I love the staff, they are really a blast to be around. The newer stock they received is much more akin to the Hot Topic I remember going to with my brother in the late 2000s. This location definitely kept its edge and still modernized, without basically becoming a Billie Eilish merch shop.

This particular location is horrible! The manager sold me the wrong ear gauges and then when I tried to return them 10 min later she refused to give me a refund or store credit and then flipped out and called security saying I was threatening her. Luckily I recorded the whole thing to protect myself! Mall security made me leave so I called corporate and they gave me a refund immediately and apologized! This is what you get when you have kids running a store with no customer service training!

Friendly people every time, however Hot Topic has gone downhill the last 5 or 6 years. The shirts are cheap and thin, and the selection is terrible. They dont ever have much of anything.

I tried to shop in the store at Sooner mall and denied access for not having a mask due to disabilities that also do not allow me to wear a face mask either. My mother and I both tried to explain to the employee at the door that I could not wear a mask due to disabilities and was still denied. I will no longer be shopping at any Hot Topic store.

I wish they had smaller sizes. My son loves to shop here, but hates he cant fit any of the clothes.

Its gotten less interesting over the past couple of years

Me and my daughter LOVE shopping here. Always have great sales. Different things each time. Rewards are great and the customer service people are great. If you cant find things in the store they help you find it online. They actually look with you and are extremely funny and friendly and engaging. I have not had a bad experience shopping here ever. It is fun and a great time.

I think Ill shop at Hot Topic until I die. I think I have been going here for over a decade. Regardless how much they change, they always employ the most friendly and helpful staff. I dont know how many times Ive left this store smiling from the staffs compliments and help they showered me with. Theyre really good at reading if you need help or if youre just browsing and want space. I cant speak for each location, but this definitely has an A+ crew that keeps the store tidy and well managed all while delivering excellent customer service.

3.5 to 4 stars. Only because the prices are high; in all Hot Topics Ive ever visited. Thus the name. Hot Topic for topics that are hot fight now. Grandchildren love the place so we try to be groovy grandparents. Very thankful for the help given by the young lady that helped us

Fun for laughs kind of store. Everything from novelty shirts, to funny adult humor coffee cups, posters, adult toys, gag gifts. Gifts for milestone birthdays or celebrations. Very shiek up stylish jewelry from earnings to belly button rings to nose rings to lingerie to black lights. They have cards, lava lamps and black lights, ripe lights posters, hat pins Rock-N- roll items

I love hot topic way to much. They almost always have something related to pride. Staff is super nice and chill. I always hit it up when I go to the mall.

Usually Hot Topic is neat and organized but this last time I went it was cluttered and messy. I always love going there to see what cool new things they have. Its like a scavenger hunt to find all the new things available.

Clean and friendly service

My teenage daughter loves this store. I guess its cool for her needs. I can tolerate it. I do, however, take issue with how narrow the aisles are since some of the parents of the kids who are into this stuff have other children in strollers, which are a pain to maneuver in store.

The staff was very informative about the buy 1 get 1 discounted, I ended up buying two tee-shirts. I was very happy with the help and was also able to get very good answers when i asked about a shirt that was not in Stock. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Good store in a nice mall. Wandered it for seemingly hours before I found what I wanted but wasnt harassed by the staff for it, lol. I can appreciate a staff that doesnt mind indecisive browsers.

Nice sales going on. My daughter found a bunch of shirts she liked and the staff was very friendly and helpful... They helped her look for a 4th shirt in her size that she would like since they were by 1 get one half off and she already had 3.

The people there are always really nice. The store is kind of small, so there are things going all the way up to the ceiling and not a lot of room to roam, but its ok. It is on the expensive side. But they have a lot of deals, and the material is always amazing!!! Their girls stuff usually has pockets too, even skirts and dresses. Not the tiny ones either, good sized POCKETS!!

Its just not the same! Mostly they have lots of lovely tv show memorbelia. The band and music stuff is very limited now which is odd. And i really wish the stores were bigger and easier to walk into.

Its a Hot Topic. What can I say? Do you really want to hear about the two female employees who are far too busy scowling & gossiping to even acknowledge your existence? Would you like to hear about the stacks of t-shirts that are completely strewn about and messy? I suppose I could bring you up to speed about how the piercing display looks like a 5 year old put it together. Needless to say this location is a mess. The staff seem constantly checked out.

Its clean, and organized. The staff was helpful, and not overly attentive. It was a nice experience. Found exactly what I needed.

Employees were very nice. Filled us in on all the specials. Prices were a little high but, all in all it was a good experience.

All in one day*** had two bracelets break in a matter of an hour wearing them. I had three pairs of earrings that have all broken into different pieces!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The items I bought werent cheap either so with that being said sad, upset, disappointed and being ripped off!! Highly doubt my foot will ever step a foot back in that store!!!

The store is very small and very clutter. The 2 girls that were working there werent nice they made you feel very uncomfortable. They were also more worry about eating chips then trying to help people.

Would not Shop at this store location the manager is very rude came in Saturday morning seen a gab bag for 27.90. Went to pay for it and it was 42.00 they said it was what it sold for and they wouldnt give me that price. So I walked out would not return.

They need more band shirts and less of the stuff people dont really care about. It seemed like everyone in the store was crowded in their small t shirt section.
