I had my car detailed inside and out. Custom Color & Collision did a very professional job and my 2015 Toyota looked like new when I picked it up. I highly recommend this shop.

Its a large, state-of-the-art shop. Everyone there was super nice and so helpful. They went above and beyond. Also the estimate wasnt insanely expensive, either. Im bringing both of my cars here for prep and paint.

I wish I could put no star. No trust with them. They messed my vehicle 🚖, and they need charging you for a very bad service.Make sure you read everything in their paper because for sure they are gonna trick you.

Went during business hours one day and they were closed. Tried again another day and they were open, but barely even gave me the time of day for an estimate on redoing a previous bad paint job I had. How can you advertise that youre a paint shop that will do anything then tell me I wont do it and its unfortunate that this happened along with other comments including telling me to go back to that person to fix it (which I already did and there’s obviously a reason I’m looking for a new place). I showed him a list of the things I needed redone, then he looked at 2 spots on my car that werent even on the list, wouldn’t look at anything that was on it, and then acted like he wanted nothing to do with me, asked and made other unnecessary comments, then wanted to hurry up and leave, which I found it all pretty rude. Seemed like a nice place with good reviews so I’m not sure why I was treated this way, without even saying sorry for denying me.

I was in an accident a couple months ago and Custom Color was one of 3 repair shops within a reasonable distance that also had the highest Google ratings. I looked and they were the only one who took the time to respond to EVERY review and you could tell they really cared from their responses.It took a little time to get in. They were busy but DO WORTH IT!! My van was only a year old and it broke my heart that shed taken so much damage. Thankfully it was all to the paneling and thats it. They repaired the panel over the tire and got a new panel for the driver side door. Then they painted EVERYTHING and faded things into the existing panels and added a clear coat. You cant tell. My van looks brand new!! And on top of that they detailed it and it was so sad that I had to drive out into snow! LOLTheir team is also really nice and they were so helpful with getting me a rental for the week I needed it. We started with a minor miscommunication. I needed to stop by so they could do a quick visible inspection to see how much damage it was to estimate how long the fix would take THEN schedule the drop off. But they still made it easy to reschedule.If anything happens to one of my cars again, Ill definitely trust them!!

Quoted my fiancé 1400 dollars for a 20$ fix. Very sexiest thought they would get away with it because she’s a female. Very rude. Advise you go elsewhere to get a quote after them

Outstanding repair and paint work on my 2019 Aluminum F 150 Door for a very reasonable cost. Finished on schedule and did a complete wash and vacuum on the truck before I left. Highly recommend.
