Yesterday I went to the Verizon Norridge location,I spoke to the one of the representatives,who treated me disrespectfully and wasn’t eager to help me to solve my issue.This guy accused me of lying about my recent purchase.I bought a charger 2 months ago and it stopped working and I wanted to replace it.He called me liar when I have a proof that I just purchased it 2 months ago..This guy was rude and unprofessional..I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years and now we’re thinking on switching to a different company with better customer service

This place is just your average store. They have employees that speak polish and other languages. The disadvantage of the store is that they have no power to fix your problem. The first thing that they suggest is calling 611 which doesnt help. The store itself is not bad its the company policies behind it. The employees can only do so much and are told that they cant do anything but sell. If you need a new phone or buy something from Verizon this is the place to go.

Horrible!!! We came an hour before closing, checked in were told there is one person before us. We had to wait 45 minutes and then 15 minutes before closing 2 sales assistants just left home, nevertheless there were still 3 clients waiting in line. Finally, we were told we should have scheduled the appointment beforehand. What kind of service is that???

If I could give negative starts, I would. They are racist. If you’re not polish they DO NOT CARE about you. I walked in and was told by a girl named Monica she would be with me as soon as possible and proceeded to talk with another employee in polish for over 20 minutes. Finally someone else came out to help me. All I needed was a SIM card. I waited 40 minutes just to receive my SIM card. I was the only non-speaking polish person in there and felt discriminated against very much so. Will not be going to this location ever again. I really think something should be done about this.

Great customer service. Greeted at the door and immediately received help!EDIT 8/28/2021I came here to get a phone upgrade, the MANAGER (this is important) came to assist me with the upgrade.They walked me thru promotions and the available phones, I choice one that fit with the promotion and proceeded to purchase it. They told me the promo would apply within 3 months. 4 months later no promotion is added and its the same bill.I contact customer service (bless their souls) and they inform me that NO PROMOTION was added.... Thats disgusting.. the only reason I upgraded my phone and they forgot to add it. Thankfully the customer service rep added the promotion and I made sure to voice that THE MANAGER didnt add the promotion.I will avoid this verizon store at all costs and go further down the street to the other Harlem Verizon by the Starbucks.

Verizon as a cell phone service provider is extremely limited. Their service in national parks and other camping destinations is almost non-existent. Very disappointed! I ended up at Cricket with a better package for about a third of the price. Honestly, Ive always stayed with major cellphone service providers and I was wrong. So goodbye to ATT, Verizon, and TMobile. Hello Cricket and Metro PCS!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this store yesterday. My husband and I traded in our IPhones and were offered a $110 credit so we could get some accessories. What was NEVER explained to us is that it wouldn’t cover everything and that we would have to pay the balance. Imagine my surprise when I wind up with a bill over $500. I called the store after speaking with customer service because I was told they could help us. I spoke with the “manager” and he did NOTHING. He never apologized for the misunderstanding and said that if we misunderstood it was on us because his rep is very thorough. I asked if we could return them and he tells us no because we only had 14 days. We just found we were being charged because we just go our bill. Re REFUSED to offer any sort of help to us for the miscommunication and just reiterated the 14 day return policy several more times. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENECE EVER!

Very unprofessional!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a phone which was over 500 dollars. And she didnt have time to hook up my phone to the other phone to transfer my contacts and pictures over. She saod its very easy. You can do it. And I kept saying g no I cant. And she persisted that I can. And I was right I couldnt. I brought it home and still no phone . Because she wanted to make more sales in stead of helping me with my phone. I got into the store with my brothers to add them into my account. I had never seen any phone company who is not happy to have new costumers. I was not greed and the staff act up like my family and I can’t afford Verizon service. I have Verizon because it is call “the best phone company” and until today they always reach my expectations. But, after I just experience racism and all other Caucasian costumers were welcome, treated with respect and NONE of the employees roll their eyes at them like they did to me and my family. I decided to leave and open my other accounts in best buy due that Verizon employees stereotype and mistreated my family. I don’t understand how Verizon business is better taken care of by Best Buy Employees than their own Verizon employees. I just have to say that this is the worst Verizon store you can approach.

I was told they would add voicemail to new phone. Didnt happen. Told them I didnt have my phone no. And they assumed I had a phone. They wouldnt give me my password for my hot spot. And they wouldnt take 2 month payments.... Unable to take more than one months payment.

This store and the manager of the store is a joke very unprofessional service!!! theyre not even able to connect Verizon phones to Verizon network!!! Are you kidding me? Is it Verizon dealer or what??? dont even go there ! 2 hours of waiting .. phone still doesnt work so they told me phone is to old to be connected to Verizon, but somehow same phone was working with Verizon for 2 years just fine ! 90 % of products in the store have no price tags on them!

Awful service ! Went in to open a new account was planning on purchasing new iPhones and iPads upon arrival I was treated with a lot of disrespect and neglected. The person I was dealing with is named Cezary who calls himself “store manager” but to be considered a store manager he needs a lot of work. Stay away from this place!!! Awful service!! I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 7 years now and never been treated like this especially when I’m going in there to upgrade my equipment and spend money.

I am giving 2 stars because of Greg, the guy who made me switch from AT&T two months ago, otherwise I would give 1 or 0 stars if I could . This was btw the 3rd location I am visiting for assistance with the phone I have had lost. In the first one(New location in des plaines) the printer didnt work), in the 2nd one (Mt Prospect on Palantine rd ) they didnt have a clue how to help me out with the claim. At this location I have had to wait way too long ( 5 clients all waiting and 5 reps doing nothing) and again for nothing . It was Alexandra the women that assisted me and she looked like superviser or something.Anyway when I told her my story she went dont you have a computer home?! . Actually I do not have a computer home . Is that a big problem? Or the problem is that the insurance company is different then Verizon and you dont get anything by helping out with this kind of stuff. I dont care what and where the problem is but I am paying 450$ a month and expect to have my major business phone replaced asap or I will replace Verizon . In the other hand I have to say a month ago a guy named Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable ...

Bought an Altec speaker in March 2017 it broke, brought it back to Verizon store was told it was not warrantied. They tried to sell me a new one I told them I can get one cheaper on Amazon they told me the one they sell have a one year warranty. I asked what about the one Im bringing back the sales person walked away and said that my problem was not covered.Buying a new one from Amazon!!!
