They answer my questions just fine but didnt have what I needed at the time. They wrote down my name and number and would call me when a newer model was available.

SERIOUSLY LACKING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sales woman wasnt at all interested in helping/answering our questions, and we were her ONLY customers. We went to T Mobile around the corner, staff there was knowledgeable, friendly. Ended up with a great deal on a new phone and a better family plan than what we had with Verizon.

Multiple workers except 1 gave me a hard time about my phone which had to be changed out for a new one which wasnt a problem. It was the second time I came in to fix the broken phone THEY recommended which had dropped and shattered where it wouldnt even turn on. I brought it back in and they said I had 2 options, get a new phone or deductable for my phone which costs over $100 the lady was yelling at me for asking questions and the guy that recommended the phone denied it was the manufacturers fault for the phone cracking. I understand you have to do your job but they did not handle it well.

My sales rep Jennifer was a breathe of fresh air. She greeted me excitement before i had made my second step into the showroom. She took the time to consult me the difference between some of the new phones currently available as well as offered her expertise in regards to the phone that would be the most optimal for my needs. I had always been an Iphone user and was pretty set with getting the newest edition. She demonstrated some of the highlights of the Galaxy S9+ however, and I was sold. Ive had my phone for two weeks now and have zero complaints! Her phone recommendation was spot on for what I needed to run my roofing business on the go! She recommended a great phone case to secure my phone, and a couple extra phone chargers as well. Shes an asset to this store and Ill most definitely recommend her to my friends, family and my employees.

Lenny was a bad sales person. I asked to have my bill lowered and he came up with a new plan for us that was great, but “forgot” to mention that there was a a 20% tax and fees added to the final number. That actually made my bill go up a few dollars. Then, his attitude flip flopped when I said we would have to skip buying a new phone since he failed at getting us a lower rate. After I got home somehow my phone was deactivated and I had to call Verizon tech support to get it back up and working. I recommend not going to Lenny for any help as he will try to screw you for a sale.

Employees seemed very friendly and helpful. But my phone wasnt set up correctly, neither was billing. My phone malfunctioned. They told me to bring it back and theyd give me a new one. Well, they didnt have one so I had to go to another store in Wellington Ohio. I was travelling, so it was all very inconvenient for me and very time consuming. Staff did not answer all my questions. I would not go back there.

Out of many times of dealing with customer service with Verizon (not for bad reasons), I have recently experienced the best I have had to date. Heaven not only resolved my phone running slower, but explained what was happening and how to troubleshoot it if I ever have problems in the future. Normally I do not give reviews; in this case though, it was top notch service and I greatly appreciate it! Thank you, Heaven!!!!

The General Manager, Nykeyshia W., from The Verizon Norwalk, OH location waited on us. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We had our 8 Plus Apples for 3 years. She was so informative to tell about the Holiday Deals that were going on, that we ended up walking out with 2 Apple 11 Max Pros and 2 Apple Watches. My Aunt Pam recently went to the store to cancel her service but instead was greeted by Heaven who helped her get a much better plan and phone which saved her money and the hassle of having to start from scratch. She couldnt speak more highly of Heaven and has been recommending people to Norwalk to see Heaven as opposed to Sandusky Verizon which she had very bad experiences with.
