There were several employees there and none spoke to me or acknowledged me as they were on their phones. The store was clean and very brightly lit. The furniture is all really bizarre: a standout attraction was a huge, raised bed with a lit-up holographic headboard, studded with 2 inch rhinestones. And the hologram thing rotated bright colors, so you could have a light show all night. Many of the other pieces were in black plushy velvet and many featured gleaming stud work buried in polyester fur. Frankly, I was glad no one came near me and I was glad to get out of there. Now, thats just my taste and maybe someone really likes black fake fur with shiny metal decorations but not me.

I did a layaway finished paying it off early .. called to see when it can be delivered, saying the dresser and chest was not in the store it will have to be shipped. This was the beginning of June .. they told me mid July. called & they said August, called today to see if I can get a date now it’s September but no real guarantee! . They didn’t give me any options of switching my bedroom set, just like wait and see if it comes or not .. it’s ridiculous and if I want to cancel I won’t get money back just store credit. I don’t want 1500 in store credit!! UPDATE:, I did contact Mark and he is working with me. & I appreciate what he is willing to do! UPDATE: Aug 21,2021, STILLLLL NO BEDROOM SET, he told me the week of the 10th & still NOTHING. store keeps telling me they’re waiting for the rest. It’s been months!! I will be going up there Tomorrow morning. I want my money back or a new set that they have in STORE!!

I really enjoy buying furniture here. Their customer service is outstanding! Very reasonable prices and they are awesome with financing. I needed to replace a seat cushion for my couch and they gave it to me for free! Also when I went back to add more pieces to our living room set, they were able to help figure out the best option that would go nicely with our current couch. My boyfriend and I went in looking for a king sized bed recently and left with an entire bedroom set! If we went anywhere else, we would’ve only been able to purchase the bed itself. Very nice surprise!Also their delivery drivers are very cool. I would highly recommend getting your furniture delivered because they are knowledgeable and helpful with the placement of your furniture. When we got our couch delivered, they explained how to move it when we do move out of this apartment as well.Overall, Amazing Furniture is just a wonderful place and I always have a great experience buying from them.

Disgusted by how business is run here. Not even the owner cares about the customers. Employees resold things I already purchased. And all the furniture breaksdown excessively quickly. One star is too high. Worst of all movers they send scratched all my floor and walls.

I was looking to purchase furniture, but after waiting 20 minutes just to be waited on, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Very good! Amazing Furniture, the name doesnt really give off the best impression if you ask me, but I can solidly say they have the BEST prices! The furniture I bought was a new Queen Size bed, the mattress was a queen size memory foam mattress that was $1200 starting, tag price was $800, and the salesman instantly offered to give me it at $450. Same deal with the frame, $400, tag price $200, he gave me it for $183. This place is awesome! The building and warehouse (showroom, more or less) is of course not the most pretty, as it is a old industrial building from the textile production here years before, but I can say push past that the furniture they sell is of top quality. I am absolutely happy with what they sell and their quality. They even assembled the bed for free with the delivery. Which the salesman also knocked down from $50 to $38. I intend to return here for furniture in the future.

The sales lady that helped us was so nice and very helpful. Her name was Cynthia, but the gentleman that i made my payment for furniture to, was not even a little plesant almost could call him rude. Had my daughter not said have a nice day he would have never even said that to us. If he is my only choice to deal with to pay for purchases I will NOT be back. Decent furniture at fair prices. You wont find the highest quality, but its par for the course and affordable. They will even work out a rent to own plan, should you need one.

By far the worst company to deal with. They are thefts. They take your money and you don’t get anything from them. They have been lying to me for several weeks and months. Extremely rude! Chaz is the worst one to deal with. Kerri ohh let me tell you about her, the most irresponsible person and worst service you’ll receive. Chaz and kerri kept passing the phone around and being unprofessional. I DONT ever recommend purchasing anything from them. I’ll make sure my entire family and friends knows and no never get near their store. I hope you loose business and never success in life. Scum bags!

I have a feeling that I caught them on an off day. There were only two people working and they seemed a bit irritated to have to wait on me...thats probably because it was a significant walk to get to the showroom. I did purchase some furniture and am pretty happy with the price I paid.

From the road it looks small, but its the biggest showroom I have ever been in. Amazing is the correct description and the staff was really nice and easy going, no pressure and they delivered fast! Highly recommended

Suppose to be having a big moving sale, Windows broken, Its the same temp as outside.. Ive been there three times long for furniture for my new apartment.Like most furniture stores there was a small section of damaged or marked down items.But I believe the advertising was very false.The couches I like two, Had to be ordered.When looking online I found the couches much cheaperSo the 70% wed rather sell it them move it all items marked down is very untrue.

I wanted to look at another piece after a significant purchase and was told they close in 20 minutes...it took me less time to drive to a competitor. Take this with a grain of salt, it was my first experience.

Sleazy business that displays a disturbing lack of ethics and regard by carpet bombing the community with gaudy, unsightly, and illegal (but cheap!) coroplast bandit signs as their primary method of advertising, in lieu of a legitimate and appropriate (but more expensive) means, such as radio, TV, newspaper, magazine, Internet, or billboard. There may be a dozen signs at one intersection, and they have been doing this for years. They know these signs are illegal because there is explicit wording at the bottom of every sign that reads, Help local law enforcement. All signs down by Sunday PM. All they care about is making money. Dont think they will treat you any differently when you are in their store. It makes you wonder what corners they cut in other areas as well, such as quality. Take your furniture needs to a business that doesnt think littering to generate sales is acceptable behavior. (Litter intentionally placed on a metal stick is still litter.) Also, the final days everything must go sale these bandit signs advertise is phony, as it has been going on for at least a year.

Customer service sucks. They made us wait an additional week, then said sorry delivery is full we tried to call yesterday but you didnt call back... I did and voicemail was not active it hangs up on you. Then called the minute they opened and they said oh it will have to be next week.... then when requested refund to go somewhere else they tell me the refund lady isnt in... Im going to get my money now so I can buy another couch!!!never again! Prices arent worth the hassle... I will never recommend this place
