Do not waste your time and money in this place - horrible service, always lying to customers, unable to do the job properly. They took my laptop (the battery wasn’t holding a charge) 2,5 months ago, since then I was only trying to take it back - not even talking about getting it fixed - yesterday I came to the place - my laptop was all open just laying with all the parts out on the countertop, and when I asked to put it back together- the owner started yelling at me and stated that he is not able to do that and I have to come back another day. After 2,5 months of struggles they gave my laptop back - BROKEN!!!!!!! It doesn’t turn on, at all...... It was working before I gave it to them - now it doesn’t. Cherry on top - they never refunded my prepayment of $100. Basically they broke my laptop completely for $100. Think twice before taking any of your devices to this scam hole.

Thanks for trying to fix my phone. But whatever they promised me with my phone never happened. Took my phone for the repair, never called on a promised date. Stopped there a few times on my own to double check if the phone was ready. Both of the times more days were needed. Finally a week later, they gave me back a phone stating they were not able to fix it. I understand the problems sometimes could go worse then expected, but do not promise your customers you are going to do the repair (versus its been a week and you are still trying) and on top of that - by tomorrow. That tomorrow never came. Customer service....I am sorry..

This store is horrible. Lady that runs it always twisting words. She is lying all the time. I wish i would have never gone to that store. they are running some sort of scam over there. I filed a complaint on them. just a friendly tip, dont deal with them.

It has pretty good customer service and has new and updated phones. They also speak in Spanish and Arabic.
