One of the nicest grocery stores around, prices are reasonable and very well stocked. It reminds me of our grocery store in North Carolina, upper end grocery store with great prices. Every opportunity I get to interact with the staff they are very friendly and professional. Plus I love what they are doing with the remodel of the exterior. Looks great 👍

What a great shopping experience. This was my first time there. Id normally go to Target for 1 stop shopping, but I really wanted to check out Crest. So glad I did. The produce looked great. The aisles were nice and spacious. The carts are wider and taller than normal with room to fits 2 kids in the child seat area equipped with belts for both. Very nice. They seem to really cater to families which is great. Employees were nice and helpful. It appeared as though they dont use plastic bags. Which is good. But it made it harder to carry a bunch of paper bags without handles. So either bring your own reusable bags or get ready to make multiple trips to and from the car. There was a great selection of of pretty much anything you could want. Except 12 packs of coke. They were completely gone during my visit at 11 am. Bummer. I felt like I was in a place that cares about quality of goods and service. Not Walmart. Ill definitely be back.

This used to be my favorite place to shop, but not anymore. I placed an order yesterday for a 12 pound rib roast. They said it would be ready today by noon. Kept waiting for a call to be ready, but instead went in the store to find out it wasn’t ready. Usually no big deal, I am a fairly patient person. However, i was greeted with rude, incompetent staff who blamed the incompetence on me. When speaking with the manager he blamed the mistake on workers who are, “at the bottom of the gene pool”. His words not mine. The Assistant Manager then told me that they would not give any discounts as it is not their policy, but instead, my consolation is that my terrible experience provided a learning experience. I will not use this store for anything else. Not that they care...obviously!

Worst employees all of the Crest stores. Its a shame that a nice new store has terrible customer service. After my family was treated with the worst customer service we spoke to a manager named Steve and its clear where the issue starts. This store needs help.

I love Crest because their prices can’t be beat. They have their own brands plus local brands such as Hiland dairy in Norman. Full half gallon ice cream (butter brickle my fav) for $2.98. Fresh reasonably priced produce, meat deals that are a surprise. When they are getting close to exp. date they mark down to sell. I like that. Better than going in to trash. Some specials run for several weeks so I get spoiled when they expire. They had Hiland dips for $1.25 for so long I was surprised when they went back up to a regular price that is still way below other stores.

I enjoy grocery shopping, A LOT. That being said I don’t mind driving out of the way to go to a great grocery store. I drive 50 miles every other week to come here. The store has great selection of products. It’s very clean. My favorite is the meat and sushi counter. Service is okay.

If you order a cake from the Bakery you may want to keep calling the day you’re supposed to pick up because they a good at not making your cake and have the nerve to say it will be the tomorrow when my sons birthday is TODAY!!!! Ugh! So unprofessional!

Excellent customer service on the phone and in the store! We are new to the state and area so we were looking for a nice full service grocery store with the selection we needed. My husband is Celiac so I called ahead to see if you carried the Gluten Free frozen pie crust. The customer service lady put me on a brief hold and personally checked. You had the pie crusts, so we drove in from Blanchard. Got all my items Id been trying to find locally. Being our 1st time to the store, I asked where a few things were located. Every time the employee knew exactly where the items were.Very nice, clean, well laid out store and fully stocked. We plan to drive in each week to shop.

What if I told you that you could get cheaper groceries than Wal-Mart with a better selection and spend your money with a local Oklahoma business? That is 100% possible with Crest, especially if you stick to the stuff on sale (which you absolutely can, without sacrificing because there is so much on sale all the time). They have the best meat selection, the freshest produce, an amazing bakery (check out their custom cakes!) and even a gourmet cheese section. I have price shopped Crest vs. Wal-Mart, Aldi & Winco (the budget leaders) and Crest is the clear winner. They even sack your groceries (in recyclable paper bags) and still help you load them into your car if desired. They have a lot of local options too which are harder to find at the national chains. And I love that they support Coffee & Cars by letting them have the monthly event in their parking lot!

Crest has great prices and deals. They have a good selection of produce and theyre also great at staying well stocked, especially during this crisis.I love them for being open 24/7. My only problem are the self-checkouts because of how finicky the scales are, especially if I bring my own bags. But definitely a great store, keep it up!

I like everything here. Especially the fruit like, apples and melons. I like those fruit! Very tasty!!There is one thing that I reallly want to show. They have this balloon place, where you can grab one and pay for it at the cashier. The price of these ballon is pretty stupid. They are ridiculously expensive. However, I always spend some time to stand and watch these balloons while I was shopping. I randomly picked up one or two of these balloons and pictured some images in my mind... which is always a peaceful and wonderful dreaming experience for me.I hope they can always keep this fun spot even though almost nobody buys these balloons. This is a place for children and this is also a place for us to realize some of our dreams.

I loved this place but the bag boy sucked he but chips in paper bag when I noticed I told him plastic he literally threw the chips out smashing them and gave me a nasty look . I asked is there a problem he didn’t answer.

The staff are always willing to help.. even to load your groceries if needed. Ill always shop there and the seafood selection is awesome and the sushi is always good. They will even customize your sushi order if you want.

I love going here when I get paid. Everything is at a very affordable price, customer service is always friendly and very helpful. From food to paper towels, everything had its own place, and nothing is out of the ordinary. This place was my mothers favorite place to shop. The basket sizes are very impressive, from small to large. Plus, their motorized wheelchairs are always charged up and ready to go.

Ive been a loyal customer for 12 years, ever since I moved to Norman I would travel to Moore to shop before Norman branch was built. I bought a plant, it is covered in spider mites. They will not exchange my plant because I dont have a receipt.... They have lost a customer over 25.00 plant!!! Super disappointed!!!!!

We enjoy shopping at this Crest location. However, today, as I was leaving the restroom, a young man exited one of the stalls, left the restroom and did not wash his hands. As luck would have it, he proceeded to sack groceries at the register where my wife was checking out.When we got home, we had to wipe down everything before we put it in the cupboard.It was around 10:00 AM, and the young man was tall, stocky, and had very short hair.

Very large fresh fruit and vegetable selection, including a pretty good sized organic area. Very modern, and reminds me of some of the big HEB stores in Houston. Im giving them five stars because they have really improved their seafood and meat market service. It means a lot when management of a store recognizes a weakness and addresses the issue. Shopping at Crest as long as I can remember. Even A great Uncle managed a store in Midwest City long ago. My review is unbiased though, as I really dont remember him. Crest in Norman only lacks what high end specialty stores around carry. Good example would be Forward Foods on Main. It deserves five stars for many reasons. Their customer service is a blast from the past where it actually means something to them. That means so much to me. And its huge. Great selection. Always clean, good prices.

We LOVE Crest. Great selections. The meat department has amazing choices. The Bakery always has our favorite breads. And the checkouts go fast. And my husband loves Cheese Day (Sunday they usually have cheese samples out and we always leave with a new kind).The store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked.

First time my wife and I had ever shopped here very nice and clean store. Friendly employees very polite and courteous. We live by the postal trading center would be nice to a Crest market this side of town.

I dont visit this store too often, since I dont live on that side of town. But I have been in to check out their bakery, and did buy a birthday cake on this day. They have some fancy and pricey cakes, but also a good selection of cakes like for a small party. Its a pretty neat store, and I remember hearing good things about the one in Moore, before we got this one in Norman.

Crest is becoming my main store for groceries. The store is always clean and organized. Even the lighting is better here than other stores.Every employee I have encountered has been polite and helpful. It feels like the employees are treated better and that friendly attitude comes out with the customers. Even the other shoppers seem to be in a better mood.Congratulations to Crest. I love shopping at crest, BUT they dont hire enough cashiers. The self checkouts are SUPER SLOW and awful to use. unexpected item in bagging area then a huge delay type situation.

Best local grocery chain. The produce is some of the best around and as of this review there is a produce sale going on. The store is always clean on the sales floor. The shelves are nicely and fully stocked. The isles are extra wide so it makes it easy to get around on a crowded day. They have the best prices on almost everything other grocery stores around. The staff is friendly and offer full service bagging and carryout to the car.

Its pretty good as always. I work near there and go to Crest for the hot and ready lunch for 5.99. They give you like 8 to 9 bucks worth of food and its good too. They have an anti-pasta bar and a salad bar also.

Massive grocery store, and one of the nicest Crests in the area. The aisles are very wide so you have plenty of room to maneuver around other shoppers. There are always plenty is items on sale right as you walk in too. Great bakery/deli as well, we love to swing by and get chicken/potatoes/macaroni to go for lunch!

I have been shopping here for a year and it is a great store for groceries. They have great prices and will occasionally have special sales that are very good. The produce is always fresh and the meat counter is always good. Also, the Crest branded food is inexpensive and tastes just as good if not better than the name brands. I highly recommend this store.

Whenever I go grocery shopping I try and go here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the store is always clean. Most important to me, is they offer a wide variety of products. Their produce and meat selection/quality is also fantastic.

They were super busy due to the FANTASTIC sale on meats. All of the associates in the meat department were super helpful. Others we ran into throughout the rest of the store were helpful and friendly. Wish I had gotten the cashiers name. She was friendly and efficient.

Crest has a large selection of fresh produce and deli options. Their prices were decent. My favirite part though was their sushi bar. I bought a 15 roll pack of California roll for $7.29 and 4 spring rolls for the same price. I will definitely shop at Crest again.

Shopped at Crest for the first time this month, and I think this is where Ill do my shopping from now on! If I want certain seafood items, though, Ill still get them from Walmart, as I can get crab and lobster for half the price there. Crest truly does have rock bottom prices on so many products! This location is sparkling clean, and I love how wide the aisles are! Thank you to my sweetheart for introducing me to Crest; looking forward to many more shopping trips here!

Crest is in my opinion the best grocery shopping in Norman.the staff is always friendly and professional. The prices are more than comparable to the other retailers in the area. I will always go to Crest for groceries for the reasons mentioned above most of all it is the small town feel when you walk in the door, while they may not know your name that do appear to recognize you as a regular customer.

Great grocery at wonderful prices! The produce is very good and the meat department is very helpful and great. Would highly recommend them! We really like when they have the huge meat sale. There is a butcher that is amazing and very knowledgeable and so helpful with all our questions about cuts of meat and how to best cook it! We have never had a problem here and shop here often!

Being that people probably got their food stamps already and its the beginning of the month made shopping very difficult. Just glad I made it out with everything I needed without any broken limbs, there were such angry people. One lady even yelled at the person she was talking on the phone with about me being in the way for a second so I could get milk. Was just as frustrated as everyone else but I kept my cool. The checkout wasnt that great either. Ive encountered angry cashiers because it gets busy. I try to crack jokes here and there but they never smile, the only thing they say is is paper or plastic okay? And thats the last of it. My experience was fine I guess. I just was hoping the cashier wouldve lightened up just a tad bit so I wouldnt have to feel so awkward about having a simple chat or asking how they are feeling.

Crest is the essential supermarket in Norman. Awesome selection and prices make this Oklahoma owned grocer tops. From a great meat market to the fresh vegetables and deli to the huge frozen food section to everything in between. They have it all and at low prices. The store is clean and the workers are helpful. Check them out.

Love this crest! Very clean well kept. Fast checkout lots of available checkers with service clerks. Fantastic prices. Occasionally I drive from OKC. to shop here. If Im in Norman its always a place I stop for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great selection of products. The cashier staff is also great. When my family and I go, we always try to get in the line of our favorite cashier Caren. She is always very friendly and fun to joke around with. Always has a smile and remembers our names. The store is always kept clean.

Love this store! They are so friendly and helpful. I asked someone if they had an item I needed and they searched a couple of places it would be and when they couldnt find it they told me to hold on and when they came back they said they went to the back and looked it up for me. The big plus to me is that its clean and they keep it that way

The absolute worst for customers. The prices are good but the management staff there is terrible. If you go to this location at night you will have a security guard waiting for you at the door with handcuffs. Now I understand having security at a store but this guy is up front just swinging handcuffs. Mike the receiving manager says he sees no problem with intimidating people as they walk in the store. Boycot this store and go elsewhere. I am never wasting my money here again.

I love this market! They have a wonderful meat department with helpful butchers on hand, deli and bakery departments that are top notch as well. Their prices are very reasonable and their employees helpful and courteous. I see the checkout person looking to make sure my eggs arent cracked, checking the potatoes in my bag to make sure none are going bad, and even telling me I didnt have to worry about removing coupons attached to my groceries as they know would check for those as well! This is my favorite place to shop.

My wife got a salad from their salad bar. We waiting to be checked out where the hot food section was. The young man behind the counter took a guy from behind us and checked him out then looked at me and walked away and never said a word. I spoke to someone behind the customer service counter and informed them of it. Those two gals werw niceBut the people in the hot food section need to e retrained

This is a very well-maintained grocery store with a very nice location in Norman. Sales are easy to find, the layout is easy to follow, and they have a very nice selection of Deli products and even fresh sushi which is great for a quick lunch. Tasty and fresh looking every time. Its no Full Moon Sushi downtown, of course, but it will do if youre craving sushi in a pinch.

Crest is the best grocery store chain in the OKC area. Prices are excellent and so is the quality. Stores (especially their May and Norman locations) are well laid out and clean.

This is where you should go for fresh cut beef chicken pork fish. Only place I can get specialty items like lamb and great seafood selection. Other grocery selection is normal with savings if you shop regularly.

My family and I were visiting from the Dallas area. The staff was very helpful; one young man even put down what he was doing to show us the gluten free isle. Im was impressed. The store was clean and looked really nice

From the nice carts to the specialty items from different countries you cant go wrong with this Crest location. Clean environment and always fully stocked. There is a nice flow when shopping here.

I love shopping there. However, their delivery service through Shipt was a failure for me. I made a delivery time that was days beyond the time I placed the order. It never showed up and a Shipt text that I received a day later said it was due to the store being closed. It wasnt. Shipt customer service was virtually unreachable in any reasonable time frame. Email replies from their help system were said to be as long as 10 days. The Shipt membership fee was a big waste and I can see Ill be fighting to get my money back for the membership even though they failed to deliver anything. Crest prices are higher on many items than other stores, especially bulk items. But they do have a bigger variety of items than other area stores.

Always been my favorite grocery store. Actually cheaper than walmart, great specials and I personally think there meat and produce are way better. The staff and manager are also now a HUGE reason I will always shop here. Once I left expensive sunglasses in my cart and yes they were turned in by the employee who found them. Today I left my phone in the cart. I think we all get a little frantic when that happens but this cashier and manager went above and WAY beyond to help retrace my steps and find it. They did not seem upset or put out by helping me either. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THANK YOU!!

Probably Normans best grocery store. Clean & modern layout. Employees are super friendly & well trained. They have a meats/seafood counter that rivals Whole Foods in selection & quality. Deli & gourmet cheese areas are also top-notch. Yet despite Crests semi-upscale feel prices are surprisingly low. Comparable to Walmart & cheaper than Target. I really like that the store is kinda fancy yet still approachable. They have achieved a really nice balance.

This is a really nice store . We travel 45 minutes to shop here for a family of 6 every payday. The produce is always nice and fresh and we love getting our meat products sliced fresh in the meat department. They have well-known name brand items for very good prices. Would recommend this store to anyone, especially anyone on a budget trying to feed a family!

Used to shop at WinCo but I have recently switched to Crest, which turned out to be a great choice! The managers are very attentive and helped me locate an item I otherwise wouldnt have been able to find. I am very picky with how my bags are sacked and Nikki and Candice packed them very well and offered me help out to my car. I will definitely be coming back and hope my experience is just as great each time.
