Prompt and friendly service. Golf cart was clean and full of gas. They spent time going over all the need to know details for operation of the golf cart. Gave me a map and even gave suggested routes to the places I wanted to visit. Definitely will rent again from this place. They rent bicycles too. Perfect location in Windy Hill.

They called the day before our arrival to let us know that there had been an overlap in cart rental times and that we could not get our golf cart on the Wed. that I had reserved. They assured me the cart would arrive at 10 AM Thursday. I called at 10 to find out where our cart would be delivered to find out that it was still at their business. The man on the phone said he was unclear on the delivery time, to which I replied that the updated contract I received via email said 10 AM! He said they would get it there ASAP and text me when I’m the way. I received no text, and the cart showed up at 11 AM. They did credit me for the loss of a day and gave me 10% off, but the lack of accuracy regarding delivery would keep me from using them again. The cart itself was very nice and ran well.

Had a great time riding ebikes on the beach. Van (the owner) was very accommodating of some bad weather and rescheduled us for later that day no questions asked. The equipment was well maintained and was a lot of fun to ride.

We talk to the owner on the phone before we booked we told him the name of what hotel we where staying at we also told him it would take 30 min to get there we picked up the golf cart and paid for 24 hours when we tried to get back to hotel the directions did not match we called the owner and son between 5-6 times to get directions they told us to a empty parking lot and said that was our hotel when we told him it’s not right he then said oh your staying in Myrtle not north Myrtle and there is no way to get back to your hotel on secondary streets he said to bro g the cart back at that time we had it for around 2-3 hours so we went back to his shop where he told us we could use it for a couple hours the next day when we said we couldn’t get back there tomorrow and asked to be refunded for at least seeing how he looked up the address and knew it was an empty parking lot and still sent us there when I said you (the owner) looked up the address and said it was fine and let us rent it the owner replied it’s not his problem thewe then just walked out so I was charged 100 for 2 hours instead of 24 and was told we couldn’t keep the cart that day but could come back the next for it I would not recommend this place

Renting was easy - walk in, pay, sign waivers and pull off!Turn in was easy - pull up, hand off the keys and you’re done!Prices were also better than some other places we checked out.

We had a great experience renting bikes from Trailblaze! Before renting, I emailed several times with many questions, and I received an answer back within a couple of hours every time. The process of renting was very easy - you can reserve and pay all online! Then, I simply emailed the address of our rental in Cherry Grove, and the owner Van himself both delivered and picked up our bikes (if you rent for 3 days or more they deliver and pickup free of charge). The entire process was so effortless and really made our vacation even more carefree. The bikes themselves were in great condition, and we rode for miles on the beach. They came with a bike lock, water bottle holder and basket (free but on request).If youre going to rent bikes while in North Myrtle Beach or Cherry Grove for 3 days or more (and I highly recommend doing so!), then you cant get better customer service than renting through Trailblaze.

Hello, I have a question about the golf carts I have 3 kids and two are 16 and 19 do you think both can drive or is there a certain age?

Took out a three day Golf cart rental was charged for four days when I asked if I was going to be reimbursed I was hung up on called back and no answer Very unprofessional

These guys are honest and awesome. Very professional and answered all my questions. They even went out of there way and gave me a roll of toilet paper because it was our last day and all the stores were out. Golf cart we rented was in excellent shape.

Van was super helpful and friendly. He gave us plenty of tips for our adventure. Our kids had a blast, we will definitely be doing this again next time we’re in town.

We rented a golf cart and the very next day was hit by hurricane Isaias. The golf cart was submerged in flood waters and no longer worked. They came immediately and brought another cart. Highly recommend this company. They’re polite, professional, and easy to work with!

Such a pleasant experience with the guys at Trailblaze Adventure. They were so friendly and went out of there way to work with us. We rented a 6 passenger golf cart for the week they delivered and picked it up and even surprised us with some corn hole boards to enjoy at no extra cost.

We rented golf carts for the first time while we were down here, and it was such a great experience and so convenient. Keats delivered our golf cart early and gave us a set of free cornhole boards to use. The kids loved that, by far the best customer service in myrtle beach.

We spoke and dealt with the BIG DAWG at the shop. Very great personality and was very professional. They have lifted, standard, gas, and electric all available for rent. Also, you will more than likely have the opportunity to choose to rent for a day or a week. I definitely recommend this place ! It’s right across from the ocean.
