I had an amazing experience last night purchasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue! Winston was incredibly insightful, patient and kind. My husband and I went with our 7 week old baby because one our issues with our previous car was the lack of space with the car seat in the back, and Winston helped us out! He kept us informed during the inspection and service of the vehicle they took in as a local trade. The last time I brought my car in, for an error, I was charged for a test that never determined the problem of the car and when they fixed what they “thought” was wrong with it, it created another problem. He let me know the status of the vehicle at all times, and with inventory being low that was very nice. When we were approaching the front area Thomas Walthall greeted us immediately. Thomas is great, he has a great sense of humor, which can be hard to find. This is my first of 4 reviews regarding my recent experience purchasing a preowned vehicle from Hudson Nissan.Let me first say that my Infiniti Q70 is an exceptional vehicle. My issue isnt with the car, it was with the purchasing experience. 2 weeks after the vehicle was posted on their website, it arrived on the lot. I was able to perform my preliminary inspection and I gave The salesman, Chris Gordon a specific list of items I wanted addressed. I requested to purchase the car AS IS off the transport truck but he insisted that it had to do through their recondition facility. I gave him a short list of items that I wanted addressed during the recondition process as a condition to purchase. He informed me that since the vehicle was a sold unit, that it would get rushed to the front for the reconditioning. During the nearly 2 weeks in was in the reconditioning shop, I made several attempts to make contact with Chris via email, phone call, and text message. He failed to follow up with me on multiple occasions when I reached out to him to inquire about the availability of the vehicle. My wife was finally able to make contact with him and he told her it was ready, the only thing that needed to be done was the wheel repair. We came in to pick the vehicle up and noticed that alot more than the wheel repair needed to be completed. But I will cover that in a follow up review. This was just based on the purchasing experience from Chris, and the vehicle was not delivered to the agreed upon terms.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at Hudson Nissan was amazing to work with. Ron Hannon helped me purchase a vehicle for my dad over the phone/internet and the process could not have been smoother. Ron was in constant communication and made the transaction so simple. The finance guys were also so friendly and got us a better rate than we could find even with our own credit union. They had the car delivered to us and the delivery people were also super nice and professional. The whole experience was so wonderful and sweet for my 82 yo father who might have just purchased his last car. Thank you Hudson Nissan for making it such a wonderful experience for him and me. Would totally buy again if in the market.

Last Saturday I went in for my free oil change. Patrick Martens met me at my car, he explained everything that I was getting done that day as well as provided me with a suggested service due to the miles on my car, I informed him that I came for my oil change and nothing more and that I would get it taken care of elsewhere, he told me to make sure to have it done by a certified technician. Patrick did not try to force me to get this service done by their staff, he said he was treating me the way he would treat his Mom. I really appreciated his honesty!

If you are having service done on your vehicle you need to go see Patrick Martens! He had my car in and out of the shop in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend him and his service team!
