Then I got a phone call in the morning of arrival giving me all the information I needed on using them. They were delivered before we arrived and fully charged. We rented a golf cart for a week the first of August. Could not have been a better experience. Everything went smoothly. Cart was at our rental house when we arrived. Full of gas and ready to go. They picked it up on our last day and we didn’t have to worry about having tank refilled. It was very easy to reserve and the lady who helped us was so nice She took care of everything. Will definitely rent from them next year.

Absolutely wonderful experience all around! I reserved my golf cart online. Super smooth process and easy ways to pay. The gentleman that dropped it off was BEYOND nice, helped us find the best place to charge it, gave us a map of where we could and couldn’t drive. He even dropped it off 2 hours earlier than expected, which was great because I was complaining about the fact that I should have made drop off earlier LOL! Pick up was just as smooth, they called to ask for the best time to come rather than just assuming you are ready. The golf cart was great, absolutely no issues! Definitely will use AJAX in the future!

1st time using this place for a golf cart rental. The staff and service were awesome! They delivered and picked up the golf carts which was so nice not having to deal with that. One of the carts broke down and they were there pretty fast to switch it out. Unfortunately 2 days later another one also stopped running but again they were there pretty quick to switch it out. They ended up refunding us a days rental without us even asking, that is great service. Even without getting the partial refund I will definitely rent from them again. Hands down the best service!

We rented a golf cart for the week while camping at Myrtle Beach State Park. It was delivered in the time promised however when I went to pick it up it had an issue and would not run. I called their office and they promptly brought over a replacement. It was perfect for hauling us and our beach gear around for the week. Everyone that I spoke with at the office was very polite. I would definitely use them again!

This was my first time to rent a golf cart. I chose A Jax because I could do it all online. They had exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful with the details. The delivered the cart and everything was great. One day while riding, I had a flat tire. I simply called the number I had and they had a replacement within an hour! Even offered to come pick me up, but I had family close by so that wasn’t necessary. Great customer service! Will rent again next year!!! Keep up the good work!

We rented a 4 person Golf Cart from A-Jax for 1 week. It was very easy to order on-line. The cart was at our vacation rental at Sunset Beach when we arrived. We so enjoyed having a fun ride to the beach or just riding around enjoying the view. Cart was easy to charge and in great shape! When we were ready to go home we just had to make sure it was charged and hosed off. They picked it up that day. Will definitely be renting from A-Jax our next trip!

We called them twice because we thought there was an issue with the carts not charging (turned out it was an electrical issue at the house we rented) but no questions asked they came right out and swapped the carts for us. It was my first cart rental anywhere so I have nothing to compare it with, but the experience was good. Reservation making was easy with all my questions answered. Cart was ready for me even before my arrival and I was called when it was delivered. The only thing preventing a 5-star rating is that my first cart broke down and had to be replaced. However, delivery of a replacement was quick and painless and the cart worked perfectly. All the people were curious and helpful and pick up at the end of the week went well. I would definitely rent from A-JAX again.
