic, I can tell when a car mechanic is the genuine article, or just blowing smoke. These guys are the genuine article. My new go to car mechanics.
Great customer service, hell of a machanic,
The mechanics were not only very professional but genuinely polite friendly and knowledgeable about how they service your vehicle. And explain to me what the cost would be in advance.I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their vehicle. Very nice guys
Ed was my fathers mechanic as far back as I can remember, keeping his beloved 66 Volkswagon Bug running until my father passed in 98. Now, Ed is the only person I would trust to work on my cars. He is as honest as they come and has done great work on any engine I have ever brought him.
Best repair facility I have used in 60 years of driving. Ed as owner and Billy as lead mechanic is a great duo.
Ive been going to Ed for 35 years. He can fix anything, and if it isnt worth fixing hell let you know. Hes the best mechanic Ive ever known and Id trust him completely. Had an old Volvo I took to him; he told me what was wrong with it, told me what it would cost to fix it, then said, But I couldnt guarantee the results. Its time to get rid of it. And thats what we did.
Even when working on something he finds problematic, Ed and Charlie make SURE that your vehicle is running as it should, whatever it takes. ... It DOES behoove you to ask him to call if the service goes beyond what you agreed to however, as I think Ed’s policy is to get your vehicle to 100%—period, & if you’re on a budget, you need to work it out with him in advance to avoid a shock. That said, I trust ALL my cars to Ed, & send him work whenever possible!
I am a college student who is trying to take care of a BMW and when several things went wrong, Ed worked with me and got my car back to running smoothly. Im extremely grateful and would 100% recommend.
Bad. The search goes on for a decent mechanic in the OKC area that can work on my 87 Westy. Another auto mech. in Norman recommended I take my van to Off Campus and Ive been regretting it ever since. Had a radiator fan installed and was told they couldnt guarantee the part b/c I had purch. it. Though there is only one place to purchase this part in the country, I understood that. What I didnt know was that their work was not guaranteed either. He also checked out a flashing temp gauge light. He said he topped off the main coolant reservoir and checked everything for leaks. They seemed to install the fan motor okay, but when I returned to the shop to check on it, for no reason at all I was yelled at by his employee. Boy was this ever an angry at the world sob! I let the guy know that I wasnt to be treated that way, and I was told not to expect his customary test drive and that if I had any problems dont bother coming back to him. Ive never had a mechanic not stand by his work until this year, and now this is the 2nd one. Wouldnt you know it, I got a little ways down the road (to visit fam. in Florida) and the coolant began to leak again. This time I had it looked at by a much more competent mechanic I found on the road in Miss., who immediately found a badly leaking radiator hose. An obvious problem to miss if youre even halfway competent. Avoid at all costs.
Very helpful.
Has kept my cars running well for years.
