Had been to several stores looking shoes for a young boys birthday. Finally found something nice at JC PENNEY. Originally $35 paid $22 on sale. Employees very friendly & helpful

Honestly I go for the deals. They had some pretty good 1s for Liz Claiborne clothing. Clean store, nice staff especially the salon department always run into someone very kind from there each time I go to store.

This store seemed run down and some of the staff acted like it put th m out to help me with a return. What ever happened to customer satisfaction???? We will not be back to this store

What a joke, no maternity clothes in store, but you can order online. How are you supposed to try them on? Then if it doesnt fit theres the hassle of returning stuff. Wont waste any more time on them.

Had to return some hairspray that stopped working, which happens often, but as usual never get any hassles from them..and big black Friday sales .♥️🤬

I ordered my daughter a pair of sandals for Christmas on November 28th ordered it to ship to store. on December 10th it said it was still in transit called the store every week up until Christmas they just kept telling me to check back now Christmas is over still no item checked the tracking today and it just says cancelled doesn’t say my money was refunded or any info nothing has been returned to my account now every time I call the store I can’t reach anyone. I won’t be ordering from them

Really everything was ok except at this timd of year they were way short on staff. The customer service staff in the back was awesome.

When you buy an almost $100 ring and get told itll be back for you in plenty of time for christmas, (which would have been 2 weeks) expect it to take more like over a month. and then get absolutely no help when you call wondering where it is or whats going on with it. just give us a call back friday. nope sorry still dont have it. try giving us a call back monday. nope sorry still dont have it. try calling us back on friday and ill let you know if its shown up by then instead of checking on its status or giving you an explanation as to whats going on.

Had to go in to get a new wedding band for my fiancé today because I accidentally threw away her band 3 days before our wedding... I feel terrible for not remembering her name but the sales associate was amazing she told us a story of how her husband accidentally threw her ring away and even scanned one of her own coupons off of her phone to save us some money because we didn’t have the app. Best service I’ve had in many years 10/10 would recommend for jewelry shopping.

This panties had a great selection of beautiful clothes at reasonable prices just like all other Penny stores. The difference is the staff. Everyone who works there tries their best to be patient and helpful and it is very pleasant to shop at this store. I will be going back many times.

Great place for your clothing needs! I have shopped many times for womens clothing! My husband also comes here for his formal clothing needs and has always found what he needs at a good price. He also got some great help with his suit that he needed. They have great clothes at good prices!

This is a great place to shop. I always love coming to a Penneys, because I know Im going to get quality Goods. I even worked at a panties while I was in college, and have always enjoyed going back. Unfortunately, they are having trouble due to Amazon taking many of their customers. If you want to see Penny stay around, you need to shop there.

Will not shop here again. Their merchandise didnt ring up what it was marked and I dont catch it at first so I went back and they would not honor their sale prices. The clothes were even still on sale. Will definitely tell all my friends and family to shop else where.

I like many of their current styles, plus they have some quirky throw-back clothes which I enjoy. I like their appliance section for browsing, but the prices arent the best. Im not a big fan of the variety in their shoe section.

JCPenney is awesome. They have almost everything but food. Prices are great and some sales were awesome. This store is better than Walmart and not as expensive as Dillards.

Bought some cute stuff here it was all on sale (which Im sure is just normal price) bit what made this place great was the staff. They were very helpful and kind.

My children like to shop here for their back to school clothes. Its easy to find everything they need all in one store. The staff are friendly and the store is well stocked and maintained.

It was pretty awful. The sales people made us leave. Then, they wanted to check ALL of our bags from the other stores we brought in.In the end, the police were called. Terrible visit... maybeEl Chico is really sweet though! 5 stars to them.

Staff is very helpful. Have bought several things here that they didnt have my size in and made an order. I am typically able to pick up I just a couple of days. Inventory is a little things but otherwise a great store.

We I walked around for about 2 hr trying g yo find a suit and the salesmen just looked at me so I we d to Dillard and about new suit jacket, shoes, and they wonder way there all going out of business. Never judge a book by its cover.

They have sale on jeans and tennis shoes.

Nice remodeling job with the merchandise but you missed a spot on your bathrooms next to the salon.

I have the JC pennys credit card and their app on my phone so I could get discounts. I tried to use my discount that I had on my phone app and they said it does not apply to the things I wanted to purchase. The cashier named off more than half the brands in the store that the coupons will not work for. REALLY!! I left my stuff on the counter and walked off. Ill more than likely be cutting up my new credit card as well. Sincerely unhappy customer!

This location is just ok . Pretty small, not very many options especially not on the plus size category, they do have a Sephora now if youre into overpaying for makeup, I can say that they do have good sales on their real jewelry if you can find something you like.

Good price on shoes I ordered to pick up at store - saved $8 - $10 shipping. Had to wait forever in line where all shoppers were checking out. Took way longer than it should have. Very irritating.
