Great selection of all your grocery needs. I especially love the bakery which always has so many delicious dessert options and smells simply divine.

Awful 1 register open and 3 self checkout thankfully my 3 items rang up at correct price even though i waited 20 mins to self check out !

For a super sized store I did not feel overwhelmed shopping here. I was able to find what I wanted quickly. This location does carry more than others in the area, but that is because it is the super store in the area. Getting into the parking lot can be confusing unless you are used to it.

I like shops with proper parking. So I give a good shout out to this place for that. Staff are helpful. Things are always in stock

I like this stop & shop because much larger than other ones in the area has very large selection of variety of organic products that I like. The store is very clean and laid out very well parking ample. And I like the fact that theres always shopping carts so you dont have to go searching like other stores. This is my go-to store

A well-stacked departmental store with a whole lot of vegetables, fruits and groceries. What I love about Stop & Shop is their product placement and assortment. It is very standardized that you dont have to search. I found that this was by far one of the most organized stores.

Customers still walk around with non complaint coverings which do not prevent the spread of covid, wear masks incorrectly if at all. Your employees are exactly the same, wearing unapproved coverings and again, if worn most arent properly covering both nose and mouth.It is YOUR job to ensure the safety of all shoppers at YOUR stores. This includes the parking lot, this includes the overhead reminders that even your employees ignore. One way aisles are great but not if your staff dont comply, nor kindly remind those daily offenders that in order to keep ALL shoppers safe, please abide by the BIG RED ARROWS on the floors, its quite simple to do if your staff would step it up and not violate your OWN guidelines!Seriously, I think I am one of the only people that actually follow these simple guidelines. If I need an item in an aisle thats the wrong way from where I am - just walk up the correct directional one and go around!Get your act together !**UPDATE**Although this is still my favorite S&S, I will have to say that absolutely NONE of the local Stop and Shops in Norwalk/Darien/Stamford enforce proper mask wearing of staff and customers, if worn more often than not they are worn incorrectly AND the customers do not follow the arrows for one way aisles and NEITHER DO THE EMPLOYEES *ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE* Watched him rush the wrong way down an aisle to show a customer where the item was they were looking for which was great - but why post one way for people to abide by and yet you dont enforce or follow them yourselves?AND FOR EVERYONES SAKE - WEAR A MASK PROPERLY AND ENFORCE IT WITH YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS - GATORS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE WHICH IN THE IMAGE SHOWS THE SAME EMPLOYEE WEARING EACH AND EVERY TIME IN THE PRODUCE DEPARTMENT! Craziest thing ever! It’s a holiday were many people are in and out of the store specifically buying flowers for someone special.I was in disbelief as the employees repeated to one customer after another while we are all in line buying flowers that they are refusing to wrap today. The only thing they did was punch of register. Employees standing around with all the tools to quickly do the job and refuse to do so. You could go directly across the street to ShopRite where they had an entire station set up in the middle of the store specifically to wrap custom bouquets. I will never shop at stopnShopagain. After being a customer for many years through business and personal I will never set foot in a StopnShop again. There is a serious disconnect with the employees and the manager of this store who are working in the service industry to deny people a basic service like this on a holiday.I was not the only one shocked at witnessing the consistent denial of a basic service.

Ive been shopping here for a few years, and its always been a reliable go to grocery store with a wide selection, and good prices.However, these past few weeks Ive noticed an increasingly relaxed attitude among staff with mask wearing - either not covering their nose, or even further down. Given were headed into fall/winter, I dont want to take unnecessary risks by shopping at this location.

Stop & Shop is a great place to pick up groceries. Like the convenience of this full service grocery store in the neighborhood. If you are local and looking for goo grocery store, Stop & Shop is the place.

Convenient grocery store though their sales aren’t as consistent as shop rite. Expect to spend a bit more for your buck here.

It is fine but some items are a bit pricey. Coupons, store coupons, and two for one price helps. When you are on a fixed income or Senior Citizen. You do have chooses: delivery or pick up and the shelves are always full of products. Good place to shop.

Such a lame store. 3 days before Christmas and only one human cashier working. High prices and unstocked shelves; inventory loaded on pallets in aisles. I only came here because the good supermarket across the street was out of mushrooms. I should have changed my menu. Waste of my time coming here.

A bit of a mess. Grocery shopping is pretty hectic these days and this was no exception. I had to get a money order b/c I dont have checks anymore and I think I should order them again to avoid this hassle. The money order was fine to buy but then I decided to buy some organic blueberries on a good promo. Awesome. I then thought it would be fast to do self checkout but, alas. The blueberries rang up wrong so I went back to check the price myself. I came back and the employee was wondering where I went. She was busy with the other customers which is why I checked myself. When I told her the price difference, she didnt necessarily believe me. I get it but then I had to stand around for another 5 min while she tried to find someone else to assist her and reconfirm the price. She never found anyone to help so she overrode the price but it was annoying. She did her best but Stop & Stop needs to do better for their customers and their employees.

Bought a watermelon yesterday and it soured on the inside...bad and inedible. Went to return it today and was told that their policy was No Returns. How does a grocery operate like that by selling bad produce then not wanting to make it right? Might as well buy your produce from a mafia run stand by the road. Second issue was somehow bananas got added to my order when I did not want them. They refused to take them back. Highly recommend you buy your groceries elsewhere. Two thumbs down.

Absolutely horrible cashiers during February 6th 7pm. long lines, slow, and the cashier at #4 just abandoned his post with no notice with 6+ customers on the line... are you kidding. Took my business at the other side of the street at ShopRite instead. Thanks for wasting my time, not worth your time or the extra money that you spend here at the CT Ave Stop and Stop. My advice is to shop at StopRite on the other side of the street or go to the main Ave S&S. Much better customer service there.

The staff was friendly and helpful I found just about everything I was looking for.

I enjoy the grocery selection, especially the natural/organic optuons, but their coupon redemption system needs to be fixed so it registers coupon values when you actually scan them and not once you start the payment process!

Great bargains on turkey and good savings on many other items. Checking out was seamless.

I go to this grocery store all the time! It’s great, it has all of the groceries! Parking is nice because you can park on either side of the building and be in and out lickety split.

Well, I love the selection, that you can ring up your purchases as you go and the rows are wide and well stocked. No Blue Bunny Loaded Sundaes. Very sad. Lost the ones I had stored up with no power for three days.

Always a great experience at this store. It is not huge, so great for quick trips as well as major shopping trips. They pretty much have everything it seems. Always have fresh produce and meats/poultry. Self checkout area is contained and shopper friendly. Parking lot is huge with access via two entrances.

Terrible check out self service..the employees decided to enter the check out where you exit and cut in front of me to check themselves out...how rude can you get!!

Bad deli experience today at CT Ave. Girl squeegees creamy ham juice or something from slicer with her gloved hand, then chooses an old turkey remnant to slice and touches every piece of my meat with her filthy wet dripping glove. Disgusting. This deli disappoints 2 out of 3 times. Im switching to ShopRite across the street where the deli is run by professionals and the self-checkout is always a hassle.

No help at self check out. When I did it ...it came to 23.65 then the unit froze, so everything had to be rescanned. Employee of stop & shop did it.. bill came to 25.75.No explanation. I paid and left.GO TO SHOPRITE

K, I understand the white clam pizza is supposedly the best pizza on earth. So I got one. The last one of the night, to be exact. It wasn’t what I expected. The crust is heavenly. The pizza is - well, almost bland. It took several bites for me to pick up on the balance of this thing. First, there’s a lot of garlic. And Romano cheese. And a briny sea-creature flavor. If you’re expecting a tomato pie, this isn’t it. But it’s good. Best in the world? I guess you need to decide for yourself. Wait-staff was exceptional. Line up outside or in the vestibule. First-come, first-served. Not a long wait the night we’d were there. I can scratch that one off my list.

The lines are way too long because their are never enough cashiers and they dont have enough shopping carts. The carts they do have are all broken and hard to use

This location is by far better. I drive there from Stamford to do my shopping because the Stamford location is lacking compared to the Norwalk branch.

Its a well stocked store where one can find just about everything you need. The staff is very courteous and helpful when you ask for their assistance. I would continue to visit and refer others. It has fantastic sales and a great selection of meats and produce.

Stop & Shop offers a great bang for your buck. There is a nice variety of high-quality items combined what store brand items that are available at a great price. Sometimes its crowded and takes forever to check out. The store doesnt feel quite as clean as it could be but the value cant be be compared with Whole Foods.

The fresh produce section has declined in both quality and quantity over the past few years. If youre a Saturday morning shopper, dont bother. Go somewhere else for produce. Selection of other stuff is good. International section has grown, thats always fun. Store is always clean. Staff are friendly.

We have shopped here before and we weren’t as pleased as we are now. The redesign and the cleanliness of this store alone especially with its competitors across the street makes you want to shop here. Great produce and the easiest parking with excellent meat department and great savings.

Website said it closed at 5pm on Thanksgiving. As soon as we pulled up at 3pm two cart pushers yelled at us telling us they were closed. Very unprofessional and lazy. Disgusting.

The stop and shop parking lot on the Shell gas station side really needs some traffic signs. There is ALWAYS someone driving out the entrance of the parking lot when im trying to enter. It creates unsafe traffic in a high pedestrian area

So today I went there to pick up some chicken the pre made fried chicken. As I was going to make my purchase the gentleman that was placing the chicken into the containers had his head down and snot was trickling down my mans face clearly sick. I was so grossed out that I just turned around and bounds because honestly I had not met you get mad times so God only knows how much of this dudes snot Ive eaten. I called the store 5 different times.. NO ONE ANSWERED. ITS SHOORITE FOR ME FROM NOW ON. THANKS

This is my go-to grocery store. I love using the scanner as i shop and putting products right into bags in the cart- it saves a lot of time. They have a lot of self checkout stations. The time it takes to get help at a self checkout if something goes wrong or if you are buying an item that needs ID can be irritating. The store is always clean and organized and even near holidays I can always get a parking spot and a shopping cart.
