I got a washer dryer set from them in March, loved them so much I decided to get a sectional. I am not disappointed! Wonderful employees as well, so polite and helpful!

Good people to work with. Got a refrigerator from them yesterday, and had to pull the doors to get it into the spot I wanted. Naturally, I managed to lose a couple of the bolts needed to reattach the doors. Ran back down there and they hunted up a couple of replacements for me. Thanks guys! 👍

The guys are so sweet. They have been wonderful. They work with you. We have been through them before and I wouldnt change it for anything. They are super great to talk to. They go above and beyond. So nice to have a place that does this. I have friend who owns her own store in altus Oklahoma and we meet her when she wàs a manager there in Norman and we are great family friends. The guys that are there now are outstanding. If you get a chance stop in and see what deal they have. I just got a laptop through them.

It is good for renting something. However, when you want to rent to buy, you are going to spend a lot more money for the same exact item you can get at the store outright. It is good though for someone who cannot buy it outright, but will be spending a lot more for it. The staff is really nice though

The staff is great and the payment plans are really reasonable i needed a washer and dryer and they only charged me $12 down on a brand new Maytag set and semi monthly payments and when i moved to my new apartment i didnt havea hook up and they let me give them back no problems or extra fees so i switched and got a brand new bed for only $4 down and $42+tax semi-monthly and as soon as i pigsty out my bed i plan on getting a new living room set

Had to give a one star that they do not deserve they are nothing but swindlers I am seeking legal action and will never ever again get anything from them will never recommend anyone to them I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau

The customer service is horrible. They outright lied to me at every step. The district manager lied. The manager lied. Watch on youtube under my name. I will not say any more as this store has been known to retaliate.

Store was dirty, didnt have items in stock that were advertised. Staff was super friendly though

They dont even deserve one star...after years of doing business they threaten me with theft and lawsuit. They dont communicate with other managers and staff. They will be payed whats owed but after that I will no longer do business with this company.

The manager named james was argueing with my wife over some furniture and the furniture wadnt in her name he wanted her to pay for furniture that wasnt even hers the store owner needs to fire james or he will lose business because of james tyrades

Do not use this store! They lack communication skills and their store manager Antonio is rude and hateful. They start calling you before store hours to collect payments and when theres a problem. Instead of fixing the problem with my account, Antonio the store manager says theyll just come get their stuff and hung up the phone.

They treat you like a person and they are friendly.

Demarcus has been the greatest help through out all of my purchases when things went wrong with other stores he is the man who fixed my problems ill never go anywhere else

Rent-A-Center down on main Street as a treat you right if you called once they come out and repossess your furniture they came out yesterday and repossessed a 75-inch TV would never recommend them bear for service road hateful people wouldnt give him any stars of the point
