My friend is too nice to write a review about it but she got the WORST BROW WAX EVER HERE!! They use to be so perfect for her face she literally just needed a clean up and they totally changed the shape into a higher arch that does NOT fit her face!! Not only that but she could hear other staff on loud personal calls which is SO unprofessional like honestly and then the girl at the desk was over the top pushy! Shame on that waxer, that desk girl, AND the manager of this place for letting it be so poorly run and literally RUIN peoples faces-- go somewhere else for your brows like Benefit!!

Heidy provided a quick and basically painless wax, and left me looking smooth and feeling good. She was very informative and educated me on the steps she was taking and after care.

I just got my first Brazilian Wax by Esthetician Heidy and it was such an amazing experience. She was very professional, informative, and gentle . She talked to me the entire time and before you know it I was done . I am so glad I went today and I highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few different EWC and each of them bring the same poor results. Was in last week for a wax and that will definitely be my last time at any EWC. Every time time I go here, I come home to fully examine myself and find multiple hairs left over. Hair that is clearly long enough to grab. I am done!! This time there were so many hairs left over that I’m considering requesting a refund. I literally have to get waxed again! The waxers give poor results each time! And god forbid if you have one or two stray hairs that’s just a little bit outside of the area you booked to be waxed for. They won’t even tweeze it for you! Gosh, would it kill you to tweeze one or two extra hairs that’s clearly visible?! Does it take that much money from your business?! Or am I suppose to pay extra?! Smh! All of their waxers are like this! Plus I wanted to add an extra service to my appointment and my waxer told me no because she doesn’t have enough time. What I wanted would literally be one or two extra wax strips that would take 2 mins!! I’m going to now try a independent waxer who works for themselves. I’m sure they’ll put in more effort to keep my business.

Today I came in to a Brazilian wax with Cassandra, and I and I am so impressed of how painless it was. It was very quick and all of the hair was removed. She was knowledgeable on the products and recommended a few things that I will buy next time I have my wax appt with her.

I havent been to this location, but ive been seeing Montana for over a year at a location in NYC. She just recently relocated there, which is amazing for those who frequent this location. Montana is always on time, always friendly, and makes this unbearable service (I get Brazilians) a breeze for me. If youre looking for a new wax expert or just want to try someone new at that location - go see Montana!

Highly recommend this place for waxing. Clean and friendly. Not painful at all. They use a hard wax from Paris. Very professional. Services are performed in an upscale wax suite with a heated bed, and soothing music. Definitely an upscale Wax Center with down to earth prices. I love coming to the European wax center in Norwalk. I only started waxing for about 8 months now. I was always skeptical about others in my private while getting a Brazilian done aside from my gynecologist or my partner but the staff there makes you feel super comfortable! Especially Fiorellla, she thoroughly explained what would happen which helped me relax more. I have tried others here and there but Fiorella is truly my favorite person to go to. Her warming fun personality will make your visit seem like you guys have known eachother for years! All the staff there are very happy and sweet, from the moment you schedule appointments over the phone to the moment you leave. The staff always has a smile on their faces which always makes you feel good! Highly recommended!

The waxer was very pleasant. The wax that they use did not pull all of my facial hair out. She had to wax my chin over and over to the point where she just started to use tweezers. The workers are timed. yes so they will do a rushed job and if you are suffering with corse facial hair like me this location is not for you.

Normally I go to the EWC in Stamford, but made an appointment in Norwalk since it is more convenient to get there from my apartment. HUGE mistake!! I got a full bikini wax - not my first time by NO MEANS! So I know exactly what to expect. It is never the most thing to go an do, so I get it but not only was my waxer super slow (she seemed new and inexperienced), but she left wax all over my area. So much so that it got stuck to my underwear and absolutely ruined them! I will never go to this location again. Ill just stick to Stamford and their crazy traffic since the waxers at this location seem to be WAY more experienced and have much less of a turnover.

I an very disappointed with my last visit to EWC Norwalk. I got to my appointment early because I hadn’t been waxed since before the pandemic and I was anxious. My esthetician Fiorella always makes me feel comfortable which is why I come to the Norwalk location all the way from Stamford. I checked in went back to car, they texted me that my esthetician was ready and I was happy when they took my temperature and took all the necessary precautions. Fiorella did an amazing job per usual. After my appointment was done she opened the door because I was her last appointment and she was cleaning as I was getting dressed. As I was fixing my shoe her coworker Cheryl came in and told her she had been in there for 35 minutes which isn’t true. She proceeded to tell fiorella that she was with me for too long and it was time to close. I looked at my phone and it was 8:02. She was very unprofessional speaking down to fiorella the way she did. I felt terrible for Fiorella. I remembered the last time I was here she did the same thing. I would really like the manager to contact me to discuss why that woman thought it was okay to reprimand her in front of a client. I was so uncomfortable and she must’ve not known that I got there early and wasn’t seen until almost 7:45. I would like to be contacted at [email protected].

My wife got me to go and get my nose and ears done. I was a little hesitant, but went in anyway because my first time was Free. It was amazing, seriously, it didnt hurt or anything. I even decided to do my eyebrows that day. Now I go back about every 4 weeks, I guess you would call me a regular. I have also had my back and stomach done before we went on vacation. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. They call me now to be a model when the have new waxers training. I would recommend this place to everyone.
