I showed up here at 4:40pm (they close at 5) on a dead Saturday to quickly test drive a Tiguan. I walked in and when I asked if I could drive one, a man replied We close in 10 minutes. I was completely taken aback.1. You close at 5, not 4:50.2. A test drive couldve taken a maximum of 5 minutes.3. Do your job.Thinking it would convince him that it would be a super quick encounter, I told him I wouldnt be making a purchase right then (thought this would be obvious). That was the wrong move. He said Oh so you just wanted a courtesy test drive?. That made me think it may not have been the fact that this guy wanted to mail in the last 20 minutes of his shift, he just didnt want to do his job at all.Nobody likes working on Saturdays but this guy came off as lazy and rude. Ill never go back here again.

She deserves 5 stars plus.She went beyond the call of duty, helping me set up technology and making suggestions on how I could use my new car to best advantage. Looking for a new car can be a long and stressful process but this dealership made it quite the opposite. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted by Billy who was very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions about differences between the models of WV Tiguans I was looking at. Unlike other dealerships I have visited, I did not feel pressured into anything. Instead, I felt as though Billy really cared about what I wanted and tried to accommodate all of the things on my wish list. After finding the perfect car, Garett worked with the finance portion of our purchase and was very friendly, quick and efficient as well - he even helped us get a great deal on out insurance for our vehicle.Within three hours I found the perfect car with an amazing sales person, got the vehicle registered and was able to go home with the car that day which was only possible because the Billy and Garret stayed after hours to complete this process.After working in customer service myself, It is very clear when employees are really there to make the customer happy and do everything in their power to do so. Enjoyed this dealership. Skip (the service advisor) was awesome. The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt feel like I was pushed anything not needed. And when I declined a specific service for my 50k check up, it didnt feel weird. Which is great. Had an unexpected convo with a seller about the future of cars at the show room while I was waiting, and it was awesome.

I haven’t worked with the services/parts department yet and I’m not here to review the vehicle that I purchased from Executive - so please take this as a review primarily of the sales process itself. I had researched a car that Executive had in their used fleet, so my family and I went down to check out the car and ended up working with Eleanor DuPaul. While it is true that I knew that I’d buy the car if it was what I hoped it was (that’s to say, she didn’t have to sell me), Eleanor also provided a pleasant, completely *zero pressure* experience that we really appreciated. When we went back with Garrett to finish up paperwork, same thing: zero pressure and good conversation. We left the dealership with what I anticipate to be a great car at a great price and had a great experience with the sales team.

I looked at the car one day and a couple days later I went to pick it up. Probably one of the easiest and stress free car purchases I have ever made. Highly recommend. Just bought a 2017 certified GTI autobahn ......Let me start off by saying my salesman Chris was great throughout the whole process. I have absolutely no complaints with him .. But when it came time to pick the car up everything was down hill .. I was told by the finance manager that I wasnt allowed to put down $15,000 .. it had to be $13,000 because i had to finance $10,000... turns out he said that because he makes more money based on the amount I finance ... I also told him Id be going through my own credit union and I already had my credit pulled but they decided to pull my credit again without my permission. When it finally came down to me paying for the car and we counted the money I ended up being around $1500 short . Me being confused I looked at the paper work and he was going off a completely different purchase order then I was given.. after finally fixing that issue it came down to me signing all the paperwork .. before I signed I had two requests, I wanted an alignment and a touch up pen .. the sales manager argued with me and said he already did an alignment and told me the roads in the area are curved so instead of arguing with him I said fine Ill take the car for the week and if it still pulls Im coming back and he finally agreed to that .. ( steering wheel isnt even centered so I dont know how that was missed ) .. when I asked for the paint pen I was told we dont keep those in stock so i said ok if you dont have it in stock then you can order one and he said Ill see what I can do .. 5 minutes later he came back and tossed it on the desk, obviously wasnt happy about it ....and even tho the car was certified it had aftermarket grill and tailgate emblems and one of them was cracked .. a week after having the car I noticed the crack and asked if it can be replaced and I was told that its not covered and Id have to pay for the repair (even tho certified cars shouldnt have aftermarket parts)

This my third car I purchased from this dealer. The service service department under Tyler is outstanding.

Brought Jetta in for service for warm ac. Service advisor called and said vehicle was all set ice cold. Went to pick up and ac was luke warm. Service manager Tyler came out and told me it’s a old car needs time to cool off it very hot outside. Brought home and coolest my thermometer read was 79. Called back and tyler said to drop it back off and they would take another crack at it! This is how a dealership services cars? I get better service out of a quick lube stop. Very poor very poor

I recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealership. The entire process was smooth and had no issues. The people we worked with, Scott and David, were pleasant, helpful, and honest. As part of the new purchase I also ordered some parts for the car but since I ordered them last minute they were not available on the day I picked up my car. Scott went out of his way to offer to meet me half way with the parts since I lived about an hour away. Great service! I have owned the car for over a month now and I am very happy with the vehicle.

Spoke with a sales rep about purchasing a car and found out I could not use power of attorney to finance through the dealership. (Stationed to far away to go in myself) Went to get approved for a loan from a personal credit union (which they were aware of) and once approved just a few days later the car was sold to another buyer. This dealership just wastes your time if you’re not going to give them money the same day you speak to them.

I had an AMAZING experience working with the team at Executive VW. It was my first time buying a new car and they were wonderful. After my initial inquiry, Holly responded very quickly, which was must appreciated. We went to Executive Chevy after the VW visit to try and stay within the same dealership. The experience at Executive Chevy was terrible. Sales people were not wearing masks and the salesman we got paired with was awful. My husband and I felt like a complete inconvenience. My husband is in the military and while Scott from Executive VW was easily able to process the discount, the Chevy salesman flat out told us it was too much work for him to figure out the military discount pricing and it was up to us to figure it out. He gave some story about trying to get the pricing for a wounded vet and how it was such a pain to keep going back and forth with GM. It was terrible.All that to say, the team at Executive VW is truly wonderful and should be the standard that all Executive dealerships live up to. I am so glad we went to them first and didnt miss out on working with the great team there!

Best car buying experience Ive ever had! The entire staff was amazing to work with. Very disappointed in the service. The online description of the vehicle shows that there’s a soft top that comes with the vehicle. When I asked the sales person just before I gave a deposit if it was a soft top, I was told yes there was it must be in the shop somewhere. Four days later just after I handed them a check for the total of the vehicle, I asked about the soft top and they said there was no soft top. So I went back-and-forth with the salesman regarding this. He then brought me in the original sticker of this used vehicle and said there was no soft top included on the original sticker and as a disclaimer on the website that says the description for each vehicle may not be accurate. The manager confirmed this. So then I asked about the salesman confirming there was one and I was told by the manager that he will have to handle that with the salesman. They did absolutely nothing to rectify this. Executive Volkswagen must be doing well enough to not want my future business.

VW as a brand is amazing. The cars are affordable, cool, and very gas efficient.This dealership, however, has not once shown any customer appreciation besides the day I bought the car. In other words, buy it and youre on your own.My 2019 had remote start problems, never worked, I was told to call VW directly and complain.When I first reported the problem, they inspected the car and in the process didnt install the antenna cover correctly. I didnt notice immediately so pretty much they dont care because no way they could have done that.My advice buy the car and find another dealer to service your car. I had problems in 2001 and obviously didnt learn my lesson so I bought a 2019 Passat at Executive.

I was in the market for a car and after some hefty research found the Jetta I was looking for at EVW. Their price relative to the mileage was pretty competitive within a 250 mile radius for a CPO vehicle. Even after a nationwide search for the sake of comparison their ask seemed fair. So factoring in VW’s June financing offer I gave them a shot. I drove from Providence, RI for the test drive and was greeted by Scott and David. They were both hospitable and provided straightforward answers to my questions. After sleeping on it I decided to go with them. At this point I communicated primarily with Paul and Garrett, both of whom were transparent and helpful with the details of the contract and buying process. They were relatively responsive as well returning my calls within a reasonable timeframe. What I found to be really endearing about this experience though is that after signing on the dotted line they decided to deliver the car to me with a full tank of gas. Without traffic that’s a three and a half hour drive. I’ve got nothing but appreciation for this team and I’d like extend a big thank you to David and Brian for making the trip. I hope you all stay safe and keep up the great work!

Love my new Atlas, the sunroof is perfect for my 40 ft neck. The team there was very friendly and loving, even offering me lettuce when I told them I wasnt keen on coffee. Highly recommend this dealership, no pun intended.
