Got an iPhone X battery replacement. Fastest turnaround of any battery replacement I’ve had. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.Word to the wise: if you’re worried about getting your battery replaced from an unauthorized Apple retailer, as long as you have an iPhone X or lower, there won’t be a message saying it’s not a genuine Apple battery. Battery messages only appear on iPhone 11 and up.

Yesterday I was running down the stairs and dropped my phone and it got completely demolished. I thought that I for sure would have to get a new phone, since the screen was cracked completely and I could see the inner parts. I saw Xpress Cellular Repair on Yelp, saw the good reviews and took it by. It took about an hour for him to fix it, he was super friendly, and was willing to help with any other ways to make my iPhone better function. Took my iPhone 8 in to have the screen replaced and in that regard they did a good job. The problem came up when I picked up my phone and the case was missing, they looked around and basically said sorry... no discount, no replacement, nothing. I left and immediately had to go buy a new case because they weren’t getting any more of my money. Skip this place.

My Samsung tablet cracked and was an expensive repair. They were the only ones of all the people I called who explained why. Polite, courteous, and friendly, these guys did the work professionally and quick. When my phone started dying they were honest enough to tell me it wasnt worth fixing. They explained what was wrong. I told that to the techs at the sprint store and they replaced my phone.

This place is amazing, I thought I had lost everything on my phone. I had photos of my child on my phone that meant a great deal to me. I had no access to my phone due to the screen being blacked out, and the guy who runs this place was able to retrieve every single thing off my phone. I am beyond blessed for his help. I have an iPhone 6+ and the screen had completely separated from the case. After calling to confirm they could assist me I took the phone in. They repaired it in less than an hour and physically it looked and felt as though nothing had ever gone wrong with the phone. Given this was a larger screen and they installed a screen protector as well the price was extremely reasonable. I wish I had before and after pics to share.Landon is a true professional, does quality work at a fair price and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact the person that handles the mobile devices at the company I work for was so impressed she stated she will be sending electronics to them for repair!

Fantastic. I walked in and shared my phones symptoms, and they immediately and confidently said that it was a bad battery. They gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix it. Both numbers were surprising and extremely pleasing. I gave them the go ahead and they took my phone, had me fill out a paper, and went to work. They came back out a couple minutes later and showed me my phones battery and explained what was happening. A few more minutes went by and they came back out with my perfectly functioning phone. It was about 20 minutes total from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out with my fixed phone. Friendly people, great service, great prices. I am extremely pleased and will recommend to anyone.

Outstanding experience. My mothers iPad had a cracked screen. We dropped it off, and I was surprised to receive a phone call from the store proprietor to tell me that the screen was intact; it was only a glass screen protector (I didnt realize was on there) that had cracked. Incredible integrity- he could have charged us for a replacement and I would have never known. Will definitely be going back.

I went to have my iPad Pro screen replaced. They are very knowledgeable! They gave me a price and the time it would take. When I picked it up they explained there was a defect in the new screen. I had to travel and be gone for 2 months. They told me bring it back when I was in town. I took it back in and again they were very helpful and took care of my iPad. I would highly recommend them!

Landon Pham is a genius. He was able to load a app on my 5 phone when Verizon told me it wasn’t possible after they worked on my phone for over ten minutes. They insisted it would take a 7 for the app to work. I later bought a 6 from Landon which is just perfect and saved me several hundred dollars. Can’t say enough about about the service and the products at this store. Try it. You will like it.

They are awesome! Went in expecting to repair our phone because it was not charging and in under 5 minutes, they removed sand in the charging port. Saved us $60 and didn’t charge us for fixing it. They are great and responsive on Yelp.

Excellent experience! I dropped my phone in water, turned it off, put it in rice for a few days, tried everything I found to do, etc. I turned it back on, and the screen was not working. I took it to them, they showed me that there was still water inside. They dried it (took about 2 hours), and my phone was working perfectly. Very reasonable costs too. If you drop your phone in water, I would turn it off (if possible) then take it straight to them to fix.

I highly recommend this place! We have used their services twice. I shopped around and they are definitely the best price with the best reputation! They fixed my husbands phone when we thought we were going to have to buy a new one! You can trust this place and the gentlemen that work there!!

Xpress cellular repair is the best in Norman!! My phone said “disabled connect to iTunes” and was going to wipe all my data. I contacted Apple customer service and several repair shops. They all said there wasn’t any option to unlock my phone with out factory resetting it. However, Landon was up for the challenge. It took him a couple days, but he was persistent on finding a solution. He found a way to save my data and even purchased a program to do so. I highly recommend seeing him for all your phone needs. Great customer service and reasonable prices. I will definitely be back in the future.

This is a first class place. They worked on my phone to determine what was wrong and it turned out to be beyond repair. Even though the owner put in at least a few hours of work, he didnt charge me. I would certainly recommend this place to others!

I had an awesome experience at Xpress Cellular repair shop. They had my screen fixed in less than 20 minutes for only $100!! (And let me tell you, my screen was absolutely awful) i would highly recommend this place for any cellular repair needs! :)

These guys are great! I took my GS3 phone (that wasnt turning on) to another repair shop, CPR, who took 5 days to tell me the board was bad on it and would cost $120 and I would lose all my data. All they did was try a new battery so I took it back and decided to try another place. When I took it to Xpress Cellular the staff member told me it would be about 2 days and he thought it was just an internal power cord. Less than one day later he called me and told me it was fixed and it just needed a new power button. Cost me $50 and less than 24 hours and all my data was still fine. I highly recommend this shop and dont take it anywhere else.

This is a very honest business. They are kind, polite and very courteous. The store is very clean as well. I broke the screen on my Iphone 6 Plus and took it to Best Buy where they first quoted me a price of $149 to replace the screen and then when they tried to put the transaction through they told me I would have to buy a whole new unit for $349 bc Apple quit letting them fix Iphone 6 since the 11 came out. Geek Squad told me I had to go get a new phone from AT&T or buy the new unit. Those were the only 2 options they gave me. So, I went to the AT&T store and the guy at the door who checks you in sent me over here to Xpress Cellular Repair of Norman! The gentleman here fixed my screen for $70 in 20 minutes! I’m so glad I was sent here and I will be sure to recommend others. I highly recommend this business. Thank you!

Landon was great. I had a wonderful experience. I had a phone that was broken and needed info before I could send it in to insurance. He put a temp screen on to extract my info. No one else would do that. And I went back the next day with the new phone from insurance and he did it for me again, no charge! Hell be the only phone guy I do business with.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I got my phone screen fixed here and the same day it fell off, causing it to crack! Their warranty does not cover cracked screens so they refused to be of any service. What good is a warranty if it does not cover damages caused by their faulty services? Additionally there is a dead pixel on the screen since the day they repaired it. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else unless you want to experience poor customer service & pay over 100 dollars for their fraudulent services.

I have been in once before to get my iPhone 5 battery replaced and had a wonderful experience. Today, I went in with a problem with the screen on my iPhone 7 and walked out 15 minutes later with all of my problems solved.When I walked into the store 20 minutes before close (like a terrible person would), I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine concern for my phone. I unfortunately cant remember the gentlemans name (I want to say it was Adrian or something similar) but he was such a great help and a life saver. I didnt exactly know how to explain what was going on with my phone, (and actually after I left the person who escorted me informed me that I accidentally sounded condescending) but he listened actively, was very patient and understanding, and was immediately able to tell me what needed to be done. He gave me a couple options of how to proceed, and once I chose the route (and with my permission), he got to work and had my phone back in my hand, working perfectly within minutes. I will definitely stand behind the work that is done here and will recommend this business to anyone who needs help with their phone.

Have used this shop for an iPhone screen replacement in the past and they done a good job, so I purchased a Bluetooth LG headset from them about a two weeks ago when my old one went out on me. One of the earphones on the headset quit working within a week of when I bought it, so today when I was in the area I stopped by and the guy behind the counter handed me a replacement set without asking for a receipt or anything. This place is great! Had service done twice; first time I was in and out in 20 minutes. Second time, chargers wouldn’t connect to my phone. Guy pulled out a lump of lint the size of a house mouse and charged me nothing. I’ll go back for any issues in the future.

I had a faulty car charger fry the charging port on my galaxy S5 active. Landon was able to complete the repair in less than an hour for well under $100 WITHOUT removing the screen. I had gotten much more expensive quotes from 3 other shops who all said the screen had to come out and would most likely break in the process. The total cost of said repair wouldve been well over $400.

My daughter cracked her Samsung Note 3. Landon fixed it on a busy Friday afternoon for Half the quote that I received from the mall kiosk or Cellular One. He also sold me an Otter Box for a good price. The other companies were going to make me pay for them damaging the LCD screen during the repair, Landon discussed what could happen if the glass punctures the LCD screen & would only charge me to replace it if it was damaged. He has earned all of our business. The screen has been working superb for 4 months.

They said theyll stay late to fix it, well I didnt get there till 5 minutes after and they waited till I got there and fixed it on the spot.

I brought my iPhone 5 in on a Saturday afternoon after dropping it in water. I assumed my phone was dead forever. Landon diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts that got fried, and did a few above-and-beyond things that made me very happy. Getting a working phone back the same day was the best I could have hoped for. He even stayed 45 minutes past closing time to finish the job for me. I took my iPad in on September 16,2017 because it would not hold a charge. It was returned to me after I paid $125 for the charging port to be repaired. After taking it home, it still wouldnt hold a charge. I returned it and after TWO MONTHS, it still wasnt repaired and I asked for two more weeks for it to be returned to me. I kept getting told it was on its way from New York. After calling and going to the shop, I finally got a call saying it was being mailed back and it had not been repaired. I never got a call saying it had arrived, I had to call repeatedly. I finally received it in mid-December and I was refunded the $125. I was told by another repairman that it was probably too much of a risk to try to repair it again. It was quite an ordeal and I cant imagine why I was given the run around. Very unfortunate. The manager did apologize but the man who works there when he is absent is very vague and not helpful. Very very bad experience and it was handled unprofessionally.

Highly recommend this cell phone repair shop. I have a galaxy s3 and I cracked my screen. I called around to see how much the repair would cost. I first contacted cpr and they said 200 bucks! Called xpress and he said he could do it for 100 bucks. Then I also had problems with my battery and the phone charging. He replaced the charging port and gave me a new battery for 80 bucks. All around great experience. The guy knows what hes doing.
