Myrtle Beach golf rentals is excellent!Our summer family vacation was the best ever by renting a golf cart for a week while all the kids were visiting us.They loved riding to the Beach and local neighborhood.The MB golf cart service person delivered the golf cart directly to my address and provided all instructions and made sure I understood how to operate and secure the cart.I Definitely recommend renting a card from them if you want to WOW the kids😊

I love these guys! Took our run down golf cart to get revamped, tuned up and customized. They did not disappoint! Thomas worked with me to understand what we were looking for and kept me updated throughout the process. His “can-do” attitude was refreshing. Same with the other members of his team. My wife and I purchased a beach home earlier in the year in Pawleys Island. We decided to purchase two golf carts and started talking with some golf cart businesses on a lazy Sunday here in Charleston WV. . We contacted Ace Golf Cart rental business in Pawleys and ended up talking with Thomas. Thomas provided us with tons of information and we respected him for answering all of our questions and the time that he spent with us. We were sold on ACE and Thomas. We never talked to anyone else with Ace for except Thomas and now we are the proud owners of two very nice carts. Thomas’ trust worthiness and responsiveness was awesome and we highly recommend ACE and particularly working with our man THOMAS!!

Literally the best rental place I’ve been to (car, scooter, vacation, and movie rental places included).Staff was dealing with a large group when we arrived and made sure to greet us anyway. Took care of the group, got our cart washed off, and had us out the door in 10 mins.Lovely ladies at the desk 10/10Super cool dude who washed our cart and gave us instructions 10/10

I went in looking for a chair rack for the back of my club car golf cart. The staff had what I wanted and installed it while we waited. A little pricey but exactly what I wanted and it was installed quickly. They also straightened my steering wheel. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Ace Golf Carts will is the only company I will ever rent from!!! I work for a resort property that allows golf carts and I send all of our people there for rentals.. They are always more than pleased with the carts and the customer service.. Ace also went above and beyond for me picking up my cart when the rental date was up.. Purchasing a golf cart was a positive experience however when something goes wrong, a couple of weeks later, I could not get a resolution. While living in North Carolina several hours away, I was told they would only honor warranty if I brought and picked up the cart. They wouldn’t discuss even partial responsibility if it was repaired out of house. Not good practice when you’re selling to people out of state.

Called these guys Friday on my way to the beach and took my gas cart there on Saturday for a service and repair on the engine, was running rough. Thomas (service guy) jumped on it got me going again. Excellent experience would go there again. Even bought a beach chair rack for the back while I was there. I would definitely use them again.

Call to check hourly rate. Was told $100 per hour. This is working on a flipping golf cart. Lol. Also $100 min. So if you need air in your tires and water in your battery that will be a $100. Lmbo. Called 2 other cart dealers, $65 per hour. Beware of this rip off joint

Staff was very friendly, convenient location right by a gas station and neighborhoods. Rentals are cheap during the off-season.

Had a loose steering wheel on my golf cart they put a new steering wheel hub on retail price about $30 they charged me 75 and 75 more dollars to install it which required removing one nut. Then charge me extra for using credit card. This at most was a 10-minute job I will never do business with these rip off artists again.

I arrived in north myrtle beach with no experience in renting a golf cart so after research I found ACE golf cart sales, service & rental, they were very helpful finding the cart that would fit my familys needs, we ended up getting an upgraded cart it was one of the best looking carts on the beach, it also had a great sounding stereo which made the ride even nicer. I had the cart from Monday thru Thursday and my wife and kids had a great time with the cart also, I would definitely recommend them and rent from ACE again.Thanks you for a great experience.See you next summer.Giroux family.

Seems to be mainly a service repair or add-on shop. Maybe a good place to buy a golf cart. Not a good place to shop for accessories for a golf cart.

If I could give no stars I would. I wont bother to waste my time to express that he is a Crooks & Thief to say the least. I hope that you dont find out for yourself. Just read all of the other unhappy people who left reviews!

My wife and I bought a golf cart from Aces and it was a terrible experience. Within three weeks we had a problem with the cart and asked Frankie (owner of Aces) to take care of the problem. On Friday he agreed and promised to repair the cart on Tuesday....Come Tuesday no phone call and no repair. I called on Wednesday and he said it would get fixed on Wednesday but again no phone call and no repair. Finally I told him if he didnt honor his warranty I would picket his business. He responded by threatening me. We finally took the cart to another business to be repaired at our cost. Do not buy ANYTHING from this business because youll undoubtedly have the same problems we had.

Lower the prices but other than tht eveyrhing is good

These people are crooked. They are not professional and they charge you more than originally quoted for services. They are not beyond threatening you and even changing bills after the fact. Take your golf cart somewhere else or you will regret it.
