Very unprofessional!!! Went in and I spoke with the manager Steve about a estimate for my repair, explained him what I need showed him pictures about the damage what need to be done. He gave me his business card and told me to email him vin #, pics…. and he’s gonna send the estimate trough email. I haven’t got anything from them so after 4 days I called them to ask if he had chance to made the estimate. When answered ask to speak with Steve I was told he is gonna call me back in a minute. It’s been 2 days since and they still waiting for a call!I’m talking about just a estimate!! I imagine what it would be like to do a repair with them.That’s not the way to treat a potential customer!

Great Service Steve the Manager does a fantastic job. His team did my 72 Mustang Ram air paint job matte black and side hockey stripes exaclty how I asked them to. Its perfect work and on time for the exact price he quoted. Ill get all my work done here. Id recommend these guys to anyone!

The owner of Straightline made this process extremely easy and affordable. The day I brought my vehicle in to be looked at, he gave me an estimate 25% lower than any other local repair shop. They ordered the part that needed replaced in advance and had it painted before asking me to bring it in to minimize the amount of time the repair would take. When I scheduled the drop off and pick up my wife had to work leaving me without a vehicle. When hearing this, the owner offered to drive me home when I dropped the vehicle off and pick me up when it was complete. After the service was complete, you couldn’t tell the vehicle had been in an accident and he charged me less than the original quote when the work was done. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle; they are professional, timely, and affordable.

My mother had her 1998 Mercedes Benz restored here and they did an outstanding job. It has been almost two years since the work was done and the car still looks like new!!

They did a great job repairing and painting both of my bumpers. There were holes in both of them and you would never know! Some other repairs and detailing were done for next to nothing as well. They provided a loaner vehicle for over a week to be sure the job was done right and I could still keep life moving! I’d recommend them to friends and family.

Glad I found this place. They finished a complicated repair (that other body shops told me wasnt possible to do at all) two days sooner than expected. They even fixed unrelated rust near the damaged area, which was beyond what was asked of them, and they didnt charge me for the extra labor or materials. Went to this business for molding strip c coming loose on my SUV, Steve removed the glue Tht I had used on it, used his material to replace it and absolutely wouldnt take any 💰 frm this old lady!! They took the time to explain all needed repairs and followed up with phone calls as needed. My car was repaired in a very timely manner, and it looks great! The back-end of my car was hit by a drunk driver, leaving the bumper, trunk, and exhaust system damaged. Given the make of my car, I was told to go to a shop that specializes in this brand and a dealership recommended Straightline. The work was beautiful and completed promptly, given the damage. They were kind enough to lend me their loaner vehicle for around 2 weeks so I could get back and forth to work. They gave me some great advice and explained everything, given this was my first accident. I would recommend them to anyone! I hope my car isnt involved in another accident but if it is, Ill definitely be back!

Had some work done on my Audi s6. The color is mythos black and very difficult to match. But the work came out super. Steve the manager was an extremely professional guy to work with as well as the auto body mechanics . I hope to have these guys work on my next restoration project. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this autobody shop to anyone. I made a deal with the new owner of this company for 300$ to square up the front end of my 2011 Subaru Legacy Outback. They took my car into the shop and a couple days later they call me with a 2000$ estimate. It was too much for me so I took my car back but I still had to pay 150$. Every body shop has a free estimate, but with me it cost 150$ just to get my car checked out. Even though I only made a deal for 300$ to square up the front end of my car. I understand that it costs money to install my car into a frame machine but they raised the price up which I dont understand and I dont agree with this.

They do awesome work, fixed my 2016 Malibu, looked like it did the day I bought it, Thank You very much!

Had some body work done from them and paint started to bubble up within a year but I did not know what that was and it started out really small. Since it is my wifes car I forgot about it until I noticed a couple of years later that paint bubble had grown larger. Called them and they told me business is under new ownership I need to bring proof of repair as they dont have any records. More time went by and while cleaning my basement I found the repair docs. Took my van to them and showed them the proof and they completely denied that they did anything wrong and refuse to fix it. My entire van has just one rust spot and thats where they had done the repair work. Bad business practices and terrible customer service. I am business man and when we make a mistake we go above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. Bad business, do not use them for anything.
