Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They helped me measure a couch that was way to big once delivered. They then refused to take the couch back would Only credit me a store credit to get another product. I ordered another couch which I haven’t had for even a year yet and the stitching is completely falling apart. After they came out to look at it they said it’s normal wear and tear and can’t do anything because I didn’t buy a protection plan. Let me remind you this isnt even a year old. My previous couch was from bobs and lasted 8 years no issues. I will never in my life recommended anyone to buy anything from this company. If you do good luck ! — I did call and discuss it with the owner and your company refused to provide anything but that this was normal wear and tear which is why I have left this review. Any piece of furniture should Automatically come with one year warranty.

This place is huge, deceiving from the outside and easy to find.I drove from West Haven recommended by a friend who worked there for 16 years. I arrived 50 minutes till closing, Ana was my sales assistant, she was extremely helpful. I made my selection and purchased but was told it would be 2 months before my sofa arrived which does not work for me. Ana was able to release the floor model to me and I was very satisfied however had this all gone another way I wouldnt be too happy. Besides the owner making it abundantly Clear they were closing soon this was a good experience.

My husband and I order our new living room furniture in the beginning of November and due to covid it was said to take 8-10 weeks to receive. We are going on 6months and still now furniture. Although we had a great sales lady every time I call for a eta I feel like I get the same answer which is like a big run around. The people that makes calls and such should have better communication skills and keep the customer up to date. And they should also call the manufacture and make sure they have clear time frame for the customers. Would not recommend any of my family and friends to shop here.

Amazing customer service! I can’t say enough how happy I am with my shopping experience at Gorins furniture. I needed to purchase a couple of extra stools for my dining table for the holidays and Cindy was able to special order them for me. They arrived before Christmas and when I went to pick them up they were already assembled for me which was great because it saved us time. Overall Cindy was extremely responsive and helpful and the warehouse went above and beyond. Very impressed with how much merchandise choices they had in the store. The front street view made it look small but not at all. Salesperson was very nice to deal with. She gave us room to explore and look around with no pressure. She wrote down prices for loveseat and when we returned 2 weeks later, she honored those prices. So far very satisfied. Hopefully the delivery will go just as smoothly.
