This is the first Google review I have ever written, but when a business goes above-and-beyond for you in such an unexpected way, a review is the LEAST you can do. When I showed up this morning for a scheduled service, there were unexpected complications, complications for which I was completely unprepared. I was met with an understanding and support which is rare these days, and they went out of their way to help me solve the problem. I left there with all issues resolved and a satisfaction which sets them apart. If you are in need of any services which they provide, I will tell you this - go to them.

Love them!! They are honest, & are not trying to get money out of you. My engine was burning oil, and he figured out that it was an internal engine problem. He said he could replace but thought it’d be better to just get rid of the car. They didn’t even charge me anything. I went ahead and paid them what I could. I won’t ever use anyone else.

Top Tech Automotive is one of the fairest and most honest shops out there! I brought them a car that was having transmission issues and had also been sitting for two years. A family friend had tried to work on it (for 3 months I might add) and couldn’t get it running. I brought it to Top Tech and they had it running in a week! They looked the car over from top to bottom and identified every issue for me, and figured out the transmission problems after 3 other people couldn’t. These guys are incredibly talented at what they do and charge the most reasonable prices I’ve seen. If you are in Norman, this is the best shop you could possibly use. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I have been going to this place since 2018 and never had issues with them. Recently back in October I took my car there which was misdiagnosed I was told I had a power steering pump issue along with the rack and pinion they told me it was only the hose. I have been calling for almost a week to get the hose fixed and have yet to get someone to answer the phone so I took it elsewhere where I was told it was a rack and pinion issues on top of my hose. I just wish they would answer so I could have gone to them to explain the issues.

We brought my sisters car to these guys at the end of spring to have the air conditioner replaced. We dealt with Jeremy throughout the process. Absolutely friendly and professional. They were quick and did a top notch job. We were expecting to spend over $2000 since she needed the entire air conditioner system replaced. Everything out the door was $1100. I was very happy with that price and the quality of work. Throughout the entire summer my sisters air conditioner blew nice and cold. I recommend top tech to anyone looking for a quality mechanic. Everyone I have talked to there has been professional and courteous. They don’t try to sell you things that your vehicle does not need. I respect that greatly. Keep up the awesome work.

This place is the best. They are very well priced, fair, and honest. They were up front with pricing not killing their customers with a diagnostic rate. I went in when my engin started to miss and the light came on. They got to my truck quickly and fixed it perfectly. They are my new permanent mechanic.
