My daughter was in a horrific car accident 8 /2020. Once she was able to walk and drive again, we brought her to Mercedes Benz of North Haven where she picked out a beautiful Mercedes Benz SUV . We were encouraged by Tim ( Financial Advisor) to purchase the Gap Insurance which we did because at that time we were not sure when her settlement from the accident would be received . We were able to pay off the loan for the SUV with the first payment May 2021 . Tim assured us she would be reimbursed for the Gap insurance ( approximately $ 900) It is now the end of August and she has still not received reimbursement for the Gap insurance which she did not use - repeated calls to Tim have gone unanswered. Very heartless to keep money from a 21 year old .

Let me start by saying I have a Mercedes Benz dealership in my hometown! I drive approximately 40 minutes to North Haven Mercedes Benz dealership for my lease, service and purchase! Thanks to Steve Curina for a great experience! So this is where I choose to do business. He is very helpful, answered all my questions and treated me well......unlike my hometown dealership. Today I was late to my appointment to purchase my car. They were doing their best but as time was ticking I needed to leave to get to an important doctors appointment (35 minutes away). Steve went to the manager Mohammed and they gave me a car to use and then come back 4 hours later. I was very thankful for that too!! Especially because it was all my fault.

I did not have my 1991 Mercedes service as the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. I am sure they could have done the work I requested and handed me a bill that would have resulted in sticker shock. That being said, they were courteous and most helpful. First time writing a review ever, that’s how heated I am. My husband and I went in there, ready to place an order for my custom GLS. The only nice person who greets you in a professional manner is the front desk girl. We can afford any car in that dealership in cash price but they made us feel like we were there just to take a joy ride of their low selections just because we are young (BUT SUCCESSFUL). Very unprofessional and horrible service. Disappointing and hurtful. Their loss.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,I communicated with Michael for 2days, and throughout a entire 4HR trip from Philadelphia, PA to Connecticut. Finalized all the numbers, got approved, & got insurance.I left at @2:58pm Traffic picked up while driving through NY, pushing my ETA back from 7pm to 7:18pm. I kept Michael updated throughout the entire ride however at 6:50pm he send me this“So management would stay right to about seven maybe 710 but they’re shutting the place down. My recommendation would grab a hotel for the night and will do this first thing in the morning.”3.5hrs into my drive you tell me to GET A HOTEL!I called the dealership and was getting the run around by the front desk person who kept sending me to michaels voicemail, instead of connecting me with the manager, the dealership is one big open floor, she can see exactly whos in there. I DONT LIKE THE PETTY GAMES THEY PLAY!

He kept trying to close the deal after showing us like two cars... even though we mentioned we needed to go to a few other dealerships. Wasted a lot of our time honestly... kept reiterating the same lines as if that was going to convince us.They are nice cars, just pray you get a good sales associate.

Booked service one week in advance for replacement of spark plugs, a transmission service (Fluid/filter change), and a brake fluid flush/fill. Dropped off car, returned 6 hrs later - car had not been up on the lift yet. Had to take a loaner vehicle home. Returned the next afternoon to find the bill not accurate - overcharged for spark plug service. Not the best showing for a 1st time customer.... not sure theres anything to bring me back here.

I brought my 2015 SL400 in for routine service on 9/10/20. The customer service rep (Zane) phoned me at 3pm to say the car also needed new front tires and wheel alignment, so they wanted to keep it overnight. When I picked it up on 9/11, there was a dent and a scratch on the passenger side, with touch-up paint applied. When I showed them, the service manager (Nicole Summers) told me that the service dept. does not have access to paint, and so the damage must have been there before I brought it in. I asked for a copy of the walk-around inspection report from when I brought the car in, and they have not sent it to me. I spoke with Nicole on 9/14 and she said she would get back to me, which she has not. Ive left half a dozen phone messages to which Ive received no reply. Small claims court is next. Ill post periodic updates here as the case develops.Update: I wrote to one of the owners, Jake Mauro. He responded promptly and offered to cover the cost of the repairs. I appreciate his evident integrity and commitment to customer service. I am still annoyed that of the 6 voice-messages I left, I received only 1 call-back. I would suggest that if you bring your car in for service here, do a complete walk- around inspection with your customer service rep upfront, and that you both sign the report (as is done there for loaners). That should protect you.

I was shopping for a new vehicle. I stopped at several various dealers, the MB north haven high on my list. I have never owned/ driven a MB. there I met a young salesman, Nicholas Lahr. we discussed the brand. Nicholas set up several vehicles to test drive. the MB was very nice. on my journey i stopped at another MB dealer, to take another test drive and talk to that dealership. when I zerod in on the MB, I returned to the north haven MB, and Nicholas Lahr. Nicholas was very patient in this process. I felt comfortable working with the north haven dealership. I decided on a great vehicle, and was satisfied with the sales price. everyone at the north haven MB dealership was professional and friendly throughout my interactions. thank you Nicholas for your advocacy . good job. Extremely professional environment however I was mislead that I could buy a vehicle. I was told I was approved and got all excited only to find out that when I added my wife onto the application that I was ultimately denied. The salesmen assured me putting my wife on could only help and maybe make the payments lower. We were called at 5:55 to tell us we denied and they close at 6...I wish they would have been straight up instead of misleading.
