Billy was such a huge help. He flipped my car back over onto its wheels again. Wiped off my windshield and made sure I was able to drive again. Hes a real AAA Hero

I cannot say enough about how great Billy was. His cost was 1/2 what the dealer charged and was so extremely helpful. Will definitely be using him again for maintenance and repairs.

I had just had a terrible experience where I was ripped off at another place and was blessed to find In tune! Billy and Norma were more than helpful as well as knowledgeable. I recommend this mechanic for their knowledge, fair pricing and amazing customer service! Ill never bring my Jeep anywhere else!! Customer for life!

This is place is absolutely horrific. The service is terrible and the people are very unprofessional and rude. The place isn’t even secured or has the cars locked up.I had spoken to the owner and he was rude and hung up on me without me even finishing to say what I had to say. Sad wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone complete trash. 🤮🤮

Criminals. Period. My car was rear ended and totaled by another driver and the police called In Tune to tow. My husband rented a car with my dog and drove back home to Massachusetts. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Norwalk Ct. In Tune will not release my car to my insurance company which has my written permission to pick up my car. I need to be there in person to sign a piece of paper. No fax. No email. No Fed Ex. Oh and they are not open on weekends. So day of work lost. Child care expenses paid. Have to borrow a car to get there. All for a signature In person that my insurance company has and will deliver to pick up my car! Bobby, the owner does not respond to calls. Billy is outright nasty and condescending and hung up on me when I asked if he had any flexibility. Left a message with Norwalk police to ask them to never call this tow company for a stranded driver again.

Dont even bother coming here. Absolutely abhorrent customer service.
