Went into this store over the weekend. I had plenty of issues with my bill.As soon as I walked in, the girl at the front was super sweet. And did everything she could to help me.The music was great, the energy was right and everyone had thier mask on…. Correctly!Coming back, and asking for Nicole!

Everything was perfect except for the chairs. Being an older person with a bad knee. It is for difficult to get onto and keep sliding. Having my leg hang without having my foot on the floor made my knee and leg problem worse.Otherwise the service was exceptional. I have been coming to this location for a long time and every time I come. I have excellent service and get all my questions answered. They also check my bill to see if any adjustments need to be made to my billing.

I had phone line issue. I asked them help me. I thought they can figured out. I told him what’s my problem. And then “Manager” was so rude. I was so shocked. I wasn’t expect something like that. He couldn’t help me. Even he can’t help me, he should nice with me. Really poor experience. If he manager there, he can’t be like that rude. I’ve never ever had that really poor experience. So disappointed!!! He has a problem!!!!!!!!!!!Maybe he can’t be manager. He don’t know his job duty

Customer service was great. The security person greet me followed up with a service employee asking me what type of assistance was needed. Arturo was very efficient, friendly & kind. The Harlem store is where I will go from now on.

All I wanted was a simple basic cheap phone and they didnt have anything in stock that was below 600 dollars.

Jorge was a wonderful rep to work with! We have dealt with others there in the past and at other non corporate locations and had HORRIFIC experiences. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who didn’t give us the run around and didn’t feed us lies having us run in circles on the phone and to other locations. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, straight to the point, and fast! We will be using only Jorge in the future for all of our questions, additions services, and all of our issues. Best employee by far!

Service is ok but insanely slow! Keep saying it’s just a few more minutes and you walk out an hour later. Just ridiculous!

I needed to keep my existing number but switch from a business account to a personal account. Went to the original provider but wasnt pleased with the service. My wife already had a att account and Mirza the sales rep got it all squared away for me. So far all is good.

Great customer service they go above and beyond to resolve any issues or questions you may have. Highly recommended location no matter your ethnic background. Look for Mirza and friends thay will help.

Natalia was extremely friendly and helpful. She honestly made it one of the best cell phone plan shopping experiences. She broke down pricing in a way that was easy to understand and the whole process was easy-going and pleasant.I am happy with the promotions on devices and I got a steal on my entire plan not to mention perks like HBO max and insurance. This is a HUGE upgrade from Metro I can already tell the difference in cell tower priority. I feel like a VIP.Thank you!

Natalia our service rep and store mgr Steve were extremely helpful and patient with me to try and find me a better deal than I was getting. By reviewing my account they found some discrepancies that should have been removed months ago. By Natalia being so knowledgeable about the product, I ended up buying the Apple Watch and would certainly recommend My family and friends to request her on future visits to the store

I would like to give no star, I went almost 5 times to resolve my issue to migrate my plan from prepaid to postpaid. Atnt does not have any solutions to this issues they say. They kept pushing to call customer care and customer care said go to the store. I know it can done in-store only. But they don’t want to spend time on this time of issue I think. All they want to do is to sale the phone or something easier simple work.

I switched to At&t two days ago & I can’t express how happy I am. Arturo gave the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. He was so helpful & offered the best solutions. He also assisted my mother & set up her phone. This was a pleasant experience & we Plan to remain loyal At&t customers.

I just had a very pleasant and quick experience here with Jose O. Came in to add an extra line to my account, was in an out in 30 minutes tops. Throughout the whole experience Jose was great to work with, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. So far probably one of the best experiences Ive had with a mobile provider.

I recently needed to upgrade our family plan... Which i really dislike doing this type of things... its time consuming but Arturo Garcia helped us out... was very patient with my husband and i... answered all of our questions and was very helpful choosing a plan that fit our budget but also our needs. I came to AT&T here looking to switch from sprint and explore other options. This location was super helpful and explained everything clearly. I was helped by Arturo, who was extremely helpful and very nice. If you are looking for a new cellphone provider, this location is the place to go. It was clean, calm, very friendly and all followed the CDC guidelines during the pandemic.

NEGATIVE 5 STARSWent to this store to upgrade my wifes phone and mine only to be persuaded to do it online because its cheaper as the sales rep said. i told him i dont care about it being cheaper ... i just didnt want to do it online. unfortunate for me i left with no new phone for either of us because no matter what i said they kept pushing me to do it online.... why even have the store? so because ive been a customer for many years they just take me for granted..... so after going online to do an upgrade i receive my phone in the mail, spend 4 hrs trying to switch it over which included 4 calls to customer service for help which i was either disconnected or transferred back to the automated service and here i sit with neither phone working........... on my 5th call to customer support. as much as id like to blame att as whole it all starts in the beginning with this corporate store not wanting to do my upgrade in store.... all these years of being a loyal customer just to be brushed aside...I am in the service business and this is by far the worst service ive ever had

Coming from awful T-Mobile (also known as scammers), this is about as honest of a review as you’re going to get! I transferred to AT&T about two years ago and I’ve never looked back! Last week when I came to this specific location, I came to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus to the iPhone 12 Pro. (Best decision, camera quality is so much better). AT&T store workers here are so helpful and very knowledgable. Brian helped me out and I was very impressed. He was very patient, answered all the questions I had. Over all, great customer service!

My daughter and I went to this store for help with a port-in. We were not buying anything simply needed help with getting her line back to ATT and my account. Samantha was wonderful, completed the port-in for us with new SIM card and reviewed our current plan and reduced our monthly payment. Mirza Gomez was very helpful and patient. It was the first time I havent had to switch stuff over myself once home. The intent was to buy one new phone, but ended up getting 2, because Mirza was very informative and helpful. Explaining different deals and plans and phone capabilities. She was very polite and provided excellent customer service. I had been contemplating switching service providers before visiting and ended up getting a new phone.

Arturo was the BEST customer service employee at this location. I highly recommend going here. They solved many issues for me in a timely manner and went above and beyond for everything I asked for.

The store manager Steve should not be in any form of management or leadership and is very rude and condescending. Very poor interpersonal skills.

Went there to get an upgrade and instead of getting a friendly greeting such as Hello or welcome to at&t the ignorant unfriendly so called mngr named Daniel im assuming he thinks hes the mask police told my son to pull up his mask! Really?? Ive been a customer for +20 years and have never been treated so badly. He should be reprimanded and tought customer service etiquette! I will be contacting corporate.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my experience at this location yesterday, I needed to make sure these guys got the attention they deserve. I walked into the store with a very unique issue. I met with Alex and Liz who were both very eager to help me. After working through some steps, they were able to help me with my issue. Not only did I leave the store with the answers I needed, but I was also introduced to FirstNet, a feature that I’ve been missing out on for some time now. Excellent customer service at its best. Ive had my new phone and accessories for a week now and I do not regret one penny that I spent while at this store. I initially stopped by to simply look at a phone and not make a purchase. My boyfriend and I were instantly greeted by Ashkan (sorry if im butchering the spelling) one of the store managers who connected us with Terry, a very knowledable and patient associate. Terry was able to inform me that I had an outdated and more expensive phone plan that was more costly than the unlimited everything phone plan. Both Terry and Ashkan were able to help me find a better cellular plan, port my home phone over, upgrade my phone and help me with deciding on an apple watch to get. Terry was also able to help my boyfriend upgrade his phone and get a new apple watch in the same trip. This was by far the best shopping experience I had with upgrading my phone and adding on additional services. Excellect customer service helped to convert a window shopping customer into a customer who left with multiple purchases that I felt good about because I received all the information I could to ensure I made an informed decision.

Johnathan and Daniel (manager) were great they assisted me and helped me with all my questions compared plans and helped me decide a option that best suited me and my budget.
