The people working here are doing a great job but the fact they only have 2 techs and no other help is a joke. They are making enough money to properly staff and take care of you instead of cutting to the minimum staff to maximize profit. Go somewhere that cares.
I love this store. The pharmacy is always busy but they do their best and usually with a smile. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly if you interact with them. You’re always acknowledged.
Drive thru is EXTREMELY Slow even though sign says you can’t wait on prescription refill in line took 25 minutes would have left but there was line of cars behind us. Then when car ahead got their prescription they moved up a little and sat there another 15 minutes then dropped something in pharmacy drop box the other lane was also slow cars were wrapped around the building. I will not be recommending them.
Went to drive thru pharmacy to pick up medication.Nice.Pleasant.Helpful employees. Some I know by name.Very little change over at this pharmacy.Just change up to higher position. They are top notch.Prices are pretty reasonable with insurance or without plus discount cards. Some pharmacies have them on hand & will help you through the process.Good rx is one of the names of companies whom discount just about every medication 50% sometimes more.Good luck.
Too bad i cant give a negative 10 stars. The idiot at the drive thru must be deaf. My sons name is Zach...not VAC! Was told 2 days ago that the scripts was at the wrong pharmacy but would transfer over and be ready in an hour. I told her I was not waiting an hour and not making another trip today. That I would come tomorrow. Ok. So today at the drive thru again shes calling my son VAC! Then laughed that we had gone thru this yesterday. Said come back in an hour. I promptly parked and went inside. After getting rather nasty, I was told be ready in 10 minutes. Sad thing is there were 2 other ppl in line who had been experiencing the same issue for days. This place is an utter joke.
I went through the drive thru to get a covid test. They told me i needed to make an appointment so i parked in the parking lot to make one. Cool. 45 mins later was my test so i waited in my car till i was supposed to get it done. As soon as i pull up i’m told that their system is down so they cannot give me a covid test…mind you, i don’t feel well, i’ve already waited an hour just to be told no. If your system is “down” than i should have not of been able to schedule a test for that time. Wasted my time completely. If your systems are down put up signs so no one makes the mistake of thinking you can go here for a covid test.
Cane in to grab a few things, asked the cashier where they might be, she told me exactly where they were and even walked me to them. Friendly, store is clean, and I got what I needed that no one else had in stock.
Their photo center is down right now, couldnt get passport photos taken. But for the most part I like this CVS, not as high traffic as the Wal-greens up the street. Get my meds sent here, for the most part on time. Easy drop in and grab when its not rush hour after work. Pharmacy techs and cashiers are very cordial.
DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE!!! I just got a bill for $125 (4 months after getting my test done) using the same information I used for the drive thru covid test nearby (which is not a DIY test and therefore much more reliable) where I got it for free. Was told by coworkers, family, and news that if you did not have insurance it would be covered by government and if you do have insurance it will be covered by insurance (I have insurance). Should not be getting billed especially $125!!!
Bruh they can’t even get a passport photo right, what a disaster
This place will not Answer a phone!
Pharmacy way too slow and apparently understaffed.
Hours of pharmacy not very good. Close at 6 on a saturday and open at 10 at lindsay location.
After a port experience at another CVS it was refreshing to be at this one. The young lady working the window was cheerful, polite, and very helpful. The pharmacist came over to the window to speak with me and was also delightful. I’m very pleased with the service I received today. Thanks for all you do.
Nice place, nice people
No one ever answers the phone, it’s so hard to get a hold of anyone.
Worthless employees. And calling them and actually getting a human on the line is very difficult and takes a veeeeeeeerrrry long time
Great place
I am trying to get a refill on a prescription and have been on hold for currently 25:55 minutes with not ONE person asking questions or even picking the line up. Worse Place ever would recommend going to another place. Have to give it a one star for this to post but I would not give it any stars ever. Will be transferring all my business to another place.
Not happy with one of the employees. I love CVS for everyday needsand stuff that isnt at the other usual stores! But the gentleman working there during day was just rude and not helpful! Hopefully his attitude changes or they find someone else .....
Came into Cvs today to buy vitamins for my elderly dad . I purchased vitamin A it was buy one get one free for members. I forgot to ring in my member number after he rang up the items. The cashier refused to do it over and told me because of co vid no refunds. Then Shannon the manager She came from the back and was very unhelpful, and rude and also refused to adjust the receipt. Its co vid 19 Im limited on funds and its management like this that makes it hard for the public admid this pandemic. I hope corporate is paying attention to these reviews. Im pulling all of my prescriptions from this CVS along with my Dads and going over to Walgreens where Im treated with kindness, and respect.
Not had a problem with this cvs yet, but someone needs to update the times. Google says the pharmacy closes at 9, I called at 8:30 and it says that they closed at 8.
Customer service needs to be better and all managers needs to be better trained in customer service
The only one that knows anything about anything at this pharmacy is Josh. Sorry Josh, you need to find a better pharmacy to work at. C.v.s. just lost my buisness
Very well in pharmacy service
This CVS is one of the older ones in town. It is a typical CVS with great coupon sales and late hours. The staff is courteous and helpful.
The service here is terrible. The pharmacy side isnt bad in terms of service but the actual store... theres a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. In other words if youre in a hurry or dont wanna stand in line waiting forever then dont shop here.
Worst ever. I want to give them no stars. Terrible customer service.
Pharmacy staff is consistently incompetent. They do not fax refill requests in a timely manner or they dont do it at all. They could care less if you are in dire of the medication.
Awful customer service. Rude employees. Alicia was one of the rudest employees Ive dealt with since I switched from Walgreens. Very inconsiderate and speaks to you like youre doing nothing but annoying her and wasting her time. Definitely makes the customer feel like theyre the least important thing in the world to her. Been using CVS for probably 5 years, but shes the reason Ill be switching once again. Good luck with your experience here.
Says fast service that is complete false advertising. They seriously take 10 minutes to get one person there scripts. Thought the drive through was for drop off pick up only not wait while they fill. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Live next store and frequent this place for random things I need. Always had pleasant experiences here and the staff is friendly.
Some guy sweeping this particular night was so incredibly rude
Everyone is nice and helpful here except the pharmacy. The pharmacy always gets things mixed up.
Not open as advertised. CVS refuses to put adverts into the local paper. Or maybe that is just the Oklahoma newspaper handlers decision. Regardless, I will NEVER show up before 8am again. Morons...
Extremely long wait times to fill a script, go to the walmart down the street or Walgreens the other direction and save yourself some time. This is not a review of a single visit, but every visit.
Cvs wont let me return or exchange an item without a receipt. My husband got me prenatal vitamins in pill form and I cant take those because they make me sick so I wanted to go exchange them for some chewables. My husband didnt know and he didnt get a receipt. They wouldnt do anything without a receipt. Now I have a $16.30 purchase to cvs and still no vitamins.
Very friendly and always willing to help answer any questions we have.
Super slow, overwhelmed, but very nice. Go inside !!!!
The managers succeeded in making my experience awkward and confusing.
Restroom was filthy. Not what I’d expect at a pharmacy. Yuck.
Always efficient, and friendly.
The drive thru is busy from 3pm til 6pm week days. Go at a different time if you can.
Terrible service, very rude, gave wrong script and refused to fill correct one. Did not refund the purchase. Going back to walgreens.
All the chain pharmacies suck! They make you wait for no reason. Filling a prescription only takes about 2 minutes, all the chains are required to make you wait so you will walk around and buy stuff. Support your independent pharmacies, they are where the service is at!
Been here over an hour and still can’t get two simple common prescriptions that were called in by the Dr yesterday. Super slow.
Always friendly and courteous.
It is really a shame that customer service is non existent. Their answer for everything is It will be 10-15 minutes. The total wait for a flu shot was over 25 minutes.
This pharmacy is a complete joke. They NEVER have their stuff in order.
This place can be expensive depending on what you need
Good stuff
Nice people
