Ulta Beauty, Norman is a beautifully stocked store and hair salon. I have my hair done at the salon. The hairdressers are professional. The salon is well lit and well stocked. Ulta also has a brow bar where one can walk up and have brows done.

Use the Norman location. Jill in the eye brow bar is the best. Moore never had anyone for the eye brow bar. Jill is worth the drive. I promise.

A coworker suggested that I go to Ulta to get my haircut by Carla. Im so glad I listened! Carla and the rest of the staff were great and friendly. Carla took the time to listen to what I wanted and made it happen. My hair looks amazing!

So this was my first time to Ulta Beauty and I was very apprehensive because I havent used makeup in a decade. When I entered this store, I received warm greetings from all the ladies which was a great start; helped diffuse the anxiety I was feeling. Victoria was the young lady that approached me, asked me if I was finding everything I was looking for and if I needed assistance. I definitely did! I have combination/fair skin and I have a tendency to break out. Victoria was very polite, knowledgeable and empathetic. Once she understood what I was looking for, she directed me to products that she was very confident in and explained all the benefits. She happily answered all my questions, which was a lot and I purchased all 3 products she introduced me to. I checked out with Emily, who was also very warm, knowledgeable and gently gave me step by step instructions to sign up for the Ultamate Rewards Card. Honestly, this was the best customer service I have ever had, hands down! These girls deserve this review and a raise! It isnt just the products that bring customers back, its the people. I will be definitely be a returning customer!

I thought Ulta was expensive so I never shopped there and then I found the same exact eye shadow at Ulta that I had been buying at Target and oh my lanta it was cheaper at Ulta.

This store hands down has the best customer service of any Ulta beauty or any department store within the country. they really go above and beyond to ensure their guest satisfaction rating is as high as it can possibly be. They deserve a pay raise in my opinion.

1 star because I wasnt greeted when I walked in and no one helped me at all. 3 people all very close to the door when I walked in and no one said anything. Im not sure if it is because Im a person of color or because management doesnt require employees to greet guests upon entering (however upon leaving I saw someone else come in who was greeted who was not a person of color). If I didnt know the exact product that I needed I wouldve not given Ulta any of my money. Management needs to do better. When I got to cash out the cashier just said phone number please didnt ask me how everything was or no hi, how are you, nothing.

It has when I needed looking to pick up a gift for the girlfriend and went to the perfume aisle. While I was a little stuck on a smell a very nice young lady help me to pick a fragrance that turned out to be more than perfect so thank you for that

This brand is always snobby to customers. I only came here because I needed a specialty hair product. I got it an left. Never feel comfortable in their stores. They treat me like I do not belong.

This place completely sucks! They do not greet at all or even bother to help lost wondering customers. Will definitely not come back to this location. Nice big store but employee makes it ugly with their lack of customer service skills. Need to fire all the employees or undergo a training program For positive customer care.

Best place to shop cosmetics and hair care, I have discovered many new brands here that I probably wouldnt have tried otherwise. The staff is always so helpful, ready to answer any questions I have or to help me track down items across the store. If you need ideas for a gift, youll wanna stop in here.

I went to the hair salon and the brow brow boutique. These women are awesome. They recommended only what I needed and were super friendly. All my styles were on point and I made return appointments. Definitely now my go to salon

Decent atmosphere. The employees are nice and helpful. Though they do have a tendency to stand around and talk. But dont we all.

Be careful if youre a guy going to this location, youll be followed and looked at suspiciously even if youre in the guy stuff. One employee in particular always had to re-stock and re-arrange the 2 areas where they happen to keep the guy stuff and kept asking if I needed any help finding things even though I kept answering I was just looking around. I didnt realize things needed to be re-arranged and organized even if it is fully stocked and in order.

Awesome customer service... they matched me with my foundation, bronzer, and powder. Mac is an American product that was recommended to me by a consultant here.

This place has a lot of those hard to find high end hair products and make-up items. I love the reward member discounts, but I will be honest to say that the $3.50 coupon never works on the stuff that I get the most. It seems like they dont work on the most popular and expensive items. I generally get my shampoo when they have the liter sales twice a year and that really saves the money! So all in all it is a great place and you get what you pay for, but you can work around the high price if you are diligent with the sales and coupons to save money. All in all the store is very clean and most of the staff are very helpful. So it is a great place to shop.

I have experienced very accessible and friendly staff at this Ulta Store. Of course the selection is amazing. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 bcs employees should invest more time keeping the sales shelves organized with products in their proper places/slots. I cant buy it if I cant find it!

I can not say enough nice things about Madison in the Mac counter. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She has now helped me twice and both times she was spot on with the look I was wanting. The second time I went in, Mac didnt have a lip color like I was wanting. She very well could have just said oh Im sorry we dont have a color like that. But instead she made recommendations (and showed me) for a different product and was able to get me the lip color I was wanting. I will definitely look for her each time I go in! Thank you Madison!!

I got my hair cut at Ulta. I have never been so upset with a haircut in my life. This was my first time coming to Ulta After telling the hairdressers I did not like the haircut she hastily walked me to the checkout. She handed me a slip to take to the front. I asked why can I not check out here she stated this is only for making appointments then walked away. This station had a card reader and was clearly ment to be the salon check out. I proceeded to the front where the line took almost 15 minutes to get to the front. In tears I told the ladies at the front I did not like the cut and the hairdresser did not apply my 20% discount for new visitors. She told me she could not do anything I would have to go back to the hairdresser. After The hairdresser had already not acknowledged that I did not like the cut and done nothing about it. I did not go back I had to pay $43 for the worst haircut of my life and was treated very poorly.

I love this store but the employees have no idea how their coupons and sales operate. Ive had way too many problems with them trying to dupe me out of a sale. They can also be rude. But the products and deals are still always good!

This store is always hit and miss for me. I have called customer service before about them. The last time I was in there was not a makeup remover wipe in sight, I had makeup all over my hands and arms.The employees were busy speaking to each other instead of asking customers for help. The management in this store needs to change or someone needs to help these people at least care about there jobs. I personally have been working in retail for 14 years and I cannot believe the lack of customer service in this store.

I work at a Starbucks near this ulta so I’m in there often. They are so great and helpful. I love going to this location.

If I could leave negative stars I would. They only have 1 stylist employed in their salon currently and she has no idea what she’s doing, she has no guidance and no help. She cut all my hair off when I asked for a trim and had photos of myself with the exact cut I wanted. I’ve never been so devestated, I walked out in the middle of our appointment.

The ultimate flaw with this store is that almost all of the non drug store branded items have a ultra sensitive beeping anti-theft sensor. It makes it impossible to check the quality of the product you are purchasing. Ive had to return to the store on occasions to make returns or exchanges simply due to discovering the products are broken once I open them at home. Please take time to check your product before leaving the store or else youll have to make another trip back to the store to exchange or return.

Norman ulta is always friendly clean and the ladies are always helpful with helping you find great products. They have a very large veriaty of products for every budget. The rewards card is excellent. I shop all year long. You can find great sales all year round.

My back is permanently damaged after working here because they wouldn’t schedule the necessary amount of people to process shipment, so I had to push myself past my limits to get it done or else I’d get in trouble with the store manager. Also, pay here is absolute garbage. My friend was making more as a Walgreens store staff than I was as a manager. Go to Sephora or Dillard’s for a much better working environment, pay, and gratis.

Besides the occasional good deal, Im really not a big fan of this location, the girls are usually snotty and never helpful when Im obviously wondering around the store looking for something. Almost as bad as Sephora. What happened to the days of good customer service?! I think Ill just shop online from now on.

Not a pleasant experience. Bought PUR items. Right beneath items I bought said 30% off of course when I get to register the items I bought not included. Also lets talk about getting to register. 1 register open and customer line was all the way down the store probably 30 deep. Spent 120.00. No one to ask for help

I love Ulta, but I always feel like I’m being followed around every time I come in here, and if I am not being stalked by an employee who thinks I’m stealing, then I am being flat out ignored. As much as I love this place, I am hesitant to come here because I always feel uncomfortable.

The cashiers were rude, didnt know correct policies on returns. Told my mom that she wouldnt be able to return unless she was enrolled in Ulta Rewards. This is not accurate because if she has a reciept she would be able to return because she has proof of purchase. The only reason for enrolling in rewards is to pad the goals they are given by mgmt. and to mgmt. from corporate office. She (cashier) didnt even tell her the benefits of rewards program because there are benefits. Working in retail for 18 years this is a poor example of getting customers information to me.Thank you.

Ulta is a good make-up place if you want to stay in Norman. Otherwise, I suggest you go to Ulta in OKC or Sephora. I am a frequent shopper here as I cant always make the drive when I run out of hair spray or conditioner etc. Lately the customer service has been atrocious. The lack of help from their workers and the attitude in general is very off putting. The variety in product is good but Ive been disappointed time and time again by the overall poor quality of customer service.

Very disappointed with their customer service.I was excited to get an item for my daughter on Black Friday for Christmas, but of course, like most of the time, theyre sold out or do not carry this particular item in their atorw. I ended up having to order online. However, when she opened it Christmas day to use, it would not even turn on. I even tried new batteries in place of the ones that came with it.Returned to Ulta today - tried to exchange, but they didnt have any in stock and said that Id have to return it and order another one through their website. Unfortunately its no longer on sale and Id have to pay shipping again if I wanted it. Very disappointed with product & Ultas customer service. Ill save myself time and order certain items from Amazon.

The staff here have always been helpful to me despite my prolific ignorance. If I go in and ask for something my wife had wanted they are always helpful and point me right to it. Bonus star for never trying to upsell me. Six out of five stars.

Had an awesome cut and color from this location. Rachel was AWESOME.

We took our daughter to buy some makeup for her first time. I told her she could get some lipgloss and light eyeshadows to wear around the house. She happened to wander off to the more expensive side of the store, which I didn’t mind since it gave me a chance to look for myself. Anyhow, my 7 year old saw some cosmetics that had flower packaging and mentioned it looks like it’s for little girls like her, which I knew it was not but I was letting her shop. The sales lady there came over to us and said “ yes, it looks like little girl packaging but the price tags aren’t for little girls”. That did NOT sit well with me, so I bought her $50 worth of lipgloss and nail polish, and a $20 eyeshadow. Then bought myself $100 worth of different things. I love how the sales girl insinuated we could not afford it. Then when my husband gets his card out to pay, a different girl at the register let my husband know right away there are no returns for non members. Wow, like get off your high horses girls! Y’all aren’t making enough to even afford the stuff you sell. Great products but clueless employees.

I love the store in general but about a month ago I went in with my boyfriend and I and we got followed around by a lady with blonde hair so that was insulting. I think it was someone like a manager I wish I took more time to see what her name was but I will be going to a new ulta. That was a poor experience just because my partner and I are people of color.

Drove out of my way to get to this store, took items to cashier, asked a few questions about my items ( they were buy one get one 50%off) after I told the cashier I only wanted the Rimmel makeup remover and one mascara( I took 2 mascaras to the register in case the remover didnt qualify under the bogo50) she went ahead and charged me for the second mascara! That I told her I didnt want. Do you think the 2nd mascara made it into the bag? Ummm NO! But they got my money!!!!! Buyer beware watch your receipt and your items!!! Will never go back to ulta, Ill keep ordering online from somewhere else and wait for my items! When it comes to money Im all over it!! I wish they had half a star rating because thats my review but believe when you cheat your customers half a star is even to much!

Went in there yesterday for the shampoo liter sale. I spoke with a blonde and a Hispanic woman, who did not seem to be knowledgeable when it came to what items were on sale. After noticing the sale tag, the blonde and the Hispanic became very condescending and abruptly walked off before I could ask more questions. I planned to spend at least $300 yesterday, but because of the poor service I received, I literally just left my bag full of items in the store.
