My 2007 Frontier was operating poorly. Their mechanics did a good job correcting the problems. Service department folks were pleasant.

Most professional and well priced auto group in Connecticut. Most of their dealerships follow a One Price, haggle free shopping experience, pricing their vehicles aggressively based on competition in the market as opposed to dealer profits.They offer a standard warranty package for all of their clients who purchase cars from them which is included in the deal free of charge to the buyer.They have a large selection of name brand cars. There is something for everybody and if you see a car that you might like on one of their dealerships lots, regardless of where you are the sales consultant will pick that car up for you to look at, saving you the hassle of having to drive to that different dealership within their group.Management is talented and customer centric and most of the employees are paid based on units sold and customer reviews as opposed to commissions.Great place to buy cars!

Was very good, all the employees were cheery and helpful. Vehicle needed to be kept overnight for a part, rental car provided. Would highly recommend dealership and service department to anyone who is looking to purchase a Jeep. Have had nothing but positive experience since purchase of first Jeep in November 2017. I hope that John or Scott Orsini reads this.

It was the worse experience ever. They are the opposite of being a professional company by lying though the teeth with dispecable false advertising. My advice is never to buy anything from them, not even a can of oil. They do not deserve a star but I guess one has to be checked for this response to be posted.
