Every time I’ve gone into Siempre Viva, I’ve found something new to love! I own one of their purses and it’s the bag I use the most. I love knowing I am purchasing ethically sourced goods.

After Shop Good moved to a larger location, the new tenant of their building caught my eye. Siempre Viva is located on Oklahoma Citys fun ninth street which is right off Automobile Alley.My first visit to the store was met with colorful, items that were clearly sourced from a community in Mexico and the surrounding areas. I learned the store makes a point to pay its artisans directly to ensure they receive a fair wage.This might mean a couple of things to you, and both are correct in this case. The items in this store arent the cheapest. This is because they are made by hand and are each unique. The second thing is the items bought in this store are socially responsible, and for that, I think you should pat yourself on the back.In addition to the colorful textiles, this store has a small area called Twinkle that sells locally made perfumes and other scented goodies. Until someone recommended their products, I had never thought to buy my perfume locally. Now, Im so glad I do.Stores like this bring a unique shopping experience to the communities they serve, and Im happy Siempre is a part of ours.

Cute little shop with all sorts of handmade items from clothing and accessories, to essential oils and home decor. The leather handbags are one of a kind, and the t-shirts were super adorable. Everything has a boutique price, but you get what you pay for. Perfect place to pick up a cute gift!
