We needed to have service done to our golf cart. Much to my surprise, the issues were all under warranty! Tom was the best fellow to deal with. We purchased a new EZGo L6 on 5/7 and they said it would take 4 weeks to build (which was totally expected and fine). I did tell them that our niece and nephew (11 & 13) were planned to come in at the end of the month in 3 weeks or so and we had hoped to have it for their visit. Not only did they get it done but they delivered it to us on a Sunday morning to make sure the kids got a day or two to use it with us. The sales team was excellent, the cart is exactly what we wanted but the generous service we received was extraordinary. We would highly recommend Graham’s and can’t thank them enough for everything.

Amazing customer service! Our battery blew up while we were driving. They were there in 10 minutes and had the golf cart running again (all brand new batteries) in 30 minutes. So very thankful!! Highly recommend!

Our golf cart required emergency attention and repair after all our batteries were ripped out during a dat at the beach. Grahams promptly came and picked it up and also quickly reinstalled new batteries! We had it back in just a few hours. Wonderful staff and customer service!

Have a problem w with gas Car jumping out of forward. Been agitated with it since abt 2014. Great service with everyone. Said governor rod was bent. Still cant get it back in forward at times. Got to try get by with it. Four year granddaughter would be devastated not to have it this week. Mike check your inventory on gas models in stock at other location. Ready to trade this baby. Can not really complain with service. Believe this one was built on Monday!!!!

Supposedly they have a great reputation, but when I called, they asked that I wait a few days to bother bringing it in. When I arrived, they told me to bring it back in next week, and that they wouldnt even look at it for 3 weeks. They should stick to sales and drop the service aspect of their business.

I wish I could review their service, but I cant. My cart broke down on Friday, and I immediately went to Grahams to make a service appointment. The appointment was made for Saturday. I called in the morning to get a window for when they would come, they could not provide one. No one ever showed or called. I called first thing Monday and the girl told me she would call me back, she never did. I went again on Tuesday and they assured me someone would come by that day, guess what...no one showed or called. I do not recommend this place for service, they will leave you sitting around waiting for a call and never will.

Service slow. People polite.Hard to understand how the division of who will pick up ur cart when service is needed. Ex. U live in North Myrtle Beach depending on what part the store at Myrtle Beach may pick it up and not take to North Myrtle...

Rented a lifted 4 steater and after 3 days they were willing to switch it out for a larger 6 seater and extend the rental period! Definitely coming back!

Rented a golf cart so my family and I could more easily navigate to the beach and park much closer. The one they gave me originally broke down after 5 minutes and I called Graham Golf Cars. They sent another golf cart to where I was within 15 minutes; no questions asked. I would rent from them again for sure. Not high quality cart rentals, but thats why they are the cheapest.

Grahams picked my golf cart up for repairs. Instead of installing new parts, they repaired the problem and brought cart back to my home.Total cost $40! Hard to find that type of service and integrity these days.

The guy at the North Myrtle Beach location wasnt any help. We are coming for a week and they wouldnt take a reservation said it was first come first serve. That doesnt do me any good to wait till I get there and have to worry about if I am going to be able to rent a cart or not. Also the man been in business forever and never heard of the new 4 seater carts where all 4 seats face the same way coming out very soon.

We spoke with Mike Graham himself, when we went in, he was there and happily greeted us. We talked about football and other sports and stuff too, he is a genuinly great man! We didnt end up buying a golf cart from this location, but we did buy one from the other one in surfside beach, however if we have any issues we will definitely take our cart to this location for service if it ever needs it. This place just felt great and honest to us when we went in. I strongly reccomend checking them out!
