Simply put, Chris does phenomenal work. I had just gotten my Tesla Model 3 and unfortunately scratched it. My 2003 Toyota Camry had some real damage. Much bigger than a dent, it was wrecked. Not only did it look horrible, but when I turned the wheel it made a loud scraping sound. This all came at a bad time because my son was going to drive the car from Ohio to California in a week. I took it into Doctor Dent and asked Chris if it was even possible to have the car fixed in a week. He said yes and said he would do much of the work himself to make that happen. Not only did he have the Camry wrecked section fixed within a week, but he also took out a dent in the back bumper, smoothed out a couple other dents, straightened some brackets from a previous accident and made the old Camry look amazing! My son came with me to pick it up and he was absolutely blown away. He thanked me for the next hour for making it happen. I said, I didnt make it happen, Doctor Dent did. Thanks again Chris. Chris was extremely professional, polite, and informative. I hit a deer and my car was in pretty bad shape- he took it in right away and broke down the estimate for me.He kept me updated on the progress while he was working on it and polished it up with and interior and exterior detailing when he was finished. The owner, Chris, first tried to talk me out of getting it fixed, saying he would rather I spent the money on tires or other car maintenance, instead of what is essentially a cosmetic procedure. Being very particular about my car’s appearance, I needed to find a shop to take care of a minor dent/scuff on my Toyota Camry. After doing some research, Chris and his shop were close to home. Just bought a 2017 Ram that I almost didnt purchase due to the multiple scratches and dings. The salesman told me about a paintless dent repair which convinced me to purchase the truck. Stopped at Dent Wizard for an estimate. He quoted me and told me the largest dent would still have a blemish. Next I spoke with Dent Patrol who was very rude and arrogant. He wanted me to supply him with a heated facility. If I couldnt, he couldnt help me. I ended up searching more and found Doctor Dent online. Stopped at Doctor Dent, Chris the owner, immediately gave me an estimate which was only $60 more than Dent Wizard. I went for the estimate on Friday and he was able to get me in on Wednesday the next week. Chris and his facility were of highest standards and instilled alot of confidence in me. The results of the repairs were above my expectations. He took out eight large dings and buffed and detailed the entire truck. I am extremely particular about my vehicles and I am so pleased that I cant find any blemishes. I have been an auto tech for 40 years and am completely impressed with Chris and his staff.
