I live inBrookfield and do most of my shopping at Cosmoprof there. I recently ordered a product from that store and after 6 weeks of excuses, never arrived. I called the store in Norwalk and they could not have been nicer on the phone. They stated they would order my product and have it by the next week. Sure enough, one week later and they called me to say my product had arrived. I went to the store today and it was so clean and organized, and the woman that was working was very friendly and happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend this store, they really went the extra mile for me when my hometown store didn’t. Especially being a first time customer there. Great first impression!!

Great place for suggestions, girls are friendly and knowledgeable of their products, quick in and out. But make sure you are a beauty professional or you wont be able to purchase anything ONLY FOR COSMETOLOGY PROFESSIONALS.
