Absolutely terrible experience at one of the stores (Norristown, PA). I had a simple question, and I stood at the counter with an employee (name of Tyrone) standing right in from of me counting change from a register. He did not acknowledge my presence - not with a Hello, can I help you? nor a Hello, Ill be right with you. I understand that a clerk may be otherwise occupied, but some acknowledgement of a customer is a reasonable expectation. No, it was like I was not even there. After a few minutes, I said Hello? Do you see me? He said Of course I see you. Cant you see I am doing something? Just wait until I am finished! I said, Okay, never mind. Ill just go. To which he responded, Okay, thats good, you should just leave.I copied and paste this previous review from someone else because I experienced the same exact situation with the same employee!!! Very very sad and frustrating.

Avid sports phinatic, no better place to go..... plus, great food and very friendly people. Most notably, the breakfast/lunch server H**** is the most polite & respectful person Ive ever met. Thank you for everything

Customer service here is superb this AutoZone has everything I mean everything, and if they dont have it they will order it quick . Awesome 👍 place to shop for your vehicle needs .

Oh! OMG...! Relative estimated unexpected expense $50-$60. He felt sad bc funds were needed for other things. WELP! Cashier pointed out discounts he was unaware of total $18! Feel like your in a third world country ordering parts they are rude especially the lady I will not blast your name. She been there for a while. Please respect your customer not all customer are Spanish so dont be rude.

Very helpful team. They provide free scanning diagnostic when your vehicle Check Engine light comes up. Then they will give you a printout stating the problem and because they dont have auto repair service, the diagnosis is not biased and is reliable. Also at another location I bought a refrigerant gas to refill my cars air conditioning and one of the employees kindly did it for me. I offered a gratuity after being helped.

This is one of the best stores Auto Parts Ive been in...... they can get what you need and if not they can order it........ the prices are right........For all of us non mechanics....SMILE..... the workers there will come out and help you with the littlest part to put in your car----- like wipers--oil--Washer fluid---ETC --SMILE

Sales person acted in a discriminatory biasis way wanted to do and diagnostic test he said he couldnt get in my car because of cova 19 understood that. Went to car to do it, couldnt find where to plug the machine,went back in store told him I couldnt figure it out. I Said you only have to put your arm in. He said company dont allow us to. But he didnt refuse to service the man without a mask. Came from behind the counter to help him. Disappointed in service.

Went into AutoZone to buy a boot for my shifter. I was there about 20 minutes before anyone asked if I needed any assistance. I was 2 aisles over and then this man asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was looking for a shifter boot, However, it looks like theyre all sold out. The tag on the hook is there for a black leather shift boot, and then I asked if they will be getting anymore in. He then tells me yeah they dont have it for that application so I asked what application he said the application for your car so I ask how he knows that considering I havent told him my car model. He tells me to go online.

I went to the one in norristown next to the transportation center. One of the white guys there didnt help me because I had a black lives matter shirt on. He looked me up and down in disgust few times. Like me being black is a problem for him. I felt his judgment with his eyes, facial expression, tone, and vibe. Never going back to tht one again.

To which he responded, Okay, thats good, you should just leave.This encounter was so agitating that I called the 800 customer service number, who told me that I had to call the Regional office or District office or whatever they call it. I called the local office and was told that there was no one there to speak with, but that a message would be passed along for a call back later in the day. After a few days, I called again and the person answering the phone seemed very concerned about my store experience and also concerned that I had no call back and had to call a second time, but again there was no one there who had any authority to discuss the matter. Again, no call back. I dont know which was worse - my bad experience in the store, or the lack of a call back from the Regional office.I gave up after that, and I will in the future will avoid AutoZone stores altogether. As far as auto parts chains go, there are other choices, and the others are better. By the way, a friendly clerk at Pep Boys helped me locate the part, which they had in stock.

I like this Auto zone because they dont harass you like most of them do, so you can look around if you want. But if you need help they will help you find what you need.

Called yesterday for the availability of a CR1620 car key battery. Three times the sales associate asked me what the part# was & what was it for. I was eventually told that it was in stock and the price was also given to me. Went there this morning to find out that Auto Zone doesnt even stock that part! I dont expect sales associates to know anything about cars. I was one for 3 years, but when someone gives you the part# 3x and you say its in stock when its not is just a waste of my time!!

I went to autozone today, because I needed to change my oil and also my cabin filter. I dont know what everyone else experience, but when I needed help I got it right away. Mr fox even came out to my car to make sure that some other filter didnt need changing, something I didnt know about. Mr fox also found me a discounted oil which is always a plus. The communication was great and I got everything I needed, thanks Mr fox / germiah😂😂😄😄😄😄😄.

I went here last winter to replace my car battery on a very very cold day because my battery wasnt cutting it. The old one barely started my car so I ran in on my lunch break and got one, and they installed it for free in the freezing cold. Got back in time and was able to grab a hot and ready from Little Caesars down the street on the way back so I even got to eat within my hour break. Good guys here.

I have been here before and was helped I got light bulbs for my break lights and needed a new battery for my car alarm first he wouldnt open the car alarm, ok I get that they dont want to break it .... but with the light I even needed to buy the little star screw driver so I could change my light which I had to redo because I put in the wrong one. But while I was doing my light they all walked out to look under a mans hood .
